My first visit there it was a 5* the woman working there was beyond helpful, but the second visit wasnt as good. The younger lady at first wasnt in the best mood and helpful, but as the visit went on her attitude changed and she was somewhat helpful. If she wouldve went out of way like first lady wouldve been a five.

Gloria Calle is a life saver..My boost phone that I bought from walmart quit working right in the middle of my work day. I panicked because I rely on it so much. I went in there and she spent 2 hours to get the problem corrected. Didnt even hesitate to help shes amazing and a huge asset to Boost. Customer service couldnt do it nor could LG .
