After dealing with a corrupt screen enclosure company I contacted Naples Outdoor Living. They promptly arrived on site, surveyed the site, evaluated foundation damage caused by the previous contractor and discussed the design of the new screen. Their price was very fair and they coordinated with the re-paving of the pool deck. They provided an accurate timetable of work start date and the screen was installed in 3 days, start to finish. I would first like to start out by saying that I am a local reviewer for Google, my reviews are honest and if you click on my name youll see the amount of reviews Ive placed and my honesty in those reviews. After the hurricane, this was the company we chose to build our cage. The owners were pleasant to deal with and the work was finished quickly, but there were many problems, and there still are 1 year later. First thing was with the crew they sent out to take down the old cage. They broke some of the tiles on my porch. When I addressed this to the owners, they explained to me that theyd fix it, theyd just have to get the tile in. A year later now, they came out 2 weeks ago and fixed 1 small section and said they have to order more. Second, the hole for the downspout on the super gutter isnt big enough for the flow of water so it overflows the gutter and causes a hole in my yard that we keep having to fill and washes away my mulch. Third, the seams in my gutter leak very bad, this is also the area of my cage that has a roof around it for our outdoor furniture area, so when the seams leak, they leak on our furniture and we cant even leave the cushions on the furniture, let alone sit outside if its raining. They never had an inspection done on it so the permit ran out and we had to contact them to get to get another permit. Ive been dealing with Glyn, the owner, and I feel like I just keep getting the run around and excuses on getting this cage fixed. He said they did some work on my gutter when they fixed the few tiles that they replaced and told me to let him know if it still leaked. Nothing has changed on the gutter, the seams still leak the same, the gutter still overflows and Ive sent him an email, with pictures showing the leaks, with no response and its been a week now since I sent them. I wouldnt recommend them to do your work. There are many other companies that come highly recommended in Swfl.
