We had the great pleasure of having our kitchen and both bathroom granite countertops installed by Cornerstone Builders. In addition, they added a couple of bi-fold doors for our closet. The process starts with Joshua Braden from the planning and ordering aspect and was involved every step of the way to completion. Very good at what he does and the face of the organization from the on set. Will Presto was the on site foremen/manager that showed up every day to insure that the project was being completed as planned and to our liking. He is a stickler for the details and made sure we were pleased throughout the process. Every employee that came through our house regardless of their role was extremely respectful, professional and very good at what they do. I would highly recommend Cornerstone builders for any of your home projects.

This is my second major project with Cornerstone Builders in the last 12 months. Last year both bathrooms were remodeled and this year it was the kitchen, laundry room and main entry way. The attention to detail, the helpful hints and knowledgeable suggestions were all appreciated and extremely beneficial. Work was done efficiently and expeditiously with plenty of time to see the various steps of the project take form. The condo was well protected to be sure that excessive dirt and dust did not migrate outside the work area. From beginning to end, the care taken by all the workers was noticeable and consistent. From making the selections in the showroom to the final clean-up at the end of the project, it was done professionally and with a clear focus on customer delight. I would not hesitate to contact this company for any future remodeling project that I may need. They had two opportunities to WOW me and they succeeded both times. We’ve worked with Cornerstone twice, once in 2017 to remodel a kitchen and master bath and in 2020 to remodel a second bath and build a custom wall unit. Both times Chris Menchini (sales/designer) and Will Presto (project supervisor) did an outstanding job. Cornerstone did a complete renovation of our condo, kitchen, two bathrooms and flooring through out. We could not be present during the renovation. Getting my kitchen done by Cornerstone was the best decision I could have ever made. They did such a wonderful job from the very beginning with Joe Essick setting up the project with my son and myself, from the project manager, Mike Smeltser, who kept everything running so smoothly. If ever I needed anything, Mike would have it done for me within a few days, or as soon as he could and It was never a problem for him. All the craftsman were so diligent and did such great work that I ended up with a beautiful kitchen that I love and could not be happier with!!! My husband and I just had our countertops replaced and our cabinets refaced. Our entire experience was excellent. Our designer, Lisa, was always available for questions and recommendations. I have used Cornerstone on several occasions in the past (most recently kitchen cabinets and a shower redo) and have been very satisfied with the quality of the work on every job. But quality work is just one aspect. All too often real customer service is found wanting in today’s commercial world but I have not experienced that with Cornerstone. Even during the current COVID difficulties, which forced us to start & stop, reschedule & reschedule again, they were nothing but accommodating. The health driven precautions used by Cornerstone gave us the confidence to proceed during these precarious times. Dave Valle and John Kaye, were, as always, outstanding in their design and managing of the work and did so in a professional yet personable manner. Everyone else, from the office to the job site workers, were a positive experience as well. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them in the future.

I will not give them any stars! This is the worst company for your remodel; Cornerstone Builders are over priced and not high-end at all! We have had nothing but problems from the start of this job. It was to be a 5 week job that turned into 6 months. We are still fixing plumbing leaks after 18 months and after 6 months both bathrooms had to be redone due to cracked water pipes from remodel process, WOW. On the Saturday before the plumbing rough inspection, we had 4 out of 6 areas that leaked, we stopped in on a Saturday to check out the progress and noticed the place was all wet, would have flooded unit had we not stopped in, WOW.Today (July 14, 2020), we are tearing apart the kitchen because we have another leak that has been leaking for 18 months, WOW. We found the leak (1 drop every 20 minutes). This was a leak at the glued connection under the sink. Its another mess; cabinet base is ruined due to plywood delaminated and full of mold, WOW.Lets just talk about all the other issues that we have found....The bathroom sinks do not hold water; drains dont fit correctly,Several cabinets have glue or something that wont come off,We had a refrigerator that fit prior to remodel and it was on site but the area for the refrigerator was not big enough after the remodel, we had to purchase a smaller refrigerator that has ample space on each site,Dishwasher was not put back correctly; I had to call a plumber to come to fix the dishwasher - hose was stuck and not emptying correctly,Panels on the inside on cabinets are all scratched,One cabinet has a different base, not wood like the others,I could continue but I just get more upset! Do Not believe the commercials, its all lies. WOW.....The WOW factor is after you paid them for high-end work; you realize that you could have done it better yourself!We did call and text pictures but at this time no one has called us back.

