The day I visited the Naperville store I only purchased a replacement shade. However, due to Hollys etiquette for customer sales I decided to complete my 2022 kitchen project right away. My friends and family have raved about the window treatments. I will definitely to business with your store again.

Everything went well with the order process, install and communication (order, spinning status). I was able to install all the items (2 faux wood blinds and 3 valences) myself (!) in less than 30 minutes, and not one problem. The magnetic valence clips are SO EASY!! More importantly, everything fit!!! This project went smoothly because of Karen V guiding me with the right questions and measurements to take. Thank you Karen and JC Licht!This all went so well I am motivated to replace the dining room blinds - they look dingy next to the nice new white valence 🤣

The entire experience with JC Licht was professionalAnn, our salesperson was a joy to work with, she walked us through each type of blinds, which type should go where in relation with sunlight, what color blinds should go where, styles, everything.Things we never would’ve thought of on our own. Installation was flawless too. The installer really knew what he was doing too. We we impressed with the selection of blinds from JC Licht too. All high quality stuff!

We had excellent service at JC Licht. Terri in the decorating department is really helpful. I had come in with loads of color swatches. She asked me what I was looking for, told me there was the right color I hadnt seen, and seconds later grabbed a brochure and voila! So quick. And she was totally right. She also helped me pick out wallpaper for the house that is stunning, and directed me to expert craftsmen who were excellent.

Great selection for custom blinds

We have been ordering window treatments from the Naperville JC Licht for years now. Our most recent project was for our dining room bay windows and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Terri is a joy to work with, so customer oriented.

After getting new windows, we had to either get a couple of Hunter Douglas wood blinds lengthened or buy new ones at great expense. Terri went above and beyond by working with Hunter Douglas to alter our current blinds to fit. She is knowledgeable, easy to work with and very positive. I would definitely continue buying from JC Licht if I could work with her. I would also recommend the store and Terri to all my family and friends!

Recently, my husband and I ordered custom made blinds, and we were very pleased with the courtesy and attention we received. In addition, we have purchased paint at the store on several occasions and have always found the consultants to be very knowledgeable and helpful. Best place for all of your wall coverings: Quality products. Expertise. Competitive pricing.Weve lived in Naperville area for 25+ years and have been using JC Licht and have always had the best experience with them. They really know their products and have great advice and support.When you look at the money you might save by using hardware store or other brands, its not not worth it. The quality of the products at JC Licht cannot be beat and its worth the little extra above generic brands to have high-quality, better-looking results.Dont waste your time going to other stores - just head to JC Licht.The ONLY opportunity for improvement is their hours - they are only to 5:30 pm during the week M-F. Sat until 5:00 and Sun until 2:00. I wish they were open later during the week.

All the people who work there are always helpful. As a painting contractor my colors are always tinted right and ready when I come to pick them up! The manager Lou runs a great store.

Easy to find, good parking, knowledgeable staff will mix paint for you while you wait.

Rude staff, as you can see from the several other reviews. They broadcast their frustrations with their jobs, ignore you as you wait (even to pick up paid merchandise-- I just love that). Id love to keep my money with local merchants, but this makes me want to go elsewhere... Its not like it is hard to find good paint.

Terri Franke has been very helpful.She has a natural talent for selecting color and wallpaper. She is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Great place for paint and drapery

From a person that normally doesnt writes reviews, avoid this place like the plague.I walked in with my wife to purchase blinds for our new house. We waited patiently for 15 minutes and thats perfectly fine since it was a Saturday. When one of the sales clerks became available she completely ignored us and walked to another customer who just arrived. Giving her the benefit of the doubt, maybe she didnt see us, I walked over and politely pointed out that we were there first, at that point, instead of excusing herself and help us she awkwardly argued that the other customer already had a quote ready and it wouldnt take long and went on ignoring me. Needless to say the other customer took way longer than a minute, after waiting for another 10 minutes we left the store and we went to buy our blinds somewhere else.I cant begin to describe how embarrassing and violated me and my wife felt.This store doesnt deserve a dime of your hard earned money, there are plenty of other stores that are licensed HunterDouglas retailers, go there instead.
