Phil Osborne went above and beyond in customer service for me with a problem that I had with a boat that I had purchased pre-owned. I had purchased the boat from the people that had bought the boat from Naples Boat Mart. I wasnt even a customer of Naples Boat Mart. There was a defect in the boat that was the fault of the Hurricane manufacturer. Mr Osborne contacted Hurricane, discovered the nature of the problem and arranged for me to be reimbursed for the cost of repairing the problem. Naples Boat Mart had never done business with me and Mr Osborne had never met me before I called him about this problem. He manned up and did the right thing. I commend him on his work ethic and the service that he provided. Quite unusual in this day and age!

My wife and I decided to replace our 10-year-old Sea Ray 270 SLX with a smaller center console, and reading the positive reviews of Naples Boat Mart was the deciding factor in choosing them to make the trade. Phillip Osborne of Naples Boat Mart has gone beyond his scope of helping me with some minor issues on our 336 Grady White Canyon, which by the way is a great and well balanced boat.I have purchased nine boats in my life time and Naples Boat Mart is the best of all the dealers Ive dealt with. They did everything that they promised and even more. From the purchase with Chris Judd and the follow up with Phillip Osborne, the experience could not be beat along with the home office support of Grady White. Bottom line, I am beyond pleased.

Do not bring a boat with mercury motors to Naples Boat Mart. They could not read the codes on my mercury motor and did not repair it though i paid for a repair. I picked up my boat then dropped it off at All Marine. Frank at All Marine is all about Mercury Outboards. He is a great mechanic and stocks many parts. Give Frank a call and do not waste your time and money at Naples Boat Mart.

Since I walked on the lot to look for a boat, the experience has been nothing but great. The salesman asked the right questions which led to the boat I purchased from him. Chris made this experience easy and was always there to answer my questions. The sea trial was handled by Captain Mike as well as he was the Captain who delivered my boat to my house and took me out to make sure I was capable of handling the boat. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a boat and wants a great buying experience.

I started my search for a new boat in 2018. I wanted a boat that was large enough enjoy the gulf and travel to the barrier islands yet small enough to navigate the back waters. After a lot of reading and conversations with friends that are boat owners I decided to first look at a Grady White.In the summer of 2018 I stopped by Naples Boat Mart and met with Chris Wallace. After numerous visits and phone conversations (Chris had a great deal of patience), finally in April of 2019, I purchased a 23 1/2 ft. duel console Grady White. Chris did an outstanding job of explaining the features and quality differences in a GW compared to other manufacturers. This gave me the confidence in knowing that I was making the right selection.On delivery my sea trial was conducted by Derrick Wilson. Buying a used boat, even a Grady White from a Grady dealer, from 2,100 miles away is not exactly the easiest thing for me to do. However, Chris Judd made the whole experience terrific. Chris was patient (answering my many questions over an extended period), very responsive (I would usually hear back from him within the same day), always pleasant and friendly, and very knowledgeable and experienced—Never pushy. When I flew down for the inspection and sea trial, Chris was waiting with the boat and available for my further questions before and after the trial. Capt. Mike took me out and answered all my questions and even pointed out some minor things that needed to be addressed.I could not recommend Chris, Phil, Derrick, and Capt. Mike any higher. If you are in the market for a new or used boat, call Chris. You will not be disappointed. You will have friends in the boat business whom you can trust!

Buying a new Key West boat from this dealer was very surprisingly pleasant.From the beginning when I call them for inquiry, they were very polite and they meant what they said. Chris Judd was superb in professionalism. I decided to buy the boat even not personally looking at it. Of course the price was comparable. My wife and I just took delivery of a Grady White Freedom 255. The complete experience working with Naples Boat Mart was outstanding. Chris Judd was a huge help every step of the way. This is our first boat and Chris became a knowledgeable and helpful partner throughout the process. He took the time to understand our preferences and to provide advice and coaching when we requested it. Chris was also helpful in helping us with other needs we had for the new boat such as helping us find a marina for storage and for sources for other boating gear. On the day of delivery, Mike Dawler met us at the marina and showed us how to operate the boat. Mike was very helpful, patient (remember, we were new to this), and a wealth of knowledge about the boat. Just received my 2018 Grady from NBM. The salesman was very informative. Working in his office and viewing information on a full size TV versus a computer monitor was very refreshing. We really appreciated the no pressure sales approach, Chris Judd our salesman was very courteous and quickly supplied answers/information on all our questions or requests. Also had great interaction with the service department in designing and implementing our equipment installations and upgrades, I would recommend them unequivocally.
