Ive been a customer of Energy Services for more than a quarter century, I know Im dating my self. Each and every technician over the years has already been professional and friendly and have answered all my questions for services bring done. In my new house they managed to keep the builder grade furnace and air conditioner running for 12 years. 5 years ago I needed a new furnace and air conditioner within 8 months of each other. Their salesman was still able to work a deal for at the time a top of the line unit for each. I would highly recommend Energy Services for maintenance and new installs or replacement.

I have used this company for 20 years and always received very good, reliable service. Over the years they have replaced 2 furnaces and one air conditioner. First furnace did not hold up as long as it should have, but second one has been great (thats why just 4 stars). Personnel are friendly and seem knowledgeable . I highly recommend.

Ive been using Energy Services for many years to do our yearly maintenance on my heating and cooling. This year after the AC was serviced, a few days passed and the AC stopped working. Since it was several years old I figured Id have to have it replaced. Energy Services came right away to look into this (it was 92 degrees outside) and found there was a mistake made with the wiring during the maintenance.Susan, from Energy Services caught the error, fixed the wiring and AC is running great now.I appreciate Susans honesty and hard work! Shes a keeper for Energy Services.

Excellent Service! I highly recommend Energy Services. We had them install a new furnace a few years back and recently a new AC system. They show up on time, they really know what they are doing and they provide solid advice on options and solutions for our heating and cooling needs. I am pleased with the technician who worked on my AC. He visited our place on time. He knew what he was doing. He was courteous and finished his job professionally.

On the morning of July 24th, the temperature was headed towards 90+ degrees. As my wife and I were finishing breakfast, I notice that the AC unit outside the house was making more noise that usual. This was pretty easy to tell because you dont normally hear anything.I went outside for a closer look, and sure enough the thing was making a high pitched wail. I decided to call for service because I was really concerned.The technician arrived within an hour and identified the problem as the contacts. He had the part on his truck and replace it at no charge since Im in the maintenance plan.Now everythings back to normal.

My service technician was friendly, professional and timely. She has been in our house multiple times servicing our hvac equipment. Ive done business with Energy Services for over 10 years and I give them the highest possible recommendation!

Once again, Energy Services shows why they are a great company to work with. Our AC unit went out the afternoon of July 3rd. The on-call techninician (Carlos) showed up at 6:30pm the night before the 4th of July holiday to remedy the issue. Fantastic, professional service!

We’ve used Energy Services for the past two years for general HVAC maintenance and have been extremely happy with each technician. Very thorough and professional. Earlier this week when the temperature dropped, our daughter’s furnace went out at 10:30 pm. She called several companies, including Energy Services, to try and get immediate help. Energy Services was the only one to respond and offered to come out within a few hours. In the end, she choose to wait until the morning. ES was there first thing and made repairs to get it operating again. Due to age and extensive damage to the system, she had a new unit installed by ES today and loves it. All around great experience. Highly recommend!

Be very careful - extreme Predatory pricing. The A/C unit was making a very loud noice and it was clear either the motor or the compressor was gone. As he did his diagnostics he asked for a hose and proceeded to hose the unit down. He did NOT tell me that it would cost me $89 for someone to hose a unit down and I expected it to be part of the diagnostics cost I agreed to pay. When I asked him why he found the need to hose it down when there was just a loud noice, he said he needed to do that as part of his diagnostics! Then why I am paying extra for it?He then expected me to sign up for an annual maintenance which was between $200-$350 a year. And expected me to buy a new unit from him.

Good: showed up on time, completed the repair.Bad: outrageous pricing. Predatory pricing. I have no issue paying for service but they tried to upcharge me 125% for the price of the part plus labor. 15 min repair and they wanted $1250 for a $550 part plus labor.

I don’t usually write bad reviews but this was the last straw. My AC broke and this company was called to fix it. They charged me 300 dollars for a part and I ended finding out that the part was only 50:dollars. I called them and did end getting a refund for it but it’s ridiculous this even happened.

This was our second time having JOSE VELAZQUEZ as the technician who serviced our heating and A/C systems. In August, Jose was able to solve an issue with our A/C unit. We were having issues with the A/C unit for a few months. He was very patient and listened to our explanation of what was occurring. With the information gathered he located the problem. Our warranty was up in 7 days which allowed the repair to be cover under the warranty which was wonderful. In September, Jose provided the maintenance check on our furnace and humidifier. He was professional and did a thorough job.We have Energy Services assist us with our heating and A/C needs for 15 years and they have been a great company to work with as we have family members who also use their services.

I was very happy with the work done by the Energy Services technician. He was there for a routine heating system checkup, which he did. He also found and corrected a problem with the exhaust piping that had been a problem since shortly after the furnace was installed. It did get a little noisy and it took longer than a normal checkup but that was because he had found and replaced a portion of the exhaust piping and that took a bit of cutting and sawing. I am very happy with the work the technician did and the results. Thank you.

Friendly staff. After years of HVAC problems with another local Heating and A/C Company...my furnace and A/C have been running trouble-free after switching to Energy Services. (I have a maintenance contract with them.) Very pleased with their work.