Not being from Florida, we were concerned about who would be going in and out of our home, but we never felt that was a problem with Cornerstone. Cornerstone expertly handled the bathroom and kitchen renovations in our 40+ year old condo. We were out of town during the entire project. Chris Faro, our designer, kept us informed throughout the process with email and excellent photos. We doubled the project scope a month before beginning and he managed the increased design and provided me with extensive materials choices. He kept us well-informed during the project and Cornerstone handled all the inspections and subsequent work required.. Their work was all high quality and done with licensed professionals. Cornerstone did a super job on several remodeling jobs: updating kitchen cabinets, installing upgraded hurricane impact front doors, designing a fireplace, and remodeling all 3 of our bathrooms.First, Jason carefully designed our plans, and then he and Caroline stayed on top of the work to be sure everything was exactly what we wanted. Both were always available if we had questions or concerns. So was Dennis, our project manager.Each day we got a phone call confirming when to expect the contractors, and every step of the work was itemized. No surprises. And the price was reasonable. Ive just completed my second home remodel with Joe Krick of Cornerstone Homes. This company is hands down the best in Naples. Pricing is fair, and their attention to detail is fantastic. They will provide a detailed estimate, and once your proceed they will give you a schedule and actually stick to it! The workmanship is top-notch, all of their trades are meticulous about cleaning up, and the experience is always easy.I cant recommend this company highly enough.

Almost died on I-75 from a cornerstone truck slamming on the brakes. Funny thing is the cornerstone—- box truck exiting I-75 at 6:50am on thrus 9-17 DID NOT HAVE BRAKE LIGHTS. I and my infant child almost died due to a huge 50ft tractor trailer behind me screeching it brakes nearly missing my vehicle it would have accordion my vehicle and I would have DIED 1000000 percent. Due TO NO BRAKE LIGHTS ON YOURE VEHICLE box trucks. If the vehicle driver behind me did not do what he did I assure you I would have died do to the negligence of this company.

Last year I purchased a beautiful condominium that was recently remodeled from top to bottom by Cornerstone. I contacted them because the grout is cracking and crumbling all over the place. I have properties with 30 year old tile that has never cracked. Very disappointing. I called to have them repair and I was told the warranty does not transfer from one homeowner to the next. Soooo...if you plan on remodeling your house to flip, Cornerstone will not honor any warranty nor offer to repair their mistakes.

We were impressed with the work done on our kitchen remodel. We worked throughout with Chris Faro who was very helpful at the initial design phase and who also kept the job on schedule. Chris called us every day as the job progressed, and the various workmen arrived as necessary each day. Having all their own craftsmen rather than using contract labor meant that everything was scheduled each day. Chris also visited each day to check on progress. We would definitely recommend Cornerstone.

In the end, Cornerstone does a great job in delivering an excellent product. However, the road to get there can get bumpy. In this particular project, we were replacing the cabinet doors in our outside kitchen. The first attempt had one of the doors severely different in wood grain than the others which we pointed out to the installer. We heard nothing back until I wrote a letter stating our dissatisfaction. The next thing we heard was when they called to schedule a “cabinet service.” This service replaced the door we had an issue with and the final product looks great. Communication is not their strong suit, but delivering an excellent final product is.

We had new granite counter tops installed during the New Years week. Our designer, Joe Essick, worked well with us including several visits/communications with the design center. The granite inventory will wow you as it became obvious it would not be an easy choice. The lady yard manager, Lannie, was very helpful in assisting us with our decision. This process started in early December, and we advised Cornerstone we were not in a rush to get it done before Christmas; neither were they. We were advised of the scheduling several days ahead. Not only did Cornerstone maintain this schedule, they arrived ahead of time on several days. The demolition and installation work was done very professionally. The last visit was punch list. Lewis and Saucedo did an excellent job and even did a little extra that we were not expecting.We were very pleased with the performance of Cornerstone and would recommend them to anyone.

