Excellent service! Courteous, professional, and helpful, everyone I dealt with in the service department was great. They didnt try to upsell me. Im glad to find a dealership and service department I can trust. They gave me a great loaner, maybe my next Mazda. I certainly know where I will go for my next Mazda and definitely for service and genuine Mazda parts. Great job guys!

I always bring my Mazda6 here and have no complaints! Very professional, easy to set up appointments! They dont take forever and you can watch tv and have a refreshment while waiting. Today, Brian helped us out tremendously with our car and couldnt be more pleased with the service provided. Thank you!

This is the second time in a row that an oil change has taken twice as long as I was told it would. And then they have the nerve to still try and upsell you on other services after taking all that time.Also had the pleasure of being ignored by someone sitting in an office who was not on the phone or with a customer. She could have loud conversations across the service area but couldnt ask me what I was there for. Had to wait almost 10 minutes for someone else to get off the phone.

Hey, first review! Lets get to it:The good:-Fixed my warranty issue without charging me (I shouldnt have been charged, so yay!)-Didnt try to peddle different services on me-Kind and helpful front desk folks-The key drop is quite convenientThe bad:-Did not warn me about having to reset my radio settings (minor)-Used a quarter tank of my gas for unknown reasons (both trip odometers were also reset)-Service guys in the back are incredibly rude (Im asking you a simple question over the phone, no need to be condescending)-Now Im getting spam emails, so dont give them your emailPerhaps youll have better experience with them, as it was my only time going. However, I doubt Ill be back for any general maintenance or other issues.

Great service on my MX5 with the oil change being done on time and they even applied the discount they were offering on a regular oil change to mine with synthetic oil.
