Like others who wrote reviews, Im very pleased with R & S. I called on a rainy day around noon, they answered on the second ring, scheduled a person to come out within an hour and the work was done professionally and reasonably priced within 2 hours of making the call. Proactively WD-40d all the joints to get rid of the squeek. Professional, quality, great service are words I would use to describe the service.
