Excellent place with a great variety of products. Almost anything you are looking for can be found there. Huge parking lot. The prices seemed fair to me.

Walmart in general needs to get rid of the whole self checkout concept. Hire cashiers, open lanes, and move people through. The only way Ill ever except the self checkout concept is if you want to give all customers who use it an employee discount since were doing your work for you.

Tried to purchase item from clearance area (marked down price). Scanner at checkout reflected full price. Asked for cashier to override to continue purchase. She was clueless and requested more senior associate for help. He told ME to go back to area and photo the shelves clearance price - Im in the middle of checking out mind you. This is so wrong in many ways: assuming I have a device that can photo; to instruct a senior to walk back to the area is not acceptable; NO sense of customer service; and after I stating the above wasnt going to happen, he told me I guess youre not getting the item. I only wish my grandson wasnt with me, I would have told this ill-mannered young man to stick it up his a##. CUSTOMER SERVICE doesnt exist because its not taught - with this worker shortage in retail, I guess if you breathe and show up, all is good. WALMART needs to set some customer service standards - cheaper prices, perhaps, but shopping experience horrible!

Stopped in to check bicycle accessories inventory, and like every other place I have visited it is lacking... Besides that this is a pretty busy location, most shelves are well stocked... Store is clean and organized like most Walmarts... Exterior could use a good power washing... Overall, another well run Walmart...

Found my new favorite Walmart. Just outside Marco Island. Tonight, cool socks, South Park shirt Ive wanted for just $1, finally remembered to pick up a file 🗃️ for my bills & synthetic motorcycle oil for $4.94 a quart! All in all a decent haul. Employees here are eager to help & seem happier than most you meet. Store is stocked pretty good. Only one area is quite disappointing for me & that is the pocket knives. Messy & disorganized. Still 5 stars though! 😊

First time ordering online to pick up at this store. Very frustrating. My Walmart I usually go to are way more organized. Dont bother going inside just to wait 30 minutes with other customers just as frustrated. None of the employees knew what to tell us either. Finally, we were told to go back outside, drive around the wine store toward the back, look for the pick up signs and call the number. Quite the adventure. Now we know. There are 6 parking spots with blue signs showing number to call. Hope this helps the next person.

Not the cleanest Ive been to. The fruit was sub par. Been to much better, but also been to worse.

Very helpful staff, which hasnt been the case in other locations Ive visited... extensive selection, although several items shown on the website, for which I was actually looking to purchase, were either out of stock or not on display.... floor display inventory could benefit from closer attention... Im referring primarily to the tools and hardware department... all in all a positive experience

No need to review this. We all know that Walmart is the best supermarket. They only lack a bit in term of welcoming by the workers and order in shelves.

Most Bougie Walmart I have ever been in. Even has a liquor store. Shelves were nearly but we went late on a busy arrival day for vacationers. Almost EVERY checkout was open because its basically only self checkout. Probably 60 self checkout registers hence the 5 star review.

If you have been to a Walmart that is great then this one is just okay. First of all its usually very busy so finding a parking spot is a hassle. I almost always have to park far from the entrances. If youre handicapped, you might have trouble finding a spot as well. Thats how busy this Walmart gets.The best time to shop is around 7 PM on a Sunday. The second reason this Walmart is just okay is their inventory problems. You will come to find that there will be something you are looking for that is out of stock. Good luck finding it restocked. You have better odds just going to another Walmart.The last thing Ill say about this Walmart is that they do have a diversity of associates that work here. Thats a good thing in my eyes. Just make sure you know how to speak Spanish or Haitian occasionally when youre seeking employee assistance.

As a truck driver...pretty easy to get in to park in the back ..I like the design of the building easy back out to the main road

Staff working hard. Very clean store. Products organized. However not friendly employees. Not good morning not hi not welcome from any employee. It is very important for customers to hear the simple greetings.

If there was minus rating I would give this store it. Had a dead battery found out the battery they previously put in was wrong then then was told had to pay the whole amount after they put it in. The one person did work with us. But then we didnt get our set of keys. They was taken to customer service so I called there which rang for ever finely a lady answered she didnt speak English. Well I dont know where she transferred me but again I was in the lost zone. Wish me luck finding my keys.

