Stay away from this place. Horrible experience. Brought our truck to get it fixed and they returned it in worse condition. Took it back so they could fix what they did and they did not. Where do i even begin paint job is HORIBBLE you can see the tape residue on the bumper, the light THEY BROKE on the opposite side of the damage they were supposed to replace it however it is still falling off. When we picked it up it wouldn’t turn on, one of their employees said “oh we left the lights on overnight “ and still wanted me to take it as it was which i did and ended up with a dead battery at a parking lot. When i called them they wanted to wait until Monday so their manager would reach out to me mind you this was on a friday afternoon. They freaking broke my AC and according to them it happened because its old. How convenient it was perfectly fine when it was brought in. I could go on and on about their lack of professionalism and it is impossible to actually speak or see the manager because he’s always busy in a meeting or supposedly in the hospital. Just do yourself a favor and stay away! They’re getting paid from my insurance from something they did not fix but only made the issue worst and aren’t taking accountability for it.

I have been sent to Gerber collision at Pine Ridge Road through Geico insurance for the dent I had on my car . They fixed the problem which is good C but they have damaged my driver door handle inner side. They blame it was before itself. But am pretty sure it was not before . Definitely I wouldn’t recommend for any repairs to gerber collision again.

I brought my 2015 Audi in to repair a large scratch and dent on the hood. they repaired the damage in 3 days. The work done is outstanding and looks like brand new. Jackie with Gerber at the front desk handled the coordination of the repair and she was awesome! She explained the process when I dropped the vehicle off. It all seemed to easy to be true but the repair went off without any issues. I would surly use Gerber again as well as recommend them without hesitation!!

Totally awesome experience

Went to have driver side mirror repaired . When I got my car back the electrical controls for the mirror did not work . You could visually see that the button was not correct. The turn signal on the mirrors did not work. Though they said they checked it. I took it back they fixed the problem right away. But when I left I realized the door frame was loose and the mirror sat a little lower than the other and it was loose. I could move the mirror with my hand. I have yet to take it back. Terrible job!

Only getting 2 stars due to poor customer service. Gerber did a great job repairing my Range Rover, unfortunately the person who applied the name to the tail gate was a huge fail! I have been driving round with a ROVER RANGE on the tail gate I went in 10 days ago when I realized and was told it would take a couple of days to get the new lettering still not heard anything. It appears once they have your money they no longer have the inclination to finish the job so lifetime guarantee not really worth the paper its written on when you cant get them to sort out their mistakes

I had to take my car back 4 times before it was fixed. 1) promised date (14 days) was not ready. 2) second date was NOT ready but i was moving from Naples to Ocala (4 hrs). I took the car B C i had to. 3) came down for an appointment but warranty work is only to be scheduled on Tuesday. This time the manage came out and sorta acted like a couple screws and and wacks with a rubber hammer would fix the ill fitted bumper. After 30 seconds he admitted that this was not their best effort. We scheduled the forth appointment 7 weeks out. Remember each time i had to drive down it was two day with over 4 hrs each way. The forth time it was OK but for the front bumper skirt was STILL not affixed. Any one who goes here deserves it. Really this is a very bad place that seems to be fixing cars for resale and it shows.Follow up with Gerber….still on outreach. I was hoping that by now they would come back with some help. Perhaps looking at this from my point of view would help. They knew that we were moving up to Ocala Fl. This caused pressure on me to accept a less than “OK” body work. I had to accept a bad job. As mentioned earlier there were 4 trips down to Naples. If a quick spread sheet is filled in you can see that financially this came to about $140. (4 trips, 8 trips down to Naples and back, 40 miles per gallon, gas at $1.50 ….. Do the math) Also my time spent as we just moved to Ocala and had plenty of things to do including restarting my Realtor profession. If you look me up on Zillow you will see that over the years in Naples my total sales is about 12 million dollars. If i am not working i am not making sales. There is a very large amount of other issues. Food during the trips, adding more than two thousand miles, aggravation. You get the picture.A response to my reality would be appreciated. Remember the front bumper is still not correct and under the hood is a not connected plastic that floats around. It is the width of the car !

The Jeep twice, Honda, and GMC have been made beautiful again. Skilled in the shop and office.

Great place to have your car repaired after a Collision. The staff is super professional and friendly.

Very expensive compared to other shops. And I mean $2,000 more expensive compared to other estimates. Was told they were an insurance shop and therefore they try to drive away self payers by jacking up the prices. Would get other estimates if youre self pay because they are probably going to be the most expensive.

The Pine Ridge location had to fix up the mess that was left by the Marco Island location I contacted corporate headquarters and the district manager involved to get a proper resolution after several trips to Marco Island and Pine Ridge my car was fixed
