My car battery was so completely dead that jumping did not work. I also did not want to tow it to a garage and needed to drive the next day. I looked online to find a mobile service and came across the company. I called in the evening on a Thursday, and they answered right away. Although they seemed willing to come out that night, I asked that they come the next morning. Once they arrived, Corey had the battery replaced and the car started in less than 20 minutes. Very reasonably priced, and great, professional, and friendly customer service. I highly recommend this company and have saved their number to my contacts for the next time one of my kids leaves a light on in the car and completely drains the battery.

My son locked his car keys under the hood of his car - yep, seriously! The locksmith fee was lower than the other 5 places I called with no hidden fees. I had to wait because they were busy, but the locksmith was very friendly and efficient. My son had his keys in 5 mins with no damage to the car. Saving this number for future use. Seriously give these guys a call if you have a lockout. They were there within 20 min after I called them. They provided great service at a great price. Don’t plan on getting locked out again but if I do, I’m definitely calling them again. They are probably going to ge the first people I call for a tow or roadside service too.

I called to have my battery replaced at 3. He came to my apartment to service at 6 and literally took 15 minutes to clean my old battery off and put the brand new one in. Prompt and my car started right up! I will absolutely use them again.

Our car died in the garage, and wouldn’t start with a jump. Rather than pay to tow it to the dealer, we called Tow Recovery Assist to replace the battery. TRA explained the different options, gave us quotes, and were able to get it serviced on the same day. The person who came out was friendly and professional, and followed pandemic safety guidelines. He was respectful of the property and careful to keep things clean. We could have done it ourselves, but not nearly as quickly. It was totally worth it to have TRA come out. Love that this service is available, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again!

On a Sunday, of a holiday weekend - they did indeed answer their phone and gave prompt service.

I feel personally extorted, and there was no disclosure of a cancellation policy. A guy showed up demanding money. I called for service, and cancelled 15 minutes later. It was just wrong, personally I just cant do that to another human. I wouldnt be able to sleep at night. Take a card deposit over the phone before arriving. Disclose the cancellation policy. Getting loud, threatening customers on a policy based on thin air is unacceptable. There are ways to conduct and represent yourself and your business professionally.

Phenomenal prices. Called 15 local tow companies and not only did these guys have the best price, they offered to beat the price is any competitor if I found a lower one. Tow truck arrived faster than the time I was quoted on the phone, and despite the angle of the vehicle on the road being difficult to work with, the gentleman had it up and ready to move quickly and efficiently. Service on the phone and in person was polite and friendly. Recommending to friends and family.

I have an 87 corvette with a seized tire I needed moved from one location to a 2 car garage at another location. Their driver was not only professional but courteous. Upon drop off he not only maneuvered this non running car into the garage with another vehicle already in there but he was able to break the tire loose in the process. Even at 11pm the driver was very easy to talk to, very informative and we even had a few laughs during delivery. I will never use another company again.

I cannot say enough good things about the service this company provided me with. It was Christmas Eve and I got locked out of my car while doing some last minute shopping. I got my car keys locked in my trunk late at night, prompting me to call Tow Recover Assist. They were very friendly on the phone, and very willing to help even though it was past midnight. They arrived in a timely manner, they were very meticulous about the work they did. My car was unlocked within 2 minutes and I was instantly able to open my trunk and retrieve my car.

I am a father of a NCC student and live 150 miles away and My daughters car popped a lower ball joint and pulled the cv shaft out of the boot and her car was immovable. I left work after 5:30, it was already dark, and my car would not open with the remote, or start. I went back into the office and pulled up towing services in/near Naperville. The first company I called was on Ogden Ave, east of my location and they said it would take an hour in rush traffic, I should call someone closer. I then searched by location and call Towing Recovery. The most helpful man went over the conditions of my car, offered either a jump or roadside assistance with a new battery replacement. By now it is almost 6:30 pm, and even if I only had a jump, I would still have to get somewhere batteries are sold to have one installed. He clearly went over my options and offered help for whatever I decided.I decided to have him install a battery. Corry was the person who had spoken to me, and he performed the service. He brought out a new battery. It had been so long since I had a battery replaced, the hold down screw was really difficult to remove, but he worked on it for about 15 minutes and got it off without breaking the part. (someone who didnt care would have broken it off and just said O Well- it was old )Corry was great, and I now have this number in my phone contacts. I am recommending everyone to call them first.
