We attended the Bonita boat show and checked out a lot of different vendors. There was a clear difference of service and hospitality when it came to The Boat House. We couldn’t be happier with our new boat and the service we received during the buying process, sea trial, delivery and after was more than we could have asked for. It wasn’t just our salesman Jeremy, but everyone we came into contact with was helpful and courteous. Highly recommend and plan on buying any future boats from The Boat House.
We have eaten there many times and always loved it. However this last time was horrible. Our waitress was rude and never even asked if we would like some more wine. To top it off, two of us ordered prime rib and it was very tough.

While it took a lot longer than expected, I am very satisfied with the Crownline 270XSS with a Mercury 300. I am also very happy with the dealer, The Boathouse, and my sales rep Tom Sosinsky. The delay experienced was due to Covid and was unavoidable. Set up and rigging was top notch. I definitely recommend The Boathouse.
We purchased a Sportsman 282 Open. Jeremy and the rest of the staff are great to deal with. They make sure you feel as part of the family from the moment we stepped in the store. I purchased a Cobalt R30. In the short time owning our boat weve had nearly 30 service calls for the same issue putting us in peril due to lack of steering and power. 50% of the time we had friends or families meet intending be spoiled on our boat, only to find the boat would not start. To their credit, after contentious conversations with The Boat House of Naples, Cobalt and Volvo they rewired the entire system, blew out the stereo. Its been a rough voyage. For anyone in the same position there are Federal Lemon Laws and attorneys willing to help you make it right.
If you are in the market for a boat, I can not recommend The Boat House of Naples, specifically Jeremy enough. From always answering his phone, to completing all paperwork and documenting vessel with the Coast Guard, the Boat House can do it all! I traded in a 2007 38CC Fountain, for a brand new 2018 38CC Fountain. The Boat House offered me a great trade in value, and worked out a price for the 2018 that was in our budget. As a charter company in MONTEREY CA, we couldn’t of chosen a better company to do business with and get our new ErinAnne! Only thing I would like to see, is a Boat House location in California. We drove a total of 6400 miles, yes the boat house offers transportation companies of course, but the long road trip was a great excuse for a vacation with my wife and I got a new boat out of it! From the first contact through the delivery process and beyond, the team at The Boat House has been outstanding! I inquired about my new boat through a website submission and was contacted by Ryan Bradley of The Boat House of Naples. Ryan proved to be very knowledgable and forthright when reviewing the pros and cons of the Scout Dorado 275. After mulling over the decision to purchase, I outlined my circumstances to Ryan being that I was in North Carolina and The Boat House was in Florida. There was absolutely no pressure during the sales process and the follow through was top notch. After much consideration, we came to an agreement and ultimately purchased the boat over the phone, utilizing FaceTime to take a virtual tour and test drive.We officially owned the boat on 8-31-2017. Less than a 2 weeks later, Hurricane Irma was barreling down on Florida! The Boat House took great care of our boat as well as the rest of their customers boats making sure all were well protected from Irmas threat. I was told that none of the boats in their care sustained any damage. It was a relief to say the least, but what I found even more impressive was that Ryan and the rest of the staff responded when called. Everyone was safe and everything was secure.On December 22, 2017, we finally took a test drive of the boat and reviewed all of the features one more time. The dock crew helped us set the boat on our trailer while Ryan and one of the other crew members helped adjust the bucks and winch.We trailered the boat to Marathon Key and had a great Christmas and an awesome time on the water for the following week. Unfortunately, we did have a problem with the Garmin. It was completely unresponsive to any touch and rendered most of the boat inoperable.I texted Ryan late in the evening after trying all of the trouble shooting suggestions. Ryan reassured me that wed get it resolved in the morning. I woke up promptly at 7:55 and called Garmin at 8:00. After talking to their customer service rep, it was suggested that I take the boat to a service provider or talk to the dealer about a replacement.I received a call / text (I cannot remember exactly) from Ryan about 8:30 am. He had spoken to his service team and I relayed what Garmin told me. About 15 minutes later, he called me back and told me to take the defective unit to West Marine only 15 minutes from where I was and they would swap it out. I did just that. 4 screws and a 15 minute care ride later...I had a new GPS unit. It took me about 10 minutes to prep and install the new unit. From there it took maybe 20 minutes to update and connect it to the C-Zone. By 10:00...I was back on the water and loving my new boat.I cant express how much I appreciate the patience and help the team at The Boat House offered during the Holidays. They took a really bad moment and made it a sidenote in an otherwise awesome vacation. I took my wife and 5 kids out on the water hunting for Lobster, fishing for whatever would bite, and generally loving our time together as a family.As a General Contractor, I fully understand the frustrations our customers experience when something doesnt work as planned or designed. Our goal is to always minimize the disruptive impact on our customers lives. The whole experience with The Boat House and with Ryan has been a lesson in customer service that I will always appreciate and offer up when trying to illustrate a point.We passed many different boat sellers on our travels to the Florida Keys, many with some very attractive boats and flashy signs. We have dealt with many different boat sellers over the past several years as this is technically our fifth boat purchase. (The first one doesnt really count since the engine died and would not restart during the test drive) Knowing what I know now, I would do it all again in a heartbeat. If the need or desire arrises again in the future, our first call will be to Ryan.5 Stars really doesnt express how impressed I am with The Boat House, but thats all Im allowed to check!
