This store AUTOMATICALLY gets a 5 stars because of Lynn and one of the young ladies who assisted me at the register! They were soooooo full of life and OUTSTANDING customer service!! I would recommend EVERYONE to go to this location! They even had some rare finds!

I love this store, they always have everything you or I could ever need. My store on Airport pulling and pine ridge in Naples has the most pleasant staff. They also have a ton of staff on the floor always asking if you need help. The prices are also generally less expensive than other mainstream stores and always have specials so you can try different brands without buyers regret. I always go to a total wine unless Im at home being lazy and go to the store across the street.

Went in for a bottle of tequila and ended up spending $500. The store is amazing. They have everything and the wines are easy to navigate by region. My wife pulled me out of the Piedmont Italy isle. Otherwise the tab would have been much higher...

I have been a big fan of Total Wine for a long time. Since Covid, I have been ordering on line using their application. I can select a convenient time to pick up my order. When I arrive at the store my order is brought out and placed in my truck. Its so convenient that I hope they will make the service permanent. I really like their Wine selection. They are even offering delivery on $99 orders. I recommend Total Wine.

I called the local Total Wine in Naples, FL 2-weeks before arriving back in town to host an event, while there for a week. They accepted my order and said they would call me when it arrives in about 1-2 weeks. (I knew this and that’s why I called 2-weeks in advance.)2-Weeks pass and on my way in to town, there had been no call. With my event quickly approaching, I thought it would be best to give them a quick call to see what’s up.The sales person tells me that it has not arrived yet. Then he proceeds to tell me the reason it hasn’t arrived. They don’t sell Corona in a keg, Only Corona light. He was at least, apologetic for the fact that a sales person did not tell us that!🤯 However, the good news was that he could order me something different! It would be here in 1-2 weeks. 🤦🏼‍♂️ Great!!! Thanks for nothing!

I stopped in to get some Irish Whiskey and Kenz stopped and greeted me. We talked about different whiskies since Im new to the whiskey world. He was awesome. Showed me different types and what to expect. He showed me one of his favorites and I took it. Top notch guy. Top notch company.

I really enjoy coming to this store. I can get everything I want...Beer, wine, liquor, mixes, condiments. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable about everything. If they dont have it, let them know and they will get it. Want to stock up before going home, this is the place.

The program in place to reset your password is totally annoying. You are told youre password is incorrect and you need to reset it.In doing so you need to request a verification code which will be sent via youre e-mail address.In order to access my e-mail to get the code I have to hang up on the call to Total Wine to get the code at my e-mail account on the internet. I then have no ability to enter it because I had to drop the call.The system is flawed with people like me that do not have their e-mail account on their phone, They need to go to their account on the internet to get the code and have no way to use it. Im hereby requesting Total Wine to advise a solution to this predicament.

Do not waste your time shopping at this totalitarian store! Complete disrespect by the assistant manager! I walked into the store and quietly picked out several high end bourbon bottles totaling $150. As I shopped in the store with no mask on, not one person said anything to me, even as I passed several employees. I even asked one for help finding something. When I approached the register, which had a plexiglass divider separating me from the cashier, the manager approached me and said “we will not check you out until you put on a mask” I told him, this state has no mask mandate and their is no law requiring me too! I then told the manager I have a disability and I can’t breath in a mask and it’s against the American against disability act to refuse me service in a public store. The assistant manager’s response was “we are a 5 billion dollar company, good luck suing us, plus we don’t need your business or money” he then turned from me and proceeded to chase down another person without a mask. Boycott total wine! I will be contacting my attorney in regards to this federal violation.

Easily one of the best places in Naples to fulfill every one of your alcoholic beverage needs. Deep selection of wine, beer and spirits along with any accessory you can imagine. Service is like an old school hardware store answering any question along with being able to look up any product and tell you if it is currently or will soon be back on their inventory.

