I found the most outstanding service experience at this location from the very start. The exceptional attention started the moment I went in, upon explaining that my car was shaking. Out of concern for my safety, they took the car in right away. Very satisfied with my new vehicle purchase at Land Rover. After a couple test drives I knew the exact car, wheels, and features that I wanted, but from a search on the manufacturers website, it didnt seem to exist anywhere in the country and these cars are in very high demand. I thought we would have to special order and wait several months, but once we told Frank what we wanted, he got right to work. Somehow he was able to procure the exact car with all the features requested in just a couple of days. This is a dealership that goes above and beyond for their clients, making sure every detail is attended to. Frank even wrapped up the car in a giant birthday bow which my kids got a big kick out of. The finance manager was the most efficient Ive worked with and had everything ready to go for us when we came to take delivery of the vehicle. I was in and out of his office in just about 10 minutes. No high pressure sales tactics here, just the honest and respectful 5-star service you would expect at the most exquisite car dealership in Naples.

This is for service department at Land Rover Naples. They are awful and I’d never go back. They were unhelpful and I felt demeaned and almost cried. Since then I’ve found a better place. Take your Land Rover to Captain Rob’s Land Rover for service. He is honest and always does a great job.

Frank Orsini worked hard to make us happy. We leased an ‘18 Range Rover and came away very pleased.The one suggestion I would have is to speed up the paperwork. We were at the dealership a total of 5 hours. There needs to be a way to cut that time in half. Figuring out the vehicle and price did not take long. Neither did the actual paperwork signing. But in between...much too long. It wasn’t Franks issue; he ran around expediting the process. Why not have the paperwork populated on line with the appropriate information and available all at once to sign?

At no point did I ever feel pressured to buy this car. Jacobs excitement, passion, and knowledge of the Jaguar brand made it easy. Im excited about driving, I take the long way home, and I volunteer to run errands. Any excuse to get behind the wheel. BTW the SALES guy, Jacob, was awesome I truly believe he didnt know any of this but who knows......make sure you ask the right questions. I read the car fax and was about to get my car delivered on what I thought was a clean car fax because it said vehicle serviced. the mileage was close so I asked for service reports. We purchased a Range Rover from this dealer and it is by far the worst service I have experienced from a dealer since the days of old with American car manufacturers.Insultingly long waits to get into service, incomplete work and generally poor service. I would recommend purchasing or serving your vehicle there.I am not sure I would believe the above ratings. I have been to the dealership multiple times and the service has been consistently poor. Maybe I just have bad luck.