Our project involved the complete renovation of our kitchen, dining area and family room. From the minute we met Chris Brill the salesman, we were impressed with his professionalism, his knowledge and his customer first approach. We spent several weeks determining what we wanted from a style, color, and design perspective. The options were incredible and we went through them all. The cabinetry was all custom made and utilized every inch of available space. It incorporated all of the latest utilities, chargers, appliances in the project. It required the removal of walls and tile flooring, not easy or simple to do. The good news which also led to some challenges was that the work was done while we out of town for the season. As issues came up, Chris and his team had to get in contact with us or make judgements as to what was best to do. For the most part we were very pleased with the decisions made but most importantly, if we had a concern they addressed it quickly without discussion. Every time, Mr. Brill was quick to cooperate and respond. Even when he had to get permission from the owner and project manager, the response came back quickly and in support of our wishes. Everyone we met from Cornerstone were professional, friendly and respectful of our time, privacy and property. The house was kept clean allowing us to actually live in the house while undergoing the final stages of renovation. Chris Brill came by each week to check on the progress and to note anything he felt needed to be addressed, nicks, scuffs, caulking, paint, knobs, lighting. A level of detail we hadn’t experienced before.All done within budget, no extra charges.I laugh now when I see the Cornerstone Commercials on TV celebrating their years of being in business and the quality of their efforts. I laugh because normally I would consider commercials of that type as being self promotional but in this case, we actually found it true. They are committed to making your experience a memorable one. We were “wowed!”

We built our home 20 years ago and when it was time to do some bathroom remodeling, after careful consideration, we chose Cornerstone. The summer 2016 job was promised to take no longer than 3 weeks but took in excess of 3 months with multiple issues that continue to this day. Between the plumbing, tile and shower it is difficult to say which was the worst nightmare. The glass shower doors win. Since one of the doors had loosened from its hinges a month ago, posed a danger and could not be opened, after multiple visits from Cornerstone and My Shower Door, the decision was replacement since a repair was impossible due to – in their words: glass was not measured or cut correctly; hinges and caulk used were not the right kind.When the men from My Shower Door arrived to do the work, we were surprised to learn that only one of the shower door systems was going to be replaced. The other, they were told by their boss, was not completely broken, still functional, and as far as Cornerstone was concerned, not a problem. It is clear to us that Cornerstone is comfortable with substandard work and will not do anything about products which they, at the time, designed and installed themselves, in spite of promises made by the owner in his commercials. I guess we have to wait until the door is about to fall off. Hopefully, no one will be seriously injured.The best decision Cornerstone has made over the years is to partner with My Shower Door. My Shower Door’s work and finished product are outstanding. When friends and family see those shower doors they are shocked at the difference. The Cornerstone work looks amateurish and rickety. The My Shower Door work looks solid and impressive. Both Cornerstone and My Shower Door owners have not returned any of our calls regarding this situation. Consumers -beware of anything having to do with Cornerstone Builders.

Had one of the worst experience with this company. We were wowed in all the wrong ways. Overpriced and under experienced in all aspects of the work they do. Would not recommend them to anyone. Had our house for seven months when we came back there were electrical issues plumbing issues paint issues and flooring issues. Had personal items stolen from our house!Still reliving all the horrible experience we had with this company every time I see there commercial on TV. And yes they do use subcontractors they should stop there false advertising on tv !

I had a terrific experience with Wayne Phillips. I had a vanity installed in my master bath. I needed a quartz top and was unable to locate one locally at a reasonable price without purchasing an entire slab of quartz. On a chance, I stopped in at Cornerstone in Naples and met Wayne. I showed him a photo of my existing top and asked if he could match. Not only did he match it, but had it cut to exactly the right size but the price was much below what I had been quoted by other retailers. I will definitely come back to Wayne and Cornerstone for any of my remodeling, cabinet or countertop needs.

If I could give more than five stars I would do so. Great experience from start to finish. Quality of work and commitment to customer service are exceptional.

From the time I walked into the Naples showroom and was greeted by designer Sherrie Douglas, I knew I was in good hands. Kind,courteous and knowledgable in every way, the experience of our new kitchen and bathrooms remodel was professional in every way. Sherrie and the project manager Sean checked in on the remodel continuously. The various teams of craftsmen who came to do their part of the install were also competent, careful and kind.When a glitch developed, Cornerstone quickly remedied it. Phone calls in advance of the next days work were always delivered to us so we knew who,when and what was happening ...no surprises.I loved working with Sherrie and I have already recommended Cornerstone to my friends who are looking to remodel. Cornerstone remodeled our kitchen and all 3 bathrooms. They did a wonderful job from start to finish. and their cabinetry is absolutely beautiful. We met with 2 other companies prior to hiring them and while they certainly were not the least expensive, we liked the fact that every aspect of our remodel was handled by Cornerstone and the cabinets were made locally. We have had nightmares with contractors who use subs in the past. They were in control of everything. A few glitches along the way were immediately handled and Todd Remonda our Designer was awesome. Highly recommend them!