Its Costco for liquor. You want it? They got it. An obscure mountain whiskey made in a cave in the Himalayas by tibetan monks that use ancient casks to age in the sub zero temperatures of Mount Everest? Yup. Aisle three. A vodka made from yucca plants harvested in Mexico and imported to Russia to be distilled by the long lost Anastasia of Disney movie fame? Absolutely, right down aisle 5. I love this place. It is heaven.

One of the best beer selections Ive seen and they have some of the harder to find brews. Lots of local, national, and international craft available. Their singles selection is great, but it would be amazing if they broke down some of the pricier packs (CBS, etc.) to buy individually as well.

Huge selection of excellently priced beer, wine, liquor. We especially loved the imported beer section organized by country. So fun!

I couldnt get over the amount of different liquor they had. There is always someone doing a sample tasting. The woman at the register said that they had 5,000 different wines. Wow!!!

Total wine & More truly has that more. The live selection of all sorts of liquor liqueur beer wine even cigars! You can easily spend a couple hours in the store just to get about 50% of their total collection.

As a bourbon lover and collector, everytime I travel Im always looking out for rare or hard to find bottles. This specific location had a huge variety and seemingly endless rows of liquor. They even have/had a bottle of Kavalan Amontillado, which can only be found usually in Taiwan. Ended up purchasing three bottles to add to the collection.

Wow! I was incredibly impressed by this location. I had never been to a total wine before as I usually shop at Walmart however it was extremely clean, they had everything I was looking for and the staff was so kind.Megan was my cashier and she provided such genuine care to me. She checked my items out so fast and even offered for me to join the rewards program. I obviously accepted that offer and she explained all the perks that come with it and oh boy I will definitely be coming back.Thank you to Megan and the total wine team for making my visit a flawless one!

I felt like the people working the floor seemed to busy to help. I walked around the store a several of times. All the employees seemed to be minding their business. I couldnt fine what I was looking for. I walked up to someone working the floor, I asked him politely if he knew where the sangrias were. He didnt respond to me; I asked again. He answered saying in the back. I ended up finding them myself. The cashier refused sale because my younger brother was with me. I understood that. They called over the manager. I explained the situation that I was buying wine for my wife and I dont like going to the store alone. He said he would let it pass because it was my brother but next time he stays outside the store. My problem wasnt the initial refusal of sale, the cashier was friendly about it and explained the policy. My problem was that everyone on the floor seemed too busy to help customers. The people up front seemed more willing to help compared to the people working the floor. I dont know if thats normal because it was my first time shopping here.

Don’t go there if you don’t want to wear a mask they will ask you to leave and will not allow you to shop.

Ever since the Collier County mask mandate expired they STILL enforce an illegal mandate in their stores! They DEMANDED I get a mask or get out! Ill get my spirits elsewhere!

Good stock of all items, particularly local items like Monkey in Paradise vodka, and products from Wicked Dolphin distillery and St.Augustine distillery.

Whats not to love about total wine. Inventory is online with either order ahead or just location of items in store.When you cant find something thats in stock, the staff will tear the store apart to find it.Staff provides recommendations of their favorites on the shelves, especially for steals and deals. When they dont have an item, they will recommend other places you can go to find.Prices are generally good and competitive, though appreciate that you are paying a bit more to have a better selection of options.All in all, recommended for ease of shopping, price, and selection

This place is HUGE! The most variety of wine I have ever seen. Plus a good variety of other adult beverages.

Great selection...prices are also good. I have found the staff to be very knowledgeable and go out of their way to be helpful. Around the holidays they get very busy, and I take advantage of the online ordering. Arrive at the store and my mixed cases are ready to go. Only disappointment is they no longer carry my beloved Smuttynose Finest Kind IPA...boo.

Parking is always nuts but this place hands down has the best and the most to offer at the best or close to it price. With tastings on the weekends you can really get to know what you like. Very knowledgeable staff always there to make a recommendation.

A large and diverse selection of everything wine, beer, alcohol and cigar. I needed all 4 this trip, and I had no problem finding everything I wanted. I needed help finding a special liqueur, and got take me to it service. Check out was quick and customer service friendly.
