1 dealing with the drive-thru and trying to deal with counter but that wasnt l doing too good at all. It took TOO long for them to figure out they needed another person. Ill Be glad when this SCAMDEMIC/ PLANDEMIC is over! ๐คฌ
I โm going to go out on a limb and suggest this is the slowest Walgreens on the face of the planet for Rx or any other services. Understaffed and under-managed. Unfortunate because other locations are generally pretty efficient and this is a good physical location. They have one cashier who is remarkably good but unable to do it all alone.
Regina is the absolute best.

I agree, worst customer service ever. They wonโt last long like this itโs almost like they ignore phone calls. Over the years as a physician I have called numerous times and the attitude is basically I donโt care about you so Iโll keep you on hold for 35 minutes: this was the shortest ( no exaggeration that I waited to speak to supposed professionals. The itโs busy excuse is just that. I work in a pediatric emergency room, and see, Evaluate and diagnose, discharge, and prescribe meds in the wait time it takes to speak to these people on the phone. It is sad for customers who have concerns about their health to wait in anxiety over the phone for simple questions like โwhatโs the delayโ. This is a problem with all Walgreens. I would suggest to switch to public who are more customer service oriented. These guys simply donโt care.
Extremely slow pharmacy....I have had to wait for an average of 5 minutes (with nobody in front of me) in line before anyone even comes to help. When trying to call the pharmacy, the average time Ive spent on hold is at least 12 minutes. I do not recommend using this pharmacy as your location if you are looking for timely service.
This pharmacy needs HELP!! Iโve called 3/4 times and waited over 20-25 minutes for a simple prescription that I was told, by the pharmacist herself, was to be filled within the hour but took them HOURS/ 24 hours to fill!! NO ONE ANSWERS THEIR PHONE!! Absolutely unacceptable costumer service!
Very focused and friendly staff. I have known the manager for over 19 years and many of his team have stayed with him that long.
After calling this pharmacy 3 times and left on hold (5-10minutes) with no answer I finally drove over to this Walgreens to inquire about my perscription. Nobody at the pharmacy waiting line of customers or staff working the counters. Like the airport scene in โMeet the Parentsโ I was FINALLY met by a snotty pajama clad staff member who reminded me to wait behind the line before approaching the service counter!!! Whut?! To think I moved my business from the Walgreens on Venetian for this spiffy version of the same poor customer service. Wow! Somebody from corporate should know about these stores!
This store is wonderful!! The service is prompt and the employees are friendly, helpful and the pharmacy is extremely knowledgeable!! This is further from my house than CVS but I make the drive due to the employees here!

Absolutly rude, GO TO PUBLIX PHARMACY. Went to fill my prescriptions and they would not accept goodrx coupons even though I had valid coupons. Either the Pharmacist was having a real bad day or shes got some Major attitude problems
The service has always been top-notched and the pharmacy staff has always been very knowledgeable in answering my questions in regard to my medications.
I switched pharmacies after being with this Walgreens for 2 years. I switched to Apothecary and they are the best parmacy here in naples. The walgreens staff is uneducated and rude. The pharmacists are pleasant but the overall experience is frustrating because most the technicians have no clue whats going or and their systems are not the latest technology. Im so happy I switched!

This stores pharmacy is prejudice. They do not like people of color, of foreign nationality or people who are not dressed in expensive clothing. They will not provide patients with legitimate prescriptions unless the patients are a wealthy white people who speak in a manner that is common amongst wealthy Americans.
