Profloors were great! They looked at the problem, caused by a leaky toilet over years, They helped us pick out the ultimate tile and coordinated the disposal and laying of the new floors. Their subs did a great job and everyone cleaned up each day before they left. It took over 2-3 weeks to complete the job.. Eli supervised the job an was able to coordinate the after laying with the people who were able to complete the job. We are more than satisfied and would recommend them to all.

Way beyond expectations is an easy way to sum up my experience. We just moved to Florida a few weeks ago, specifically Naples. Called them first and they had one of the bosses come within a couple days of moving in. We needed a lanai tiled. Mike kept us in the loop at all times. Once we picked out our tile and he verified availability, installation was scheduled. The installer was Erlin. Talk about attention to detail. Perfection-except for a very slight discoloration of grout that was only about 2” long. After Mike and Erlin wrapped up and left, I noticed it. Made a quick call and they remedied it. Certainly perfect now. Beautiful. Will call on them again for any flooring work I have. You should, too.

He has helped me resolve an issue from work done by an inferior subcontractor in a previous residence and then did an amazing job with our wood floors in our new home. It is rare to find a contractor that truly has the customer’s welfare in mind. Once the work is completed, Cedric follows up and assures the customer is completely satisfied. In the end, he found me the floor I loved at a better cost, and his install team and the communication during the process were extremely good. I highly recommend Pro Floors. They recently remodelled our master bathroom shower and did such a great job (and fixed all the problems of the previous installer) that they are now working on another full bathroom remodel for us. Great workmanship and very nice, trustworthy guys. Jason is a pleasure to work with. They know what they are doing and itemize everything on the quote. No hidden extras to surprise you at the end. Very happy indeed.

Cedric was fantastic. we had a large job on a new house with a very restricted timeline. he was able to get the manufacturer (in California) to make a special run of the carpets we wanted, get it shipped, and installed in under 10 days. that included a lot of repair work to the concrete slabs and transition (between rooms) work. Amazing personal service. highly recommend him for your next flooring requirement.