I was thoroughly impressed with Energy Services with every interaction I had with them. When I called, answering services were prompt and I had an inspection scheduled the next day. I called during the day of my appointment to see if I could get a clearer understanding of when my technician would arrive. The dispatcher contacted the technician and not only provided me with a clear understanding of when they would arrive, but they also made a note for the technician to call me when they were en route from their previous call. Chris was my technician and he called when he was on the way and arrived exactly when he said he would. He was kind enough to wait an additional 20ish minutes as I had forgotten my keys to the building and needed to have someone run them over. When I was finally able to let him into the building, I was incredibly impressed by the thoroughness and attentiveness he gave to a simple furnace inspection. Chris explained what he was doing, why it was important, and it was clear that he was a true expert in his field of work. I cannot explain just how happy I was by the service I was provided (especially because I have had bad luck with HVAC technicians in the past). If you need to have any reservations about calling Energy Services, set them aside! I could not be happier with the services I was provided from start to finish and will be sure to use them for all of my future needs.

We are long term customers of Energy Services. They are excellent. Recently we had a scheduled service call. The weekend before our furnace motor. I called on a Sunday and within two hours John showed up and made the necessary repairs until the new motor could be delivered during the service call. This is an example of the experience we have had since 1997. John did a great job of identifying the problem then explaining it. He was thorough and went above an beyond the normal servicing. A job well done.

The tech suggested I replace two, $90 components to my furnace. He said if I dont replace them today and they have to come out again Ill incur a trip charge. I told him I purchased the $280 annual HVAC/AC plan and that it included a free trip charge. He said he had no idea about that and he just fixes furnaces he doesnt work in the office. He then said if I replace the parts to the furnace today I would get that amount credited towards a new furnace. I said how much is a new furnace he said again he has no idea he just fixes furnaces. Otherwise my experience was pleasant with the gentleman. He seemed knowledgeable about furnace maintenance.

Very reliable company! I have been a long time(more than 10 years) customer, and they do a great job every time, no matter it’s maintenance or repair. Their manager Jason is especially responsible and knowledgeable! When I had a problem, he even took his lunchtime to come to my house to check. We were told about this company from a service repair guy who was previously employed with them, he said they had top of the line equipment. I’ve used Energy Service before and have always been satisfied. Today was no exception. Anthony came to service my furnace for its annual checkup. Unfortunately, he did find a problem but assured me the part was covered by warranty. I was impressed that he had already checked that out and saved me the trouble of doing it. He explained what needed to be done and the importance of doing it. He was professional and polite. The company runs very efficiently.

When someone calls in for their seasonal review, the person asks for our address to pull up the correct account. They set up an appointment and the process ends. My appointment was today and the rep who came to my house did not have the correct filters. Not his fault.If the person up front looked at my account they would see that I have ordered a filter that is specific to my furnace at this time every year for years.I recommend either that person asks me if I want new filters or look at the filters that I have ordered for years and make sure they are on the truck.Instead the driver had to go back to the warehouse at 6pm to get the right filters.I have been a customer for 34 years and just want to help a company I have great respect for.Thanks Bob

Kevin showed up on time and performed routine AC service in a timely fashion. He wore a face mask, gloves, and shoe coverings and made every effort to employ safe practices as he performed the work. I especially appreciate the fact that, after using the hose to clean out the AC unit, he returned it to where it was originally located.

Very good service as usual. We have used Energy Services for many years and can recommend them. This visit was for routine pre-winter furnace maintenance. We also wanted our old thermostat wire replaced with a 5 wire type in order for my smart thermostat to run without needing a 4 to 5 wire adapter. (I had run the new wire down into the basement but I didnt want to wire the actual connections.) Technician Ray was knowledgeable and courteous. 5 stars!

After my upstairs furnace failed, I called Energy Services at 9:00, the technician was here by 12:30, and the problem was fixed by 1:15. The technician, Chris, was very knowledgeable and clearly explained what the issues and my options were. I found him to be honest and direct but not in any way pushy. I am very relieved to have my heat back on upstairs and am grateful for how efficiently, thoroughly, and economically the issue was resolved. I will definitely contact Energy Services again and recommend it to others.

They just installed Infinity modulating Furnace, AC, Zoning and Merv 15 Filter. Keith as my salesman answered all questions and recommended the right sized solution while Scott did an excellent installation and explained everything well. I was unsure how the project would go due to complexity and scope of the Infinity system but very satisfied with the professional install and performance of the system. I will evaluate the furnace in winter, but the AC and new zoning is working great and keeping consistent temperatures. Definitely recommend.

