The advisor for my service appointment was great to work with. They were on time, professional and very helpful. Unfortunately the cost of the repair for replacing a front headlight bulb was $1,750... more than we were willing to pay, and traded the car in for a new car instead.

Bought a brand new 2021 cadillac xt4, it was a beautiful car, but I took it home to find transmission fluid on my garage floor, brought it back to the dealer to find out what was wrong with it, 5 days later and 3 phone calls later I had to call them they never called me to let me know what was going on, they still did not have an idea of what was wrong, I requested my money back which they gave me, and never even asked if I was interested in another car. The general manager showed me on his computer that the loan was canceled, but never gave me any paperwork on it, 3 phone calls on 3 different days to gm financial and I find out the loan is still active, called the general manager again and he was out to lunch and would call me back when he came back, so 2 hrs later with no phone call from him I called back and someone else answered his phone, told me he was sitting next to him, I guess he couldnt be bothered so I spoke to the person who answered and told him to send me a copy of the email he said they have about yhe canceled loan, guess what it was never sent to me. Have to waste my time with these people tomorrow with another phone call.
