I enjoy my shopping experience at this Publix. Someone is always readily available that’s friendly and ready to assist. The store has a great spread of foods and products available.

Really wish they would asking, IS PAPER OKAY? but they always want to put everything in a PLASTIC BAG!! Imagine what would happen if they started charging customers 5 cents for every plastic bag. Anyway, I think PUBLIX is plastic bag crazy -- they even put a plastic milk jug with a HANDLE in a plastic bag!! The nice thing about a paper bag? All my recycling goes into the paper bag and straight into the big blue recycling bin.

I love they have Ready-made food that works a lot for me because I work long hours and when I get home I dont have time to cook.Eventhough they take the bar out at 7:00pm so something I dont make it on time to get that deli food. But chicken always helps.I wish more PUBLIX have this service check picture with daily menuChicken day you will find like 5 different type of sauces amazing Work inlove it

We live here! Seriously, a week doesnt go by without me popping in here at least three times. I love the layout of the store. For some reason, the lighting in there and the way everything is set up feels cozy and comfortable to me. I also like that there’s a Starbucks coffee place inside where I can grab a coffee and then walk around and do my shopping. The people at the deli and who make the subs are friendly, funny, and kind. I love Publix subs; my whole family does. We’ve been shopping here so long that we know several of the checkout clerks. The management could be a bit :-) her and friendly but they’ve got a lot to deal with it’s a pretty busy store. Not a massive fan of it during the season but in those quiet months when all of us locals are here just enjoying day-to-day life, it’s nice to escape to the store and wander up and down the isles. They have a great range of products. They have several organic vegetarian and vegan selections that you would find at other places like Whole Foods, but the prices here are lower. Naples Plaza Publix will always be my neighborhood store. Thanks, Publix.

Almost always a perfect pleasant experience shopping here. Prices may be a bit higher here on average, but there are still always good bargains to be found. Try a Chicken Tender sub while your there, its my favorite. Their chicken tenders, even alone are the best anywhere.

Clean,quick and lots of variations in product. Perfect parking, centrally located. Great spot for all.

I can’t believe you have somebody this lazy working in your deli to where they can’t just throw it out before cooking it no they actually bread it and then cook it so they had to touch it and then fry it so they see the feathers and still cooked it

This Publix takes WAY too long to serve the wings at the hot bar….. they serve it pretty late for lunch. Just wanted to warn all my foodies.

Shop here all the time. 2-3 times a week actually! Very clean store. Most staff are friendly and helpful, some not so much. If I based it off the few upsetting times there Id leave them with two stars mainly at check-out. But as for a store that normally has everything, very clean, and most staff very helpful you gotta give it to them! Deli, floral and bakery on point and friendly. Ordering online to have food delivered a lot of the times items are in-store but not offered online. Wing buffet at $7.99lb great deal vs. ordering wings local! Signage not the best explaining and actually false based off of arguing at checkout. It says under 20 wings $7.99 and checkout guys twice literally charged me over $21.00. So get the $13.99 sticker box and load up. Its a win! Awesome for family events or for the kids and def outstanding deal for me as a dad who loves wings and knows the restaurant industry successfully in and out. One last thing as a Veteran, VA can be confusing when calling your meds. Pharmacist there have been super helpful in fixing or calling on your behalf to solve issues that have happened. Great job on getting my meds for me a couple times going above and beyond.

The day I went sucked. I was standing at the hot food for 20 mins. Nobody came. Someone from the sandwich called for someone 4 times and nothing. I get they get busy but DAM I was getting something for lunch later when I have my break

I prefer the store on Radio Road, people are friendlier. Store was clean, well stocked, but not the same vibe.

Extremely under staffed. Never going back to this Publix they have ruined every sub I have ever had. They put way to much sause on the sandwich and ruin the bread. WORST DELI IN TOWN 0/5.

This was probably the nicest publix ive ever been to. Very clean and organized and new feeling. Lots of choices including a Starbucks located inside!My only complaint was checkout and the sub line was very slow compared to most other Publix ive been to. Then again we are in Naples there is no rush!

The staff needs to do so much better handling those not wearing masks. I saw more than 5 people not wearing masks and there are signs saying that masks are *required*. If people aren’t going to wear masks, they should not be allowed in!

Excellent customer service publix is a name to recon with the service it truly legendary when you ask for something they take you to the item at any other stores they just look at you and point this place along with other publix stores is truly phenomenal.

Standard Publix. Got cut up fresh fruit and snacks. Prices could be less or offer more coupons. Most customers followed Covid-19 guidelines. Checkout was quick. Plenty of parking.

Do Not Go to that Publix if you black, they racis, we were 4 young black customers waiting and that white lady just worked in front of us and the lady assisted her before us, called stored manager another white lady and she was like did she end up helping I was like yeah and she was like then u good to go . I was like okay and walk off

Pricey but clean and well stocked. Employees were very polite and friendly. Be sure to check out their sales and register at publix.com for a member number for additional sale reductions.

Store atmosphere was great, very clean. However, I came around 7pm and had less than 10 items in my basket. I had my hands full and decided to go to customer service to check out since it was closer. There was no line at the desk, however Daniela said there was too many items for me to be checked out there. She turned me away even though she was not busy at the time. in my opinion, thats bad customer service

Honestly ive shopped @ publix for many yrs, but have never seen a publix like this one ( First one ive seen with a Starbucks cafe in it ! ) its a Huge Store with a lot more variaty than most of the Publixs in Naples. If ur on US41 and need to stop at a publix this is ur place !

A larger Publix with a wider selection not found in smaller stores of this chain. High quality standards as usual. Excellent fresh produce/fruit section, feels like my stomach died and went to Paradise. The organic fruit is the best!Decent basic offerings of organic groceries, vegetarian, and vegan foods. Frozen section also has decent ethnic and health food offerings at fair prices- less costly than the specialty health food stores.Gluten free offerings, but got to hunt for them.Nice bulk -by the pound- dry goods section not found in other area Publix stores: i.e, dried fruits, nuts, granola, etc.Bakery dept. always looks good, people behind the counter were cheerful (at least the days Im there).Sports bars, protein drinks, & vitamin, & beauty section great selection. Odd n ends non-grocery items here as usual: Florida stuff for tourists, picnic goods. My mom even found one of those salt lamp things everyone seems to be getting.Great people here...an employee went out of her way to see if I needed help finding something.

Great store and very busy. Parking can be difficult since so many people shop there. Tonight we bought a mojo chicken from the deli and it was delicious. The bakery is also great. My father is a diabetic and he gets the coffee cake without frosting that they regularly offer. He really enjoys it and finds that it doesnt cause an excessive rise in his blood sugar. Its a great place to shop.

Okay so I go here because the food is good and it’s right next to my house . The staff is very helpful and friendly and they have a great stock of food and products. The deli really needs work though. Everybody is still friendly which is good but some employees really need practice making sandwiches. Sometimes my chicken tender subs are so delicious and other times they are mediocre. It really depends on who’s Making it . The younger staff is definitely better in my opinion because their fast and efficient. They know how to make a nice big sandwich. Some older folks really need some help making subs or should not be making them at all . If there’s one person in front of me it literally takes them 15 minutes to make a sub! Also they do not put enough meat in the sub. Sometimes the subs are so small I would give them to my 3 year old daughter! Sometimes I order online to avoid the waiting time but when I show up I either find my sub was made incorrectly, or was not even made yet at all ! Just a tip for management, you need to train your employees to be a little quicker, and a little more generous with the size of the sand which!
