The only reason I am gonna rate this Ice cream parlor with 3stars is— everything but the flavor!This was the very first time I came to this store & I must say the store’s ambiance is rather inviting.Lots of colors all around the walls, lots of fruits, & flavors on the side which makes you wanna order everything they offer.Despite an extensive menu, efficient service, cool environment what didnt ring the bell for me was a simple chocolate ice cream in a waffle cone.Although the cone was fresh, the chocolate ice cream has no strong chocolate flavors—I didnt find it chocolatey at all & it was less sweet. 🍨They have indoor seating & outdoor seats too!

I love this place especially their funnel cake. That is a must try. They also have excellent service. Their one of the owners, I think her name is Lina, she went out of the way to fulfill my very custom request. I definitely recommend this place

Wide selection of ice cream, Mexican fruit slushies, ice cream pops, and more! Homegirl said I entered through the wrong door but after I explained that I was unaware- I was a 1st time customer, she chilled out. Cmon, girl! ¡Tranquila! LOL!!

Look at this tiny cheap quality cup with comparison with my daughters hand. Its too pricey for such a small cup, around 4 dollars. I wouldnt come back again.

If you have a chance to come through here, please do. This is as close to Mexican ice cream and snacks you are going to get outside of Mexico. The ice cream is made of milk or water, your choice. There has to be over a 100 flavors. My favorite is the Ferrer Rocher. The Doritos bags with all the fixings, Im not sure what they are called but its insane and delicious. Highly recommend! Michoacana please open up a shop in NYC, preferably in Queens, en la Roosevelt.

This was my first visit to a Mexican ice cream parlor. There are so many new things to try that I was a little overwhelmed.The young lady behind the counter (one of the owners) graciously steered me to some ice cream flavors I had never tried (horchata and flan with chocolate cake). Both were a great choice and blended well together. Very creamy and full of flavor - not synthetic like something from a chain.So much to try will go back - really want to try the mango cups next.

Love the Mangonada. Great flavor. Sweet, salty with a hint of chili pepper spice. YUM!Lines often long, and so be prepared to wait a bit.A bit pricey- medium Mangonada will set you back you over $7...

Love their selection of waters, dorilocos always taste better here.

Elotes was really good. Not Drowning in mayo or corn juice. They also added nacho cheese 😱. So delicious would recommend this place. People here are super friendly and clean place with many comfortable places to sit.

I have yet to try something that isnt AMAZING here! The mangonadas are tangy and delicious. Also, you can never go wrong with elotes. I suggest this place to all my friends and family whenever they visit. Wont disappoint.

Amazing selection of ice cream, popsicles and juices! Tres leches birthday cake flavor is sinful. Line & mango and strawberry cheesecake popsicles are to die for. Very fresh juice for great value too - try the beet, orange and carrot! Friendly service and good spot in both cold and warm temps.

Yummy desserts and fantastic service! Their handmade paletas (popsicles) are amazing and they have a huge selection. Lots of ice cream flavors that are all great along with some authentic Mexican selections. I went with a mangonada and it was incredible. The mango custard with the chile flavored sauce on top was a great combo if you dont mind a little spice.To to everything off, the service was great. Very friendly with lots of samples given to us and the kids. Great spot for the family, well be back!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Ive only ordered through uber eats but I can tell that they pay great attention to quality and taste of everything they serve. it is all made with love and I am never not happy with my treats. thank you to everybody who works there for always making my day a little better :)

Wonderful service and even better food

Went here to meet my friend for years the place looks colorful filled with sweet delicious desserts. Great place for treats, if youre having that sweet tooth.Would def try something different the next time Im back. I wish I can try everything at once. lol

If I could give them no stars, I would ....Ive been there twice and on both visits the service was horrible ...workers there are very unhappy people, you ask about the products and they answer u with an attitude, they need to hire people that really want to work and have better customer service .

Excellent ice cream! The staff is slightly overwhelmed when busy and messed up one of my orders but everything else was great and they fixed it.