I highly recommend Cornerstone kitchens, Cornerstone redid my kitchen several years ago & recently I had to put in a new dishwasher, which left me with about an one inch gap across the top n down the side. I called Cornerstone n talked to Michelle, she had me send in a photo of my problem n said someone would get back to me to see if they could solve my problem. I told her I just had about a week before we had to head back north. A representative, Chris called n he told me they would send out a repair man to see if they could fix it. Aaron came the next day & he explained what he was going to do to fix it. Aaron did a beautiful job fixing my problem. Aaron was very professional, friendly & polite & asked if I was satisfied with what he did. I was very happy with what Aaron did. When I asked for the bill Aaron said there was no charge. I was floored, not in the least expecting this. All the employees were very polite & helpful to me.I highly recommend Cornerstone Kitchens. Joe Krick and the team at Cornerstone did a great job of updating my master bathroom. The reason I always call and refer Joe is because Cornerstone makes it all easy--creating an understandable plan and clear estimates, having a team member call you each day before to confirm workers arriving in the am, always having a reliable project leader to text or call if you have a question, and keeping the workspaces clean as they go. Very happy with my finished product from Cornerstone. Joshua Braden and the team of workers were very helpful, always listened to me and offered solutions to problems, and worked in a very timely manner. From the consultation, my electrical work and cabinet refacing were completed in just a couple of weeks.

I recently had update work done on 2 bathrooms and the kitchen in our Naples condo. My experience, across the board, with the Cornerstone people was excellent. From turning our ideas into a doable plan, to the craftsmanship in building our cabinets and countertops, to the demolition and installation into our home, all was top notch. The job stayed on the quoted price and was completed within the quoted time frame. Even after the final payment was made and we had a minor hiccup with a small leak, the problem was corrected the very next day after my call. Our sales associate, David Valle did a great job and was always available for us whatever the issue. The project manager, John, was fabulous, always there to explain, expedite and resolve issues and leave you with a feeling that this company cares. And while the aforementioned people exemplify the high customer service I experienced, I would be remiss in not including the electrical supervisor and the actual workers in the field, who were extremely courteous, skilled and professional. Home remodeling for the customer is a high anxiety experience, but at Cornerstone that anxiety for me was reduced to the minimum and produced a very beautiful result.

Great experience, consistently professional. Did exactly what and when they said they would. Salesman Chris Faro was exceptionally helpful and accessible.

A for effort, F for pricing. The breakfast counter was measured incorrectly and had to be re-done, took about an extra week to get someone to talk to you and about another week to actually fix their mistake but ultimately they did.Suggestion: have your measurements for the areas that you want to have done; don’t forget the boarder in the kitchen around the counters.Round all measurements up, that is what they will do when they give you the end price. When you have your measurements, go to their store, tell them these are estimated measurements, get a quote and if your happy with it, they will send someone out to measure and get the cutting template done.End result: I was extremely picky and inspected every inch of the counter for imperfection, which whatever I found, they fixed, but apparently I either didn’t find all imperfection or they came to the surface after some wear. After about 1 1/2 years we now need someone to come and do the professional re-treatment of the counter Surface. Not sure yet what that will cost.

Let me start by saying Cornerstone has not done any work for us. We did sign a work contract back in late March. But since then all we have gotten is EXCUSES, permit problems so we are told, as to why no work has been done. We have had other work done here by other contractors and had PERMITS done in ONE DAY. So I give Cornerstone one star in workmanship and 5 stars in baloney. If your job is a small one like I feel ours is you will be PUSHED TO THE END OF THE LINE. I for one do not want them in my house. I feel we have wasted our time waiting for Cornerstone to deliver. Sorry to say that but that is how I feel.

Outrageously high quote for a small job, laughable, even. (we didnt use them) then a really nasty attitude and comments about having wasted THEIR time when questioned about the price. What kind of professional company would react this way? You have only to read their overly defensive and rude responses to some other negative Google reviews to know to stay away from this company.

Husband had cornerstone install a glass and cabinet wine bar in an alcove. The job was sloppy, amateurish, like a do it yourself job. We had it fixed-as best as could be without removing and starting over! The worst part is they charged $8,000!!!!!! They gouged him! Just watch the commercials that should be enough to scare away everyone!!!!

Very low satisfaction... I prefer Morse Custom Finishing much more
