Incompetence, dishonesty, zero integrity. Do not use this business. 9 month wait on hull repair, repairs failed the first day boat goes in water.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR BOAT HERE (TERRIBLE RIP OFF) I would not even give these people one star a total waste of time and aggravation and money. I met with a man that claimed to be the owner his name is Harry. he looked over my boat gave me a price to fix it and a time of two weeks to complete even though the job was to take 3 days he claimed he was busy just bring the boat and if he could get to it before time he would, I made it clear to him before I accepted and signed the mickey mouse contract that the color of the gel coat must match and that I had already purchased the gelcoat from the factory and not to charge me for gelcoat he said not to worry he didnt need my gelcoat keep it he had his own and it would match so I accepted and trailered the boat down from Fort Myers to Naples . every few days I would call him and he never answered his phone i had this feeling inside this is not professional at all I ended up driving to Naples 6 times in seven weeks one lie after another finally I had enough and came down to pick up my boat ready or not . on the way down he sent me a text a showing $9103.51 charge showing discounts so when I arrived I confronted him about this and what gave him the rite to do this.this man has no common decency just a rip off and way to divert the attention away from his crappy work little did I know at the time what was under his paint . I had a contract with a agreed price of $1200 and not to exceed 1600 I brought the boat him on 11/14/2017 and took the boat back on 12/31 2017 after arguing about being a rip off and being unethical I ended up paying $1600.00 which was the highest price and not to exceed, of which I have stoped payment. I have included some pictures one is a sistered stringer that was not straight or properly installed and glassed as you can see empty air voids not attached properly and not leveled with no radius and three inches higher than the other side he also failed to install my water tank which now cannot fit . I also attached the fabricated bill if google will show after we entered into contract .the next picture is where he sprayed over my gelcoat with his home made in shop special blended spraying around the bunks on the trailer you can see the shadowed area . now this is a Intrepid boat with no paint on it .this boat is now at a proper marine fiberglass and fabrication facility repair shop where I found out to the extent of his lack of knowledge and experience so I called him and confronted him about this and what sloppy job he did and why he sprayed the outside of my hull and over the bunks on the trailer he said he would come to my home and buff it out in 2 weeks he said . really at this point I am done . in the pictures you can see the shadowed area if you look good enough once again I had the Gelcoat . and all the work he did has to be redone at a cost. all the paint had to be sanded off removed and gelcoat applied. to add to my pain he accidentally reversed his pickup truck into my trailer and smashed the fender . he told me a new one was on its way just lies. also when i came for my boat he was finishing a truck hood in his shop and spraying a bicycle . this is not a proper certified marine shop of any kind dont let his website fool you its misleading there home made shop warehouse looks nothing like whats on there website . you wont see any beautiful boats around like site shows they work out of a warehouse bay next to a tire shop and a towing yard.be careful this harry guy is a real piece of work and will talk your ears off while conning you to the max he is very convincing DO NOT GET TAKEN

Harry did an amazing job painting my dump truck! There are many unique curves and angles on the bed of a dump truck to make this a difficult job. He made the truck look beautiful and new. I am extremely happy with the service and quick turnaround. He will be painting the rest of my vehicles in my fleet. I highly recommend them your painting needs!

The owner of this company Harry Fentress is a liar and more importantly will never complete your project whether it is an easy repair or full paint job. I made the mistake of hiring them to paint my boat and gave them 50% upfront which I was ok with in order to get my project started and all material ordered. little to my knowledge did i know Harry has no idea how to paint a boat or where to even start other than with demo, which they did a great job tearing the boat apart. I dropped the boat off at his shop back in late March 2020 and just last week Friday 7.31.20 i had to go and take my boat and all associated parts back from his shop off Prospect Ave.Needless to say the work was never fully completed in 4 months and the work that was completed has to all be re done. This was a total waste of time and a lot of money that i will never be able to recover. One very costly learning experience for me and HOPE i can prevent anyone else from getting lured into allowing Harry to do any work on their boat or jetski as he is a liar and thief.Please learn from my lose and do not consider this company for any work as i have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and have informed the local marine industries to watch out for this company.

Went to meet with these guys referred by Naples Motorsports. They gave me a evaluation. I filed a claim with the insurance company, gave them the number and email to send their estimate. Said they would call me back. Never called me back, never followed up, still haven’t heard from them. Not how I do Business....

Brought an essential piece of fiberglass here to get repaired. Harry and Jeff did a fantastic job fixing the old piece and making it better than new. Great price point. We will be coming back for all our repairs in the future

I brought in my 17 proline for a full restoration including multiple repairs and a full paint job. My only discrepancy which is a minor one, is that it took slightly longer than anticipated because of renovations being made at that time. But the end result was better then I expected for the price. So in short, exceptional work, very informative of the steps and process, I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for anything boat repair/painting and fiberglass repairs.

My husband bumped a pillar while trying to dock and tore a gash in the boat in the process. We asked a few friends and one of them referred me to Fiberglass Services Unlimited. Harry was great at explaining what needed to be done to fix the gash. The only issue we had was the paint not matching perfectly. Harry took full responsibility and repainted the boat free of charge.Highly Recommended

DONT TAKE YOUR BOAT HERE !!!!!!Full of broken promises,,, they say you will have your boat back in a week and they take months. The work they do is back woods garbagewent with a good friend of mine to pick up his boat, he had them add a stringer to the bow to strengthen the front and fix a 5 inch hairline crack in the gelcoat,, when we went to pick up the boat it wasnt finished the stringer was glassed in wrong and 2 inches crooked,, we had to sit there while he finished spraying the hull where he had repaired the crack.. had to take the boat right to another fiberglass company to find out they sprayed the side of the boat with paint and not gel coat,, this boat has never had paint on it ever, why would you use paint !!!!!Do yourself a favor and use someone else

Horrible! He had our boat for MONTHS and did nothing right. The VERY LITTLE he did was very bad. We went to another person we personality know and were told he used the wrong products and had he finished it and we took it into the water, it would have sunk. He took a very large deposit then made excuses as to why he could not return our money right now, but would. Almost a year later weve received $40.00. Last contact we had, he said... Sue me, Stand in line.
