I spoke with Jesse who was extremely professional and asked for pictures of my marble which he then advised me that his expertise was in installation and provided the name of a person that could help me with grinding and polishing. No only did Jesse provide the name but he gave my contact information to Walter & Sons and then follow up to ensure I have been in contact with them. Truly and profession company with heart and soul.

We hired this company to remodel our home and they didn’t do a good job. In fact they did the worst job possible. They didn’t finish the remodel, they left after we paid them $126,000. They took every thing out of the house that hadn’t been installed even though we had paid for it. They did things that we didn’t approve and they moved walls took out all the storage areas, put in the wrong height cabinets, the wrong flooring. They were to level the floors and didn’t. Our contract was for $83,000 and as we paid $126,000 they said they wanted $8,000 and another $26,000 or $28,000 more to finish the work. We paid for granite countertops but we didn’t receive them instead we have plywood. We had to get another electrician to make the home safe. We can’t afford to finish the house because we gave them all our money. We refinanced our home and both vehicles so we are just stuck. We had a lawyer but got no help there after paying him $5,000. Please pass the word DO NOT USE MAJESTIC if you value your home.
