Fun store so much stuff they have that our Walmart doesnt have!

Season is back, some things were not available on shelves due to shipping probably. Prices better than grocery stores. Self checkout and parking is rough. But sometimes you just need to get something there that you need.

Horrible horrible service, TLE told me it would be a three hour wait for tires. Ok, that’s a long time but ok. That was at 11:45am it’s going on 4:30 pm. Ridiculous. The picture attached is also how they will park your car all day while waiting for service

This store is beautiful and I go out of my way to shop there. It is always neat and tidy, well stocked, and I can find what I am looking for too. The employees seem to enjoy their jobs. I needed a little help at self check-out, she was patient and friendly . This is also a self check-out store.

This store seemed well stocked and employees were pleasant

If you’re looking to work here, DO NOT!!Most of the equipment is broken or almost broken, always have a hard time looking for the things you need while on the job. There is a shortage of most of the equipment and they consider you as “part time” while you work 39hrs a week . They also want you to wear a mask while you’re isolated in the back with no air conditioner and constantly lifting boxes .

So much fun! So much to see! So many people, this is the most social thing I’ve done in s while, and wow the endorphins are pumping! I even almost flirted.

The lines were very long only 2 cashiers open..I Went for a good watch. There was no jewelry department. Only a few cheep watches on the shelves. The employee I asked for help spoke no English. I will never go there again.

Typically go to this location to update the minutes on my husbands cell phone. It is important for me to have someone do the update for me and they do it well without any hassle.Dont need anything super sophisticated in his phone so this serves the purpose; wow, does so much more than expected.My recent visits have made me aware of the grocery department; cant believe the great prices. I am not talking about saving .50 cents or even a $1 sometimes the savings are even higher. I guess I am learning to shop!

Well you know Walmart is Wally world so go visit it you probably find something that youre going to get or need so anyway have a great day

All items I wanted were in stock at the best price I could find anywhere. Check out was at a self serve register and very fast and convenient.

Good prices for your money good work boots lots of electronics for your cars good price lots of food very good but always full of people

If youre know where you are going and what youre going to buy or maybe even have the app of the layout of the store youre in good hands. Walmart has always been a great place and probably always will to shop at!

Low on stock and wanted to buy a action figure for my son and most of the toys didnt have heads. Besides that it looked very clean and covid safe. Will visit again

It’s Walmart, so they had everything we were looking for at their signature “everyday low price.” This one in particular seems especially tidy and well-stocked.

Mornings are terrible they don’t have anyone working to check out anyone with an amount of items. Everything is self check out where you scan all your items an then for it to say missed scan when you didn’t even miss. Like, their making us do their job. They need to be more organized with their staff in helping. It’s just is ridiculous

Listen I went to the sporting goods section it took 45 minutes to get someone there to help first off second I bought the wrong product did not open the product or use the product and kept the receipt just in case I needed to return I go to the service desk they inform me they can’t refund me with a receipt it will not process so we tried scanning the product as if I was not to have receipt and they where going to refund me then DANIEL in the back management what a horrible customer service guy by the way come out and shooed me away like I was someone there trying to get money that does not belong to me I will never step foot in this Walmart until I see some changes this place is not like any others in this location horrible customer service

Man was very rude and ask my husband for a photo of an item. My husband explains that store had one in stock but we wanted two, so he took item off shelf and showed the clerk. Clerk then was short with him and assured us thats it. Then we went to sporting to find a double sleeping bag just to find the store had NONE. PLENTY SINGLE.What about a double? Bad experience and I find its best to go a sporting goods store or a tire shop to buy EXACTLY WHAT YOURE LOOKING FOR. GOOD BYE WALMART AND GOOD LUCK.

The store was so clean this morning it was awesome. I wish the employees were more friendly. The store had everything that I was therefore and then some!

Kenny helped me find new frames for my lenses. Very professional and took the time to find the perfect fit. He even fitted my glasses for me.Highly recommend Walmart and ask for Kenny!

