I had a fantastic experience with More Space Place. After doing a ton of research online with various companies I found that MSP had the perfect Murphy Bed for me. All of our correspondences were done by phone since I Was in NY at the time and wanted a Murphy Bed for my forever home in FL. I ordered the style that I want from a wonderful MSP representative, Linda, just from seeing it on their website, while my home was being built. I really went into this project completely blind, From ordering something I could not measure nor see it in-person, and just by going off of the dimensions of a floor plan I jumped in. With Linda as the rep I was completely confident. Now INSTALL... It was installed as a custom build from two absolutely talented, friendly and professional young men, Anthony and Kyle. I am extremely satisfied with my Murphy Bed from soup to nuts! They know their stuff and are true craftsmen. I know how hard cutting crown molding can be and Anthony nailed it.I would highly recommend this place if you would ever even consider a platform or murphy bed.

I had an incredible experience with Sari and her team. I had an idea of what I wanted (eliminate standing queen bed in guest room and create a functional space with desk), but Sari made my vision come to life in the best way. When she came to measure my room she listened to all of my preferences and came up with a design that is both elegant and practical. My “guest” room went from a space that I never used to an attractive office space that feels like it’s adding a whole extra space to my condo. When company comes, simply push in the desk chair and pull down the bed, and voila — classy comfort! The installers were on time and professional, so it was an easy project start to finish. For anyone balking at the price tag: stop. It’s 100% worth it to invest in a space that you will use because you love it.

We were having an issue with a file drawer slide. New parts were supplied promptly, and personal service has restored the drawer back to function. Thanks for such great service!

Jan and Kevin were more than accommodating in obtaining and replacing this piece for us. Excellent customer service and love our Murphy Bed that’s why we were taking it with us when we moved. Was introduced to Sari and MSP by our interior designer and couldnt be more pleased with the experience. Sari worked with me through the process getting to a final finished product that is different than what I originally thought I wanted/needed and I love it! Sari Kessel at the Naples store designed my home office space. I cant praise Sari highly enough! She listens, asks a lot of questions, understands your needs, presents options of what would work in the space, makes changes as needed, and has infinite patience. She is available and returns phone calls immediately. The installers did an outstanding job--they were professional, meticulous in their work, were neat and cleaned up when finished. My new space functions as a home office and guest room--and it is perfect!