This is a big facility with many items but isnt easy to find things. Signal to products location should be improved

I went to this Walmart to return some items. I didnt have my receipt and the manager, Courtney, was so rude. They wanted to replace my articles for a fraction of what I had paid. I refer to their return policy that did not mention anything similar. The manager’s response was that “the store policy are not always the same as shown online” I asked for the return policies of the store and her response was “I have been working here for 10 years I know the policies and I dont know where they are, but this Is it and if you dont like it juta take your items back. “ She was complete jerk, and even walked away when I was trying to talk to her. This is the first time I have encounter this issue at a WalMart, but I will make sure to never visit this Walmart and make sure my family and friends either.

I dont agree removing cashiers from Walmart I disagree with the self checkout method. I think you should have a way to choose whether you want self check out or utilize a cashier.

Busy so employees were busy. Had to ask 3 times for 1 employee to help me.Finally said heck with it and took off.Otherwise, typical Walmart.

I do the self service. After scanning $300 worth of groceries I just want to pay and go. But no, the machine doesnt do cash. Now I wait for someone and then the person schools me that Im on the wrong machine. After the schooling I wait in line with a few folks that wanted to pay with cash too. Comon man, set the machines to accept cash will yah.

Good other than checking out. Self checkout is pretty good other than the ladies that monitor it. We rang 2 bottles of wine and the lazy workers that were just screwing off wouldnt come over and check our IDs. Managers need to step in and make them work!

Stood waiting at least 10 minutes before anyone helped me at check out. An older woman next to me was already waiting and I should have taken this as a sign to not even bother buying beer and getting checked for my ID. Many employees passed me without even acknowledging me. The experience here and at other places has solidified to me that this will be my last trip ever to Florida and I cant wait until half of it is in the ocean because of climate change. Meanest, nastiest people I have ever had the disfortune of coming across...😒

Beautiful Walmart. Clean. Produce like in Texas. Bathrooms very clean and updated. Carriage was not rusty. Very friendly staff. Burger King inside.

Check your receipt closely if you use self check out. It got me for extra scans and I didnt realize til I got home. Of course I cant prove I didnt actually leave with the scanned items so it was pointless to argue.

The Marco supercenter has also made many positive changes. Its better organized, and it seems so much tidier than before. Even the workers are more helpful.

Waited 30 minutes for some help in getting a fishing license. They paiged for someone to help, but no one showed up. Couldnt find a manager to report this to either. Will not shop in this store again.

Looks like a New store. Very well organized and very well stocked, easy to get to. Pricing seems to be like all the Walmart store, very reasonable .It would need to be this way, because of the area. Very affluent area, because of close proximity to Marco Inland and all the stores and resorts in the area.

What can one say about a Walmart? Certainly, their prices have risen due to covid. But I will be shopping their grocery area in lieu of my formerly loved Publix. Shoppers are not rude, employees are helpful and volume of products and prices cannot be met by Publix.

This is my home Walmart, and altho its not as big as the one by I75, it IS bigger than the one by the govt. center. Their pharmacy is good, and notifies you by text/email when its time to refill. They have a full-size grocery and deli (with day-old rotisserie chicken for $3-4!). They have a garden center and an automotive dept.(the East Trail store closed theirs permanently). Plus they are right next to gas station, Ulta, Aldi, Kohls, Michaels, etc.

No enforcement of mask rules.. difficult to find things like walmart brand riced cauliflower.. or sugar free bread.. what happened to hood beverages??? Winn dixie on Marco is much better but more expensive..

Health department should come and check it. It will get people sick!!! Report to the manager, she doesnt seem to care!!! Really like this store as far as Walmart goes. Cleanest and best organizes around and its pretty much all self check out.

Store has changed to self checkout with 25 plus stations. There were only 2 monitored stations to check out purchases. I found this most challenging when cart is half full. PPE: hand sanitizer in entrance but carts are not being sprayed. There are no wipes or spray available.It was uncomfortable and possibly not worth the trip to store just west of Rte 41.

Its getting to the point they rarely have anything that you go looking for and when you ask for help, its hard to get somebody that speaks English. Walmart is slowly going downhill forcing online services in order to get the product you need or want. Too much greed in the corporation. Prices should be lowered since we have to scan & bag our own stuff.
