I originally went into the store and had a salesperson start out design. We initially went in to do the kitchen, but after seeing an estimate we decided to do the laundry room also. This initial salesperson was gone when I went back and Brant took over our design. He found errors and too many fillers, so we started over and he was AMAZING!!! We decided to work on the laundry room first and instead of doing the installation ourselves as initially planned, we decided to use the installer he recommended. All I can say is that our laundry room is INCREDIBLE!! We love the quality of the cabinets and pullouts, Brant was extremely patient with me and my husband, and the installer, Norris, of Wallace Custom Cabinetry is the BEST!! We are now having the installation of the kitchen and once again, I am completely blown away!! Between the design that Brant and I worked on and the installers, (Norris and Joe), I cannot believe the look we’ve achieved at an incredible price. I COMPLETELY recommend Brant at Cabinets to Go and Norris of Wallace Custom Cabinetry. We are so happy with the professionalism, the quality, and from start to finish they have made this as painless as possible!!
I wish there was a zero star option. I would highly recommend that you never use this company unless you enjoy experiencing horrible customer service. Phone calls not returned, promise of follow that never happens, being made to feel as if I was a bother, and taking literally months to solve issues that could have been solved in 15 minutes. I am an extremely patient person, but what I experienced with this store was by far the worst customer service experience ever, and left me exasperated. The only thing I can say is that ultimately the cabinets are beatiful, but it wasnt worth it! Dont do it!
If you want cabinets and great service THIS IS NOT the place. Paid $100 to have someone come out to measure for my new cabinets. After 6 calls and 2 months of waiting, I am no further in the process. When I asked for my $100 cabinet measurement fee, I was told since services were rendered they cannot refund my money. Glad I am only out $100. Im taking this as a sign and will move on.
Buyer be aware, There is a huge sales issue with this place. We are rehab company based in the west cost and have started to move into Florida, I was in the show room on Thursday and I gave all the measurements and the style of cabinets I needed and was told I would have the quote latter that day. I have called everyday and all I get is that my sales guy is busy, out to lunch or with a client. Its now 1 week later and Now they dont even answer the phone. I have left messages and no call back. We have 15 kitchens going in in the next 2 months you would think they would give me a little attention. I guess if you have a normal job and about 6 month to chase these guy down day after day you will be ok, if not dont waist your time. White Shaker already built Home D.
I CAN ONLY TELL FUTURE CLIENTS OF THIS PLACE TO STAY AWAY FROM Cabinets to Go. In august our salesman said that we would have our cabinets in one to two weeks., well...6 weeks later still no cabinets. Then they called to say they were in and we made an apt for our installers to pick them up on a saturday morning. The same morning we received a call from our installer and he informed us that only a little more than half OF OUR MATERIAL was actually in their store.another 2 weeks went by and with the regional managers help most did come in .We did not use their installer because after the first mess up, he told us that he was booked up and we were on our own. It seems that our initial salesman told everyone that the cabinets would be there in 2 weeks knowing all along that that WAS a lie. We ordered these 5 months ago and we are still waiting for 2 replacement door and a drawer. I have repeatedly called the NEW manager Mike and he has never never returned my calls. Four days ago I called and spoke to another salesman and he informed me that they discontinued our cabinets and there was nothing he could do. If they arent there, they arent there . were his rude words. We were contacted by customer service and she said that as far as she knew, our cabinets were not discontinued, but it could be up to 2 more months to get these replacement items.I dont know how the rest of this corporation is run, But I can tell you that the Naples store IS mismanaged, rude and has no clue what is really happening with orders, AND WILL PROMISE ANYTHING TO CLIENTS FOR THEIR COMMISSION.
Cabinets to Go was recommended by my contractor. First of all an appointment is needed. I did not have an appointment. They are very busy. I went on a Saturday of a Holiday Weekend.Prepare. Do your homework on their web site. Easy directions to give them the information they need to complete your project. Brant fit me in his Schedule and his next appointment came in and we took a break and ran some errands. We got a lot done in the first segment of our appointment and when I came back we finished up.I had a good idea of what I wanted and my contractor was with.Brant did a nice job showing that he cared. I know it helped that I assured him I was going to get this done today since I live in Minnesota and working on a condo project in Naples. Time will tell on the next step. And yes you need to find your own counter top installer. I worked with IGs from Tampa. So far first call. And Cabinets are nice.
They may have inexpensive cabinets, but that is it. I had a house built faster than it took me to get cabinets and countertops. Customer service is non-existent, excuses, excuses. I am only dealing with the store in Naples, maybe your location will be different and most likely better. Started in August, now December. Do have kitchen cabinets and countertops, no bathrooms. Apparently the inept salesman didnt give us the true price. Less than 12 Sq ft of quartz went from $1200.00 to $ 2000.00. stay away from this place. They only care about the sale, no follow up or tracking on the projects they sale. Now I have to find someone to do my bathroom countertops. Isnt it odd they have no corporate phone number?
