Owners are super friendly and are more than happy to point you in the right direction to catch some fish. Great selection of terminal tackle and have one of the best live bait setups I’ve seen as a captain. One stop shop.

Weve been going to Serenity for several years. Wonderful family owned company. They have a nice selection and are very knowledgeable. Highly recommend Serenity! Dont listen to recent negative reviews. Unreasonable jags everywhere!

Stopped by here to grab some live bait, figured since it was very small that it might be local and friendly. There was an older lady (40’s maybe) who was kinda cold and asked if my change was her tip. In Atlanta that’s very uncommon to ask for a tip. That wasn’t a good look for this place

Amazing customer service. Kid working here was super helpful, kind and sold us the goods. He even gave us some legit locations. Best bait shop experience we had while in Florida.

Extremely poor customer service. I spoke to Brian the owner after buying the more expensive option 2 piece rod the first fish that i set the hook on the tip snapped off my pole I explained to him what happened and rather than help me out and get me back in the water for the remainder of my trip he told me that he has no warranty because he buys everything from a discount warehouse that has no manufacturer warranty. As a small business owner myself i could not be more disappointed. This guy tells me hes not a millionaire and he cant take losses. And I can assure you at that with that mentality and attitude he is not going to get far. I will not come back if you are looking for somewhere to get fishing supplies there is an ace hardware down the road.

Ok so I come down to Naples to do some fishing and get out of Tampa Bay to avoid the red tide. I stop here to get some greenbacks. Well let me just say I got 6 dozen under size green backs. When I say under size they would have gotten sick in my cast net if I had thrown it. Now here’s the fun part thes 6 dozen cost me $120.00 plus tax. I’m not sure why the place is called Serenity it should be called I’m going to gouge my customer beach shop lol. It just makes you question the person that owns the place his integrity and the staff as well. I have purchased green backs at other honest bait places and the are $5.00 to $6.00 a dozen. A fast buck is not a good long term business plan. I hope the $120.00 you stole from me today is worth the thousand of dollars this review will cost you. Other than that the place was nice and clean and the person that helped me today was great. It’s not her fault that the owner has no Integrity. Her words verbatim was I just sell them the boss man tells me what to sell them for.

Awesome bait shop with really helpful staff. We were on an Overlanding trip and wanted to catch Peacock Bass. We stopped in and talked with two ladies and the hooked us up with everything we needed to land them. After we left, we absolutely crushed the fish! Definitely stopping by on my next trip!

If I wasnt told to never come back, you wouldnt be reading this review. Every other bait shop has had nice sized shrimp this week, but yet your excuse was summer shrimp and to get used to it.. I only came here because all other shops were closed and I promised my son wed go fishing once I was done work. Thanks for offering the refund after seeing I was displeased, but to then tell me to never come back after I said no its ok, no problem. but you can carry on being known as the last resort for bait in Naples. Dont worry, I wont come back nor will serveral others using you for last resort bait.

Only place in East Naples to get live bait fish. Fresh ready to catch the big ones. Owners do all the fishing for their stock right in the gulf so you know the baits are what the local fish are feeding on. Good advise too. Real nice people.

Friendly staff, bought new rod and reel combo, and was going to have store put braid on it, woman did not know how to work Machine, so helped me do it by hand, but did not take any money off the cost even though there was no accurate count of how many yards were put on the reel, when asked about a discount for the line, she refused.

We came in 10 minutes before they closed and the guy working was super friendly and helpful.

These people are awesome! Great atmosphere and extremely knowledgeable. These guys let me buy a livewell ahead before the order arrived and set it aside for me cause I couldnt get in because of work. The livewell is great and Ive been extremely happy with it. Thanks for being awesome guys!

Good hours and nice staff. Live shrimp can sometimes be a little small. Make sure to get a water bubbler! Shrimp will last all day with it...not an hour or two!

Absolutely worst bait shop owners!!! My two friends and I got accused of stealing weights when in reality it was my friend bending down to pick up his coins that fell by the weights. First of all the owner asked for us and we came to tell us that we stole merchandise which was false and then he insisted on grabbing my phone from my hand and my friends hand with force. He yelled at us for no reason which is where I lost it and had to talk back. There initial proof was screen shots from there phone which ended be false. His wife then wanted to record us to post on Facebook, Instagram, and all other platforms. Remember that we are two of are 14 and the other is 16. So it was unacceptable for them to treat us the way they did, especially since theyre grown adults with three children.
