The customer service here is so good they feel like family. It means a lot the that they take the time and effort to remember their customers. As a regular customer, every time I have been here has been a great experience. The entire team over the last year and a half have been exceptional. Again thank you ALL for making the effort to remember me everyday because it makes my day :)

I have gone to well over 50 Starbucks, this one is hit or miss, The taste especially espresso is not consistent. Service can be much slower than most Starbucks

There seems to be a long line at drive thru for this location most of the time. Its not worth waiting 15 minutes just to get a cup of coffee. Will go to diff store from now on.

I went to pick up an order, took almost twenty minutes from arriving to get my order. It was cold and did not taste like what I requested. Definitely going back to my regular starbucks.

Chocolate all over the packaging to my food which then got all over me and the drive thru took about 15 minutes with one car ahead of me.

Drinks are very good. They are ways expensive but I like them. On big issue is their service is very slow. They should hire more people there to speed up service.

Their decaf coffee machine was down so unfortunately it was not a good use of my time going through drive through.

The most friendly staff I’ve ever encountered. And it’s been that way for about a year now. I rarely go to Starbucks, due to their prices. And out of about 7 experiences in the last year, they have all been 5 stars. Very good customer service training.

Professional, courteous staff. The coffee was excellent, as usual. Open atmosphere and very clean! Although Im not in need any longer, it looks like they upgraded the restroom and had a diaper table installed. This was a major complaint of mine 5 years ago. Im glad they finally rectified the situation.

Online showed open Christmas Day 5am-6pm. Placed pick up order around 7:30. Husband went to pick up and mgr had not shown up stranding 3 employees that were to be at work at 6:30, outdoors. We hope that person is ok. STARBUCKS: don’t say you’re going to be open at 5 when you’re not. Now I have the hassle of going to get my money back. Ugh...Merry Christmas.

Very friendly staff. Their bar steam wand thing was broken and they were really working hard to get drinks out fast! Needed to say good job ladies! I didn’t even wait too long! Lots of space for school work and plenty of outlets and super clean bathrooms!

They were out of peach, blueberry, and other flavors for the iced tea, which was disappointing. I had to order something else, so I tried the mango dragon fruit refresher. Luckily it was pretty good, although sweet.

I ordered a venti matcha latte for $5.17 and basically got a glass of milk with three flakes of matcha. I’ve had plenty of matcha lattes from other Starbucks and know what it should be like and this was not it at all. It was terrible. I’m really upset and bummed and this ruined my day. Plus, I’m out five bucks.

There prices continue to rise with nothing for the consumer to show for it. Better taste, more variety, larger quantity meals just empty pockets. The help is not as upbeat as they were in earlier years. No good reason to go there other than those who want to meet their dating site choice without much of an investment. Theyre in, theyre out, theyre gone. Maybe thats why so many are closing throughout the country. Who would have thought when the hype was at its strongest that you would see a Starbucks close let alone the huge number of them being closed.

Coffee was good. Banana was too ripe. Service was okay although could have been friendlier. Facility was clean. Nothing outstanding but descent.

Large starbucks with a ton of tables. Its the best starbucks in the area to go and actually get work at. Several large tables and about 15 tables with 2 seats at them.

Complete joke worse Starbucks I ever dealt with mobile order took 30 minutes after I got there.

Nate cheered up my entire day. I was not having a good one and with his genuine, sweet self he even made me crack a smile through the drive thru ordering speaker before I had even seen him. Service was great and the iced cloud macchiato was actually just as good as he thought it would be. Great texture just like he said. Thank you Nate.

After my gold card run out I will cancel my starbuck account. At all Starbucks I cant use my laptop or tablet because over the last 50 days or so there is no wifi connections at many stores Ive been in. Wifi says connected, but does not work.

I had the cafe vanilla frappuccino. It is good (at least my taste buds like it). The staff are friendly and they are cranking out the orders fast!

Ive been coming here for years and Ive always had an amazing experience. This is one of my favorite places to get coffee and study during the school year.

Today I went to this Starbucks, and asked for a dragon frappe because it was all over the internet. They did not hear about this and were questioning what was in it. I told them and then Anna Banana was determined to make it special just for me and it turned out wonderful ! Thanks so much I definitely recommend this store!!

It cheaper to make the same type coffee beverage at home I bought the new coffee machine an I make my own different drinks

My go-to Starbucks location. Really great baristas! It’s a busy location so they do run out of stock more than some other locations.

Expect a long wait time in Drive-Thru. Several times have placed a mobile order and it seems like they wait to make it until I arrive, but friendly staff.

I’ve worked at the animal hospital down the street for a few years now. Only recently, have I became an AVID and routine Starbucks customer. Even recently downloaded the app to get rewards/points, because I’m hooked! I hesitated writing a review before and almost did AGAIN because of all the raving reviews about you guys, but almost EVERYTIME I go to this location, which is typically Sunday mornings, the drive thru staff are rude! It seems like the only time they are “pleasant”, is when they are DELIGHTED to tell me that I order something and they either ran out OR if I order a SIZE that typically they don’t make for that specific drink. It’s almost like they are TOO eager to blurt out bad news. Otherwise, I’m sorry to say, but I’m almost GLAD I only go to them on a sporadic basis. I get that there are probably a BUNCH of “entitled” human beings that roll through that location, but ladies you’re IN Naperville! It is what it is, try to make the best of it!

I am really disappointed with this location. There was 3 cars in the drive tru and we waited 15 min for a simple coffee. I told the guy to put extra cram and sugar and its like I told him not to put any at all. This has happened multiple times and Im never going back there.

Love the brand new shop in downtown Naperville. Very upscale, urban.

The staff was very friendly and presented with positive and joyful energies. Place was a bit crowded however not noisy.

This is a nice, larger Starbucks with plenty of charging stations available and lots of seating options. Outdoor seating available, but very limited and noisy with 75th street traffic.

The baristas at this starbucks are absolutely gorgeous!!! If you want great eye candy and great drinks visit this Starbucks! You will not be disappointed!

Courteous staff .. was kind enough to serve on a July 4th evening and allow me to work for couple of hours. While the Starbucks down the road was already closed.

One girl was a little rude, when I asked if they were still working on my drink she said we have a drive- thru too, and then when it was finished she never called us it was just sitting up on the counter

I just went through the drive thru and literally saw my drink sitting there for almost a minute while the cashier was just standing there talking to another employee. The time to chit chat is not when you have a long line and people waiting.
