We will see you Tuesday driving 2 hours and 52 minutes..**UPDATE**I HAVE CHANGED MY RATING TO A 5 STAR.Got there yesterday after a 2 hour and 55 minute drive and was welcomed like a part of the family. Drove the Jeep Liberty and let him know a brake light and head was out. Ron pulled it right in called his parts people had a bulb brought right down . He changed the head light bulb and brake light bulb without hesitation..And checked all fluids before we hit the road to come back home with it.Awesome awesome man .Thank you.Betty and Elizabeth

I bought a great used vehicle back in July 2019 from Naperville Motors at a very good price. Phil and his team were extremely helpful and the buying process was super easy. Back in December, I had some issues with the brakes (the car is very high mileage) that needed immediate work. After getting a quote for the work needed from another garage, I contacted Phil at Naperville Motors about it. He arranged for the car to be picked up, towed to their garage and his mechanics completed the work for half the price the original garage quoted me. At each stage they sent me up-to-date quotes, photos and videos of all the work being done. The work was completed in a single day and I had my car back on the road. Great work, great service, by a great garage. Couldnt recommend this place more.

Ron, the owner I assume, is your typical sleazy used car salesman. Gave me the run around for days over the phone and text, refused to talk specifics and got offended and bent out of shape when questioned about the vehicles condition and operations, caught him in a lie on the phone, and wanted near full price for his vehicle in addition to my vehicle which retails higher than his. If you want some headaches and the full used car shopping experience of getting ripped off, give these guys a call.

This little hidden place surprised me with their really good quality cars and reasonably priced service. They tell you all the problems with the cars, what they have fixed, and they will check and fill your fluids for no charge . All you have to do is ask. My last service ticket was less than half what the GMC dealer wanted to charge me. Will be back in the future.

Not pressured into buying anything very honest they have answers to the questions you might have I would definitely consider buying another car from these guys

Salesman was dishonest . I live 5 hours away so I very specifically asked.... Is there rust? Has the vehicle been smoked in? Are there any mechanical issues? etc...? Only to travel there and find there was all of the above after being told no. The explanation was, that he didnt realize it! Ummmm... then you arent qualified to be sselling vehicles! Do not recommend .

Phil Ko is an honest, trustworthy man.He posts his cars on Craigslist as an individual- my cars photo was taken in front of a nice home in Naperville- but in reality this is a small dealership tucked away in an industrial park. Naperville has a reputation as a wealthy suburb and hes using it to his advantage.I was sold a car that was supposedly perfect mechanically but by the time I got it home to Indianapolis it was leaking oil and stinking. My mechanic said it was a $600 repair. So far this is a one star review, right?Phil wired me $350 to help pay for the repair. He didnt have to do that, I signed on the line for an AS-IS car. I think that says a lot for his character.Bottom line is, Phil is a trustworthy car salesman.
