I was able to get over there and they dropped everything and came right out and they were able to replicate the problem and figured it out ...I trust them with my Toyota, Hyundai and Subaru

Ive been taking the cars to Naples Automotive Repair (fka Ricks) for five years. Rich is the owner and he is a gem. He solves the problems for your vehicle and doesnt find work that doesnt need to done. Hes honest and the pricing is doable. I used to leave the dealership with bills totaling over $1k each time, but I dont have to worry about that (unless necessary) with Rich. 😊

Amazing mechanic. As a young woman, I have been taken advantage of by car repair places before. It is such a relief to have Naples Auto Repair as my primary mechanic now. Car light went on indicating tire pressure was low. Brought it around lunch time, Rich stopped whatever work he was doing on this hot day and checked the pressure in all 4 tires. Adjusted them all then discovered a nail in one of them. Patched it up. No charge. His other workers soon returned from lunch. All very courteous, friendly and professional. Glad I found a trustworthy auto mechanic.

Rich is amazing! I got stuck in Naples, 3 hours from home, had to be towed to a hotel for the night and the tow truck driver had me convinced it was the alternator and battery. After calling around and finding out prices and time to install and getting nervous, I found Rich. He was beyond honest and instead of having me spend big money and being towed to him he told me, based on his 30 years of knowledge, what he was almost positive it was. He was right! A couple of Uber rides and a trip to Sams club for a new battery and back on the road I went. He knew he was talking himself out of a job but cared more about the customer than the money. Not too many left out there like him!

Honest, professional, I have trusted them with all of my familys vehicles for 6 years now and will continue. Great guys!

Recently took my audi in to naples auto because of concern about my timing chain and work that naples audi and ft myers audi had done, rich and two of his men took time out of there busy schedule to perform test on my vehicle, they spent about an hour of there time trying to help me, they explained the whole procedure to me in my terms and never charged me a dime. I would highly recommend anyone with car issues to take their car to this auto repair shop, if there were more people like these gentlemen in the world it would be a better place to live . Came to Ricks for tire pressure light on. Quickly checked pressure, pumped up the tires, refused to charge me anything!!! Definitely coming back for all car repair issues, big and small.

Went here a few months ago for our 2013 Infiniti G37X after we stopped at the local infiniti dealer due to front noise. Was quoted over $6000.00 at infiniti turns out I was right thinking it only needed a front wheel bearing this place saved me over $5500. Will be back! Very Honest company
