Rachel helped me source a rug and she was so enjoyable to work with. As a busy mom I didn’t have a lot of time but she made the process easy and fun! We used text messaging as a quick way to communicate and keep things moving along. Our rugs arrived quickly and the team did a great job installing. I highly recommend Hadinger Flooring.

This company is one to be avoided. Their customer service is awful. I signed a contract to have the floors in my entire house redone and paid half in advance. Two weeks later their team showed up to start the project, I asked their team leader questions regarding what material they were using for the sub-flooring and he had no idea of the answer. They were here to start the entire flooring job of my home and he couldn’t answer that simple question, I asked him to call his supervisor which he did, his supervisor offered to come to my home that morning to look at the project and called me and canceled the job stating to me he couldn’t meet my expectations. Bottom line they have more business than they need and the client is the one that’s going to suffer due to poor customer service and workmanship.

Whenever I have flooring needs whether it be carpeting, area rugs or flooring my first choice is Hadinger’s. They have the largest selection of rugs in every possible size. They even allow you to take home the rug and see if it works for you.I’ve bought rugs for my home in NC and they were happy to ship them.Their staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.I haven’t found any store that compares.

The worst EVER. Commercial job/3 rooms/Big $s1st trip....Didnt bring enough carpet and laid carpet in wrong room !2nd trip... couldnt remove carpet from 1st trip mistake... NEEDED MACHINE!3 trip... suppose to remove mistake with a machine and lay carpet in correct room.... never showed up for Sat appointment.Installers cant speak English. There are literally thousands of different flooring choices, but we were able to take home samples and take our time with our final decision. The carpet arrived a few days after being ordered and was installed quickly by very a very professional team! Outstanding service! We were very pleased!

Communication with this company in the last nine months is appalling! Phone calls are NOT returned ! Certain needed materials for floor install are not ordered in adequate time! We were very lucky of have Kathy as our sales person: she is personable, kind, friendly, and knowledgeable about their products, but even more important Kathy has that special interior designer skill - we have her a description of what our room was like and where we wanted our rug, and in very short order she recommended a rug that was ultimately a perfect match. We also did not know the exact size we should use, and she amazingly volunteered to come by our house to help us with placement of the rug. Kathy not only met our expectations for customer service, she greatly exceeded it. I highly recommend Hadinger for your rug buying.

Everything was done very professionally and the product is beautiful! Although I didn’t find an area rug, Michelle was very helpful and kind in assisting my search! Id like to commend the management at Hadinger for responding to my previous post within 5 minutes of my complaint. They apologized for the negative experience that we had and vowed to make things right. Within a few hours, our salesman contacted us and worked with us on our project. He was able to schedule an installation date which is in line with our needs. Even though the floor has not yet been installed, I have complete confidence that the final product will be to our satisfaction based on the quality of the work that they had previously done for us. I am truly impressed with their rapid response to resolve our concern. Since our previous experience has been that Hadinger offers great quality at competitive prices, I will chalk this one time experience as a misunderstanding and have now changed my opinion and updated my rating accordingly.. My mom has been using them since 2004 on 3 different homes. She had carpet installed in 4 rooms and stairs 2 years ago and the installation showed lines and flaws. After repeated calls within the first 6 months someone came out and tried to do a small patch and told her to rub the area. It’s now been almost 2 years, more calls and more people coming out, they continue to go dark. She had done carpet and hardwood floors and been a loyal customer and they do not stand behind their product. Terrible service.

Doing business with Hadinger was a real pleasure. I wanted new carpet for an unusually sized room. They helped me choose the style and then came to the house on install day to be sure I was pleased.

We wanted a 8 round area rug and couldnt find a decent selection until we went to Hadinger. They have a wonderful selection of area rugs, and we ended up buying the first one we saw. The service was outstanding and I would recommend anyone looking for flooring to check them out.

Ordered tile for pick up the employee never put the order in. Went in a few days later and another employee told me they were going to reorder it on Monday morning and would call me back 1st thing in the morning with the status Never received a call back called numerous times and left messages. After calling a 1/2 of dozen times I got a manager to speak with me we are still trying to resolve.

The sales lady we had working with us helped us tremendously. She was knowledgeable and was able to guild us through all the beautiful area and throw rugs, until we found the most perfect rugs for our new home! Cathy was very helpful in selecting rug choices for me to take home to see how they looked. Since she was going to be close to where I live a few days later, she also picked up the rug that didn’t work for me. Hadinger has a huge selection of rugs to chose from and are customer oriented.