The owners and staff do an amazing job with customer service!!! The ice cream & snacks are out of this world! They have so many awesome options to choose from but my wife & I come all the time for the birthday cake flavor ice cream. We are happy to live down the street from this ice cream shop LOL!

Their variety of flavors is refreshing and delicious. Have tried La Michoacana at different locations in Chicago and suburbs, usually their service is really good. At this particular location, not so much. When you ask for a BIGGER size to take home, they literally have rolled their eyes and acted as if they do not want to fill the big container with some ice cream, happened twice already. Some manners and customer service lessons to employees is much needed.

A beautiful and VERY clean store is always at the top of my list. Customer service from this wonderful family owned business, is topnotch and off the charts. We travel and pass many locations to come to Naperville. You will not be disappointed.

I celebrated my PhD last night in this great restaurant. Well we passed a wonderful evening and the restaurant was indeed one of the reasons for the outstanding gathering. The waiters participated in a sweet manner, the cuisine was extremely good and my guests were so cheerful. We shall no dout return for more celebrations. thanks very much.

Sub-par service for average foodIve never had such crappy service from the owner of a shop as I got today. She was giving so much attitude when preparing my order, saying that I didnt tell her what I wanted when I asked if she added the fruit. She hardly even acknowledged me when I was paying and didnt even activate the pin pad because she was too busy spacing out. She didnt even look at me when she gave me my receipt, just held it out like I was wasting her time.Ive been here a few times before and the service was okay but this was just terrible. If I could remove tips from the tip jar, I would have.Doubt Ill be wasting my money here again anytime soon

I have been here many times since they have opened, I have never experienced such amazing customer service anywhere else. One of the main reasons I continue to come back is the family atmosphere that not only the team has created but also the owner. Every time I walk in I get a warm welcome with smiles from the entire team. The owner has been exceptional she is extremely down to earth and loves to get to know every one of her customers, which I do not see in many other business owners. I recommend La Michoacana to everyone I come across asking for a great ice cream spot. If youre looking for great customer service, great ice cream, snacks, waters, fruits and a family atmosphere.. Very disappointed! My kid needed to use the washroom and one of the ladies told me he can not use it! We were embarrassed in front of other customers, and then she said “ only for this time.” In that case put a sign on the washrooms saying that are only for employees.

This place is very colorful and insane with the choices. It takes time to take everything in. Walk around first and look at everything before making a decision. I should have gotten something exotic. The place was crowded for a Sunday night. They also have Doritos in a bag with cheese and peppers it has everything.

Elotes has a decent amount of corn cob pieces in it and they dont layer the toppings even in the large cup, but maybe I went on a busy day. It was extremely busy when I went. Ice-cream flavors galore and quality is great. Its a 5 star experience though in a four star kind of a place.

Very nice little ice cream shop. It has a lot of selections on the menu from icecream to smoothies, coffee and other Mexican flavored snack. The mangonata is delicious. It really is a very good place for a treat.

You have so much options, soft ice cream, Popsicle, snacks, non ice cream, smoothies and i saw some chips with nacho sauce.Got couple of ice cream flavors1. Strawberry in cream: please add the English equivalent for guestsit was very very good, I love how they used actual strawberries, my son loved it too! So I highly recommend2. Chocolate soft ice cream: it was very good as well

They did my order wrong and when they say they will give you credit, they don’t. They try to convince you that they forgot And don’t give you any more credit. It’s not worth it.

Wow, they know what theyre doing when it comes to ice cream!! We drove from Oswego to check this place out and were very impressed. So many selections to choose from and the service was awesome. Every one of the staff was super polite and on point. Definitely 5 stars for this place.

Such a clean place. All different varieties of ice cream- Including a ferror roche one! 👀🙏😌 They have nachos- elotes (Mexican corn)- Banana splits- yogurt cups with fruit and granola. This should definitely be on your list of places to go for desert. Outside seating and inside as well. Such a friendly and lively enviroment. Very generous with their servings too! 💜

By far the best Michoacána I have ever been to! The staff is so welcoming/friendly and they all make you feel like you are part of the Michoacána Deluxe family.
