Do you have vinyl/pvc windows in your patio that need repair or replacing? If so this is your place. Susan and her staff are super friendly, fast and reasonably priced. They are busy so dont go there to make small talk.They also do screen repair and builds, window repair, dorr repair, patio repair and installs. Definitely recommend this place.

The owner George is very nice but his wife is not she refused to take back extra parts to my cage I paid up front cash and check they got their money now they finally a month later took the the stuff back it’s now been 6 months and no refund or return of material and told last week she will refund me when she is ready tomorrow going to call FOX4 news and court house now a small refund will turn into thousands in court cost she also said they can’t use the material when they build cages everyday they only do white not bronze and know for a fact they sold my materials to someone total rip off

I paid full price for a job that was not finished in full. I had to go out and find the correct black rubber trim, then I had to teach myself how to do it by watching you-tube videos, finally did it myself. Although, I paid for replacing the screening, side rubber trims [which only one side was done and in a much wider piece that I had to trim down with scissors ] and new eight track wheels, yet who ever worked on my screen was not even capable to choose 8 identical screws instead they used the old screws from the original screen frames all of different lengths and types, which is part of the reason why the screens would to even-out and slide properly on the tracks. I just finished attaching the rubber siding and now need to shlep out AGAIN to find 8 of the same screws. I was charged aprrox. $160.00+ for each screen. I believe I deserve a refund for what was not done and reimbursed for MY TIME, MY LABOUR and MY MONEY I had to spend to buy the parts necessary to do the job RIGHT. I trusted these folks to help me, but I feel that because Im some one that doesnt know much about things like this perhaps I was taken advantage of, OR worse maybe these were over looked. I dont know. That said I am not a professional but they are supposedly professionals yet these obvious things were overlooked? Seriously I am an old disabled woman yet I was able to finish the job properly what professionals were not able to do. I will keep you updates if the owners will make this right or not

This store has a woman behind the counter, with a very nasty attitude, but very busy may be the reason, appears to be the owner. Waiting in line I listened to several people being subjected to nasty remarks coming from her as well and it didnt stop with me. She completed my order, and when I got home I found that the 1-1/2 bronze colored screws I bought that she had placed in a brown paper bag, were only 1 inch long. I live in Ave Maria, 40 miles from her store 80 miles round trip. I phoned her, she said she could not mail them to me, I would have to come back to pick them up. I explained that would make this a 160 Mile trip for 20 screws in which the job cannot get started without them. Her nasty answer was, if I had bought them from Home Depot, I would have to return to pick up the correct ones, and my answer to her was, If I had bought them from Home Depot, I would have not left the store with the wrong screws because I would have picked them from the store shelf myself, and would not have to rely on her to give me the correct screws in which she did not, and it was her fault and not mine and all I am asking is to put them in the mail for me......She hung up on me...... I of course because of the very poor public relations demonstrated by this woman makes me have to find a better supplier of any future needed aluminum and screening.

Telephone sevice is always bad. No answer, message full. Out to lunch. I have had this experience too many times.