Hadinger Flooring has sent me several emails asking for my feedback. Assuming they are sincerely interested in my experience I have decided to provide a review. Please know that I have never written or posted a negative review--until now. So here we go. My house in Naples was undergoing an extensive remodel which included new flooring both wood and tile. In total I spent over $40K with Hadinger on wood floors, tile and installation services. Hadingers price was competitive with 3 other flooring companies that I had bidding out the job. Hadinger however, claimed they could get the job done faster and seemed to have good reviews and so I awarded the job to them. Sadly, of the 12 vendors I had working on my home, Hadinger Flooring is the only one that reduced me to tears of frustration. The mishaps, delays and ultimately the complete lack of respect for my home by the installation team was mind boggling. Although too lengthy to detail in its entirety, mishaps included installing the wrong color grout in the bathroom (bright optic white instead of a dark slate grey), urinating in toilets that were posted as not in service--no running water in the house, completely destroying all electrical outlets in my living floor and refusing to fix them, removing trim work around my kitchen cabinets and refusing to come back to reinstall them until I got super mad, blowing up food all over my microwave and not cleaning it up, taking all my bottled water from my personnel pantry without asking, leaving gum and razors blades and debris everywhere, routinely leaving the house unlocked with doors left open (fortunately my home watch team checked on the house each night), and saying everyday that they would be back to finish the job but day after day they never showed up--it took nearly 2 months to get the job done and I finally had to hire a professional cleaning crew to clean up after them at an additional cost of $500. Currently Im hiring an electrician to fix the damaged floor outlets and my painter spend time scraping the flooring adhesive off my walls for an additional charge as well. There are other excellent flooring companies in Naples--in hindsight I wish I had trusted my intuition and gone with another company. The sales person at Hadinger seemed a little too eager to win the job and the customer support and follow-up stopped as soon as they received payment. And yes I called the office multiple times asking for help...I was told repeatedly that it was my problem and I had to deal with their installation team separately. Apparently my sales person had worked out some side deal with the installation team and in doing so, much to my surprise, I was technically not working with Hadinger. Im still waiting for lien wavers, follow-up on a bathroom vanity, and have inquired repeatedly about getting a floor touch up kit--but no response. Please think twice before choosing Hadinger flooring for your next project. On the flip side I worked with a very experienced women in the area rug department who was well educated about their products and services and delivered top notch customer service. So bottom line...if you are looking for an area rug please consider Hadinger Flooring, but if you need new wood floors or tile please think twice.

The service and selection are the best. I thought prices at a Naples flooring store would be high but they are very reasonable and the selection is fantastic. Actually they are very competitive with the big box stores. They are friendly, knowledgeable and go out of their way to help you with flooring decisions backed by years of experience. Our salesman, TK, was fantastic and I will never go to another flooring and rug store other than Hadingers after my experience with them. Great experience from start to finish.

Lots of inventory & good customer service.

Could not get me a sample of special order luxury vinyl flooring. They said I would have to buy a box and if I did not like, I would not get a refund on the box. That is not the way to do business. I even asked if I could have the WALL SAMPLE FOR ONLY 24 HOURS to see how it really looks in my home before I made a big purchase not just a tiny square sample Answer No. My reply to Hadinger reply. Hadinger did try to get me a sample and they said they could not because it was not a reg stock item only a special order item. How can you tell if it’s right in your home without a reg size sample? I was ready to spend thousands guess they don’t need my business

Service was good but we purchased rugs that were there as opposed to ordering them. When they arrived one had many strings on the edges. The other has strings in the rug itself. Both were expensive rugs so this is disappointing

Love working with everyone at Hadinger Flooring. I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do in my floor space last year. Since I was guided by the design staff, I have added 4 rugs that blend together and have given my home the update and “feel” I was looking for!

This was overall a good experience. Patricia was great to work with, very generous with discounts. My only concern was that we had a large rug cut down into smaller area rugs and it could have been done better. But Patricia made it up to us. Would definitely use them again.

Very professional - excellent customer service!

Walked into store to get floors recovered. Sat and waited while three employees made jokes about teachers. I am a teacher. Was eventually helped. Scheduled someone to look at and measure my floors. The guy arrived, explained that the cracks in my floors were too uneven for the vinyl product I wanted. He made no attempt to measure or try to encourage me to purchase carpet that they do sell. He just left. The sales lady followed up five days later. They just didn’t care to do their jobs.

The sales associates are knowledgeable and helpful. The big showroom has a large variety of floor coverings but is not crowded. I’m very pleased with the delivery guys. They are friendly and efficient. They work quickly but also will make sure you’re happy with the product and placement of the rug.

We planned our free time during a business trip to look for an 8-9 ft. round area rug. After reading reviews on flooring stores in the Naples area, I felt Hadinger Flooring was the place for us. We were happily surprised with being matched with a salesperson right away to help us. She took us to the right spot and we had over 20 rugs to choose from that met our size requirement. These were BEAUTIFUL Persian rugs. Once we made our purchase, our rug was shipped with a pad directly home. They made the process so easy and very professional. It is an easy store to find. Parking is easy and the store is large and bright.

Sales people offered me help, pointed me in the right direction, then left me alone to browse to my hearts content. When I made my choice, I was assisted right away.
