Good coffee options.... both hot and cold. Coffee came out quick.... mine couod have been a little hotter. No breakfast food options.... was looking for breakfast sandwich. Had some pre made breakfast items available for heating.. Very busy but moved people through quick. Both indoor and outdoor seating available. Prices average for the area. Branded merchandise available for purchase.... t shirts etc.

Finally found my coffee spot! Everyone is so friendly and the decor makes you think you are in Hawaii. I visit Maui often and it makes me want to be back.

Great way to start the day. Dogs welcome with treats given too! Inside/outside seating...muffins, bagels, oatmeal and other packaged foods. Kona coffee from Hawaii, teas, smoothies. Clean and comfy.

It has that homie feeling that youd enjoy at a coffee shop. Service was quick and the staff were pleasant. Highly recommend!

Nice local coffee shop but don’t ever count on using the bathroom. It’s out of order more than it’s open. They send you to 7-11. If your a business please keep your bathrooms open to the public.

Very pricey coffee. Lots of space, my favorite kind of music and friendly staff. I got the chocolate banana latte in oat milk with an extra shot. I couldn’t really taste the banana and the coffee was not very strong.

Went for some afternoon iced coffee and to avoid rain. My iced latte was enjoyable. No complaints and a cool interior.

One of our favorite stops when in the Naples area. Large and relaxing outdoor patio. Dogs allowed too! Lots of cool merch for sale too.

The young lady was welcoming, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and makes a great tasting coffee with great presentation. Lots of ctoo souvenir stuff and coffee there too. Lots of indoor space to escape rain.

Coffee was good, I got their signature mocha and it was a bit too bitter for me. Nothing a little splenda couldnt fix. Ham and brie croissant was lacking. By mixed greens they mean 3 baby spinach leaves. Also no option to be served warm. Nice sitting area outside for people watching. Didnt get to walk the area, but theres some upscale boutique just across the street. Masks were enforced for both staff and guests.

Awesome little coffee spot! This was the first place we tried start moving to the area. A lot of great coffee options on the menu. I get the Haole menehune (raspberry with white chocolate). They have muffins, danishes, and other snack and beverage options. Highly recommended.

Im a regular at the BadAss Coffee back in my hometown of Virginia Beach, so I was excited to learn that there was one here in Naples! I appreciate that the menu here has the same favorites I normally order. The coffee and service are excellent as expected, got my drinks made perfectly and swiftly. It is spacious and clean inside with a nice vibe, and they have outdoor seating as well. Great option for coffee if youre in the area.

Great service. The staff are super quick and super friendly. An Americano here is pricey, but their coffee beans are tasty! This place is always busy. I still love hot coffee even in hot weather, so it’s nice to be able to walk here from the pier. It’s surrounded by all the little shops and restaurants-great little location!

Great place for some coffee. I always go for Haoles Mebehune blended or Jitterbug. Staff is always amazing and the drinks come out super fast. The atmosphere is that of something that would make everyone feel like a local.

Good coffee shop, 2 1/2 blocks from the beach, in one of my favorite towns in the world. Lets face it: with a name like this, how can you go wrong? Also, whenever they have live music on 3rd St, there is usually a pretty good singer performing out front. Cant go wrong here!

Love the Kona coffee for its smooth flavor - less acidic and bitter. Staff is great about explaining the benefits of the different coffees available. Great location, nice patio. This is my go-to for coffee in Naples.

Not so badass. We had visit from out of state and I don’t know if it’s because they were so busy, but my Kona coffee was terribly watered down. My fiancé said that his chai was watery too, no flavor. And his sons Kieche was cold, after asking to be warmed.

Great place to grab a cup of Kona Coffee and take a stroll on the nearby Pier or check out the Farmers Market on Saturdays.

Great people and a great product. Can take a little more time to get in and out than the bigger chains in the area but well worth any extra effort required. Anyone who knows how good this coffee is will go out of their way as frequently as possible to get their fix.

Place sounds great... Came downtown to buy some beans. Wales up to the door at 6:30 PM and door locked closed sign up although the website indicates that they are open until 9.. So they may want to change there posted hours.. Maybe some other day. Maybe not...

I have been a customer for years, spent probably thousands there. They wouldn’t let my wife use the bathroom because she wasn’t a “paying customer.”We bought a coffee, so she could use the bathroom. She should not have asked these snobby kids behind the counter.

Laid back, relaxing atmosphere in the heart of 3rd St. Good variety of both hot and cold coffees. Nice seating outside in March in Naples. Surprisingly very cheap, considering it is in the heart of all the shops around 3rd Street. I expected to pay much more. People, I’m talking McDonald’s prices. I don’t know how they do it, but make it a stop if your around 3rd Street or in my family’s case headed to Naples Pier.

Theres no better coffee than Kona coffee. Never burnt, always smooth. FYI, renovations are coming soon.

BEST...COFFEE...EVER...My husband and I literally went here everyday for 2 weeks straight, sometimes twice in one day! Its that good! We LOVE this location because the people here are as wonderful as there coffee! The staff are so friendly and even had our orders waiting for us while we parked the car a few times. They knew it was us and had it ready when we walked in the door! My husband would live there if he could. Definitely an amazing place to check out. Cool vibe! Whats wonderful about it too is that they take the Resident Club Card so we get a discount on every order - every time... which is why my husband and I could not help but go everyday for 2 weeks when we first settled into the area. Love this place!

Great service, the workers are very approachable and the coffee is fantastic. I ordered the Jitter Juice and had died and gone to heaven. It has a very relaxed atmosphere with enough chairs and tables to support a decent amount of people. I dont live in the area or visit on a regular basis but Id 10/10 would refer a friend to come out and enjoy some Bad Ass Coffee!

Frozen Snickerlicious is great and they have a nice variety of sugar free flavors for regular iced coffee. Never had to wait in line - plenty of space

Being a vacationer, I needed to find a place where I could reliably get outstanding caffeinated and decaffeinated coffee for my morning Express 06. Theyre not really good sources of freshly ground coffee anywhere else that I can find in Naples. This was the place! Real Swiss water technique for the decaffeinated coffee and beans from Hawaii which were rich and velvety. Nice coffee shop good place to hang out but its all about the beans.

If you go anywhere else for coffee thats fine but this place takes the cake. friendly real environment with some of their proceeds going to the troops. i love em

The coffee and the staff were good. We were on road trip and hiking around Big Cypress. However, the people in the coffee shop looked at me as if I was some kind of vagrant because how looked. I was wearing dirty clothes or definitely made sure my hygiene was correct.

Yes... their coffee is in fact Bad Ass... and the staff is too. When I am nearby I have to stop. Its fun going in and ordering a Bad Ass coffee. And they have a huge assortment of flavored syrups for all kinds of designer lattes.

I love this place because they support the military and offer a discount to active duty. They grow their coffeee bean in Hawaii making them an all American company, so that’s great too.

Its a decent coffee shop. Nothing super special, in my opinion. I tried the Kona coffee, and maybe Im not enough of a coffee connoisseur, but it just tasted like regular coffee to me. And its pretty crowded on a Saturday morning, so we had to walk a ways to find a bench.

Half the price of coffee you get on the 5th Ave shops! They have a great coffee lounge inside and have seating outdoors. I tried the Snickerlicous iced coffee ~ yum!