Zero stars Terrible follow up, and by the way, the cabinets dont have backs on them! Surprise Surprise. Ask questions because they dont tell you the full story!
Disclaimer. Not even worth the star, but cant post the review without it.I am still waiting for a refund for a part that was sold to us and we did not need in the first time. We returned the piece over three weeks ago. Every time I go there ( for the past three weeks), the manager Mike says he will take care of the problem, and does nothing. This is a supposed to be a very reputable store that takes every business seriously, and all I got from this company is distrust and time wasted, specifically from this store. My recommendation for future customers is to go somewhere else with your business. Apparently, they dont need your business. My recommendation for the Cabinets to go corporate is to take customers seriously.
Im Sam from Cleveland Ohio and came to Naples, Florida to remodel our condo. Not knowing the area, I called around a few places looking for kitchen cabinets. While driving to a cabinet store, I happened by the Cabinets To Go Store at, 4404 Tamiami Trail E, Naples, FL 34112.When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by a salesman, Josh, who asked to hang on one minute while he finished up a drawing. In the meantime, he made me feel very comfortable and we chatted while he finished up another clients paperwork. By the time we started working out the layout together, he felt like a friend.After a short amount of time, Josh had given me a quote and I already knew id be going with their Company, but still told him I need a day and would talk to him in a day or two. Josh told me that that if I wanted the product the following thursday, and this day was a Tuesday, I needed to order by Saturday. I had a few conversations with Josh on the phone reference a couple questions, every time I called, Josh was there to speak with me.So, I arrived to speak with Josh Saturday morning, we tweaked a couple more items and I placed the order. Josh told me that the cabinets would be in on Thursday for me to pickup, that was my choice but they do offer delivery. I told Josh, I may not need them exactly on Thursday so if need be, could I pick them up Friday or Saturday. Josh told me no problem, I could come at my convenience to pick them up. I received a call the following Wednesday that my cabinets were in! One day early, that never happens!After I picked them up, I went back to install them. After installing the cabinets, there was a small problem with a couple not fitting correctly. I went back to the store to speak with Josh about it and what happened next, you never here from a Company. He said that I could either do this and make them work or if I wanted him to, he would reorder in what I need, return what I picked up and there would be NO ADDITIONAL COST! Do to my timing, I handled it with Joshs suggestions but was totally floored about him willing to replace them at no charge.I am totally satisfied with Cabinets To Go and would not even consider going anywhere else on my next project. Best place to board your dog! Biggs loves to visit! He feels comfortable and we feel comfortable knowing he is well taken care of while we are away!Amazing staff, clean and you can view your dogs with their web cams! Highly recommend!!! 💗
We recently moved back to Naples from Jupiter with a new furry family member. We were very lucky to find a dog daycare in Jupiter that we loved.. (dogsworld Jupiter fl) we loved the staff and the facility. We checked out a couple of places here around town and nothing came close until we found Paws to Play. The owners are so welcoming and love what they do. The facility is the largest Ive found in Naples with an outdoor area! They also bring the dogs outside every hour for potty breaks!! We have only come a handful of times for daycare and the staff is always smiling and recognizing our lovely Lady. I will definitely board my dog here when the time comes!! Also, we have had a very hard time finding a groomer for our mini doodle, Lisa was the first groomer to listen to what I wanted and made her look better than I could imagine!! This is our new second home for our fur baby and wouldnt want it any other way!! Thank you again!!
If you are thinking about buying a kitchen from this place, Run, Run to Ikea. Its cheaper and you are assured that the instructions are clear and not translated from Chinese. The hardware is so badly packed it had made dents in the boards. Parts are missing and the screws are in the wrong places. I can go on and on. But what is more important it the terrible service you get.Nobody mentioned to us the kitchen would come as flat pack and we would have to put the cabinets together ourselfs. When one of their employees tried to help us he was nearly fired from doing so.
My dog loves Paws to Play. As soon as we turn onto 41 she starts barking and talking letting all the dogs know she is on the way to play. She comes home, has her dinner and goes right to bed. I wake her later in the evening to go out.She cant wait to go back the next morning.
They do a good job here. Have used the day care as well as boarding. My dog loves it here!
I visited this place to know the conditions and take my dog every week. But the girl who looked after us just gave us a brochute that looked like she was in a hurry and practically did not look at our faces and when we tried to ask her a question she went straight to a lady who was going to pick up her dog and went to the kennels and we did not see her again. The treatment that was given to us was not the most polite and professional.

My dog literally rips herself out of our hands to run to the door that leads into the facility. She LOVES Paws to Play and thats what matters most!
They really love their job. The dogs are under constant supervision and get to play all day long with peers.
Excellent. Our dog gets excited when we drive in the parking lot.
Stella begs for us to take her back the next day. She is always excited to go!