Carlos & Anthony? cleaned our heating/AC ducts and dryer vent today. They called 30 min before arrival, arrived on time and were professional while they were here. On Tuesday afternoon I call Energy Service for an appointment. They informed me that the earliest appointment would be the next day. About 20 minutes later the dispatch office called and said I could have the same day appointment and would be charged after hours rate. I welcomed the additional charge because I’m expecting out of town guest today. The technician arrived and presented his card and went to the thermostat, turned on the AC and went to the basement. The tech took the furnace apart and started checking different components. He had several meters to check the furnace. He indicated that one part that assist the blower to start was giving lower reading than required and should be replaced soon. The tech then went out side to check the AC and used additional meters to check the AC. He indicated that the freon level was low and showed how much each pound would cost. The tech installed the freon and said I could have a leak somewhere in the system. The tech mentioned that he lives close and has many customers in my subdivision. Great tech.

Ive been using Energy Services for over 20 years. There was a recent time I noted a difference in their service, as it turned out management changed but the times had changed too. Getting over the bumps of the ins and outs of the way things had usually been done, I am happy that they seem to have worked out their system and I had a great experience with my fall service and video duct cleaning that was recently completed. The servicemen were clean, thorough, and explained everything they were doing and answered all my questions. I had actually had my ducts video cleaned a while ago by another contracting service, and this time was definitely more thorough as the men removed old beer cans from my ducting left by the original construction workers in the 70s. Im using them for my spring service in 2020!

We have been using Energy Services for over 10 years and have signed up for their annual service contract (furnace and A/C) year after year. Their service and technicians have been excellent. They are all ready to answer any questions that we have, and explain things in details, and even if they dont have the answers right away, they will check with someone at the office or on the field, and get back to us promptly.

Energy Services is my go-to company for heating and air conditioning.they have replaced the furnace and air conditioner for us. They also fixed a problem area by installing a zone system. In all of those cases, their work was done right the first time.Their staff is superb. The office staff is friendly and accurate . The technicians are amazing. Installation teams have always been friendly, willing to explain anything and neat. Our regular maintenance is frequently performed by David Beam. Sunday morning we awoke to no air conditioning. I called and answering service took my information efficiently and correctly, i received a call back from Steve. He kept me informed of his arrival time so I was able to go for a bike ride. He arrived right when he said he would was able to fix our air conditioner without having to replace it although this is likely in our near future. Steve was professional and provided us a good education of Alternatives that we could do to make our air conditioners life longer

Steve completed the winter maintenance for our 2016 furnace & humidifier. What a great guy! Very warm, personable and friendly! Steve didnt blink an eye when my Golden Retriever shed all over him (in fact, he loves big dogs and has a St. Bernard); he worked quickly and efficiently, and was as cordial and easy to talk to as could be. Furnace wasn’t working- called and Mike came out. Turns out it wasn’t a problem with the furnace but the power had been turned off accidentally. Mike showed me the problem. I decided to go ahead & have him clean it. Mike was extremely helpful and very nice. Would highly recommend using them whenever you need service or in an emergency situation.

Energy Services was referred to me by my home remodeling contractor. It is easy to see why. Steve was professional and courteous and friendly. He carefully explained what he was doing and why. Having a 12-year old AC unit can leave one edgy about how long it will last. I needed a new capacitor, but Steve assured me that everything was OK; and likely would be for a few more years at least. In addition he installed my new Co2 device. He gave me info and prices about replacement of my water heater. Was a pleasure to have in my home. Polite, skilled and thorough. John showed up within 30 minutes of calling for service on our furnace fan, diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes, got a new motor in about 30 minutes and installed it in 10 minutes. He also serviced the A/C and cleaned up the blower. Clearly he knew what he was doing and how to explain it.

Just finish my first maintenance-service by Energy Services on my Furnace.I have owned several homes over the last 30 years and have contracted many different HVAC companies to service the Furnace and AC and I am so impressed with the level of service from ES. My technician Mike was courteous, clean and answered all my questions and concerns. I was also amazed at how detailed the service was, from the cleaning, to the inspection of every component, to changing small water filters that I didn’t even know existed. My furnace at one point was completely disassembled in order to get a clear picture of how solid my furnace would perform coming into this winter.I would highly recommend Energy Services for your HVAC needs. Henry at Energy Services came out very shortly after we called them. They showed up on time and gave a good assessment of the issue with our AC unit. They recommended a repair to save us money however we went with a new unit since the old one was from 94. Once we decided on what we wanted to put in we asked how soon could we get it put in; they said they could get it installed the next day; we had it installed the next morning first thing; and the technician Scott showed up right on time. The AC unit and the internal work they did was very professional, leaps and bounds better than what was done under the previous owner of the house. Both Henry and Scott were very polite and a pleasure to work with. Everything at this time is running smoothly keeping two small boys, wife and myself very comfy; we are very happy with our experience with Energy Services.

I wanted to review and recommend Energy Services. I have had a furnace and air conditioner replaced and today replaced my old water heater. I made a request online during one of those minus degree nervous nights and was called promptly in the morning to schedule my furnace maintenance and water heater install. The woman who called was very courteous, concerned and helpful. She said someone would be at my house between 8:00 and 12:00 today. Kyle drove up right at 8:00 a.m. He said it would take 3 hours and he was right. He answered my questions and showed me the features of the heater. Nice to know there are good companies you can trust.
