Very atmospheric place with 2 levels of outside sitting and very average food. Smoking is permitted outside. At least you might find ashtrays.Food is very average even meager, with lack of taste but at least portions is very generous. Maybe for the price is not so bad after all.The place is pretty comfortable and friendly for english-speaking customers, menu in English well written, servers could take given order properly.

Waiting time around 10 minutes.I had a Combo for breakfast, it was generally good, but I didnt like all of the things on the plate.Some staff can speak English.Both indoor and outdoor sitting option.Both Cash and Card payment option.

I’m not sure why waiter took fifteen minutes to came take order. I didn’t see many customers in there. Salads and salmon were not fresh. I understood salmon came long way but veggie should be fresh. Mango ice tea was so good. Three stars for mango tea.

A 24-hr French cafe/restaurant located at the city center. Tastefully decorated and offers local French cafe experience. The breakfast was great value for money, particularly enjoyed the croissant and coffee set. Highly recommend.

It is such a cute place with a very polite and helpful staff members. 4 stars because my toast was soggy and eggs were overly cooked even though i ask for poached eggs. Organic cappuccino was good!

Smoking area is outside so better to head through to the inside for great architecture and ambience. Food was good but menu was slightly confusing. Only breakfast and brunch available before 12 but you get personal service while its emptier.

Great location and nice outdoor seating. Right by the track during the F1 weekend. We had the breakfast, which was good. The service unfortunately was very slow which is the reason for 4 stars.

The food was ok but similar to several restaurants. They try to add few extra charges to gain more money. I hope that they will be clear with charges. It doesnt worth loosing customers for few extra money.

Love this place! Too bad we only got to go here on our last day just before we fly back to Dubai. The breakfast was lovely. The coffee could be better but overall we enjoyed our breakfast. The location is perfect for outdoor meal and under a great weather it would be amazing. Good value for money and smooth service.

Don’t waste your time & money hereExtremely dissatisfied with this restaurant. We came here for breakfast and ordered Norwegian & Bologna eggs. Both the eggs were extremely runny and the only thing we could taste was the yolk. We have had poached eggs in other parts of the world and I can say with certainty they are not supposed to be this runny. We also ordered the chocolate waffles as per our server’s recommendation and they were terribly soft waffles floating in chocolate sauce. The server also suggested coffee glisses which was not good. In the end it felt like we drank chocolate sauce and egg yolk.We complained thrice to three different servers and no one cared. They just shrugged and walked away. Extremely disappointed with the service and food and appalled at how indifferent they all were to our feedback.

The restaurant have good location in center. Its placed between old city and famous Nizami street, in the corner. This thing makes this restaurant silent and more relaxed place. Foods and drinks are really good. I loved them all. And I liked specially outdoor tables. And interior design also is very interesting, a little bit retro style. All my minds are good about this restaurant

Location was good, cozy place. We ordered pancakes and eggs. Their version of pancakes were like crepe. Latte was fine but no special aroma.

Perfect cafe/bistro experience. Excellent food and good service, lovely atmosphere with outdoor tables and tall trees making a forest canopy beside a beautiful fountain. And the Caspian Sea with its terrific park is a stones throw away across the boulevard.

Great French bistro! We were there for dinner and had an assortment of dishes with a good bottle of Bourgogne. Food was delicious and the setting fantastic.

Nice breakfast, for a price

Paris bistro is located in a nice central area, with lots of shops around, view on park with beautiful fountains. Its a really awesome cool hideaway in the city of fire. You should definitly try Parisian flavoured macaroons and many more.

Had the eggs Benedict with bacon. I dont know if it was just because I was so hungry, but it was amazingly delicious. They use a different sauce instead of hollandaise, but it was epic. Lovely outlook over the fountain in the small park.

Open 24 hours a day. Excellent atmosphere. Amazing service and delicious food. What else can you ask for?

Paris bistro is a perfect place to go if you are in Baku and you are missing the taste and atmosphere of European good cafe. In summer very often they have live music and it is wonderful to spend the evening in their open space.

Charging 30azn per person is not right and silly. We 4 of us wanted to have a coffee 1am at night.That was a last time we visit this place. Dont forget that you are just bistro not high profile restaurant. Shame!!!

Visited this place when they just opened and had a much better experience then than I did visiting a couple of weeks ago. Servers were not attentive and the tea along with drinks were not satisfactory. Overall the experience wasn’t that great. Prices are a bit high, expected for this part of town.

Total disappointment. The restaurant is HORRIBLY expensive and doesnt offer anything outstanding. 9 manats for a standard beer, is a daylight robbery - you can get that for 2-5 manats amlost everywhere in Baku. Moreover, the service quality is average, I have waited almost 25 minutes for a beer (!). Finally, plenty of nasty children were running like crazy around the restaurant, parents without any respect to other customers just smoked cigarettes, no care at all. Waiters didnt react. Definitely dont recommend that place.

The atmosphere is ok. However, the meat served is very dodgy to say the least. Beef looks and smells like pork, not to mention the colour of the meat and the fats. It does not look anything like beef. They stuff it in the sandwich, probably hoping that customers wont open the sandwich up and inspect the meat. When you point this out to the waitresses, they start running around and ignore you. I had to call for the waitresses several times before they showed their faces. If you do not eat pork, do not choose a meat dish here, as you will most certainly be given something other than beef.

Absolutely awful. Drinks are extremely overpriced, club sandwhich was small and had old chicken, my friend got food poisoning and threw up. extremely overpriced and slow.

Paris bistro is one of the best restaurants in baku, having a cosy environment and beautiful view, well behave waiters and of course delicious parisian food. You should definitly try the snails and fried frogs legs.