Probably the best walmart in the SWFL area

As most of us know…Walmart’s do not have the best rep…and this is an example as to why.My husband and I had to stop at Walmart at the beginning of our vacation to get a few things for our hotel stay. As we are checking out at self check-out the worker DOES NOT EVEN SPEAK ENGLISH and that is a problem when neither my husband or I speak Spanish!!As, multiple items we had were not tagged, which is how we found out the worker didn’t speak English because we tried to ask her questions….so we had to go back and get the items that did have tags on them.Overall…WALMART lived up to its expectations and reputation.

We went to 3 other stores looking for something for my son, nobody had it. Went to this Wal Mart and they had SEVERAL! Great selection, no big lines at the checkout. Good store!

It was ok until it was time for checking out & one guy says theyre short handed so they only have the do it yourself checkouts & I just had surgery so I was getting ready to leave my overstocked cart right there when my granddaughter said come here I think I may have found a real cashier & sure enough she did so I was very happy to see a human to help me Its truly sad to see how short-handed Walmart was & how these stimulus checks have done nothing but made us Americans lazier than we already are its truly sad how these monies were used instead of saving this money for emergencies & continue to work etc...these monies should not have been handed out due to all the problems it has caused esp for the Mom & Pop stores & restaurants soon the $$ will run out & they will all have to go back to work so well see how thatll go!!

I do not like this Walmart. I have went here many times and I had a question that I wanted to ask an employee. Every time I go to ask an employee for assistance, they either can not speak and/or understand English. This is very annoying as I have a simple question that I want to ask.

Love it or hate it, it’s Walmart. You can find everything you need at affordable prices, provided you know exactly where to look. Associates never seem to work for any particular department, and when you finally find the right one, the poor soul helping gets slammed. I won’t give it five stars because there have been times I haven’t been able to find anyone to help, or I’ve waited for someone for over an hour to find out the items not in stock. But, it’s clean, the associates all wear masks and show signs of good hygiene, and stuff is affordable.

Very nice Walmart

So 1st I tried calling to see if they had the battery I need for my truck and after the third one not answering I finally drove to one and ofcourse what do u know every one of the Walmarts in Naples just doesnt have anything even comparable. Then ofcourse the line is so long it literally took me what felt like 45 minutes to get to a self check out and when I looked it was actually a 45 min wait. Good thing I was off today.

Wal-Mart pickup is usually worth it. Friendly, efficient staff. Much faster than shopping!

No cashiers at all. Bring back cashiers or provide a employee discount for ringing yourself out. Such b.s. multi million dollar company pay your employees better..

Rude lady working by the self check out last night.She picked and chooses who she wanted to help. The rest of us stood there and waited as she helped her friend before anyone. Then goes on to tell me to call a manager.

Everyone was doing their jobs very well and at times to well in an over use of power situation. Im a pretty patient person and I like to sit back and watch the show of life in front of me! They are definitely on top of the whole mask thing but not so nice when you ask for a mask bc you forgot your at home! I also couldnt find any help at the fitting room but hey they had everything I needed and more. Hospitality just needs a little fixing!

After spending over $200 just today, I had to replace the toilet seat with another one that was double the price, but the customer service closed just in front of my nose. I stood there talking to her, she was serving a guest, it was 20:03 and she just turned her back and said I am closed. At the register I asked to speak to the manager, she turned out to be the manager and her response was if she wants to talk to me, she can come to me.Great service, exellent manager, way to go!

Dont try to call this Walmart. Takes forever to answer the phone. Then when you get transferred to a department, you get put on hold again. over 25 minutes on hold. I have two phones going to try to get through to someone to get a simple question answered. Terrible service.

Fast and easy it had everything I needed

This is Jeremys wife, Jami Lee I was just there and had brought a few electronic items to bring back amd they told me I couldnt bring it back because it was too late and would have to come back tomorrow, I said okay, thats fine and started my shopping. When I was done and paid for my items 4 women told me to come back and they wanted to see my receipt for the T.V and the Google wifi expand devices (I had already showed her the receipts) I couldnt find them and they said they need to go through my purse, bags etc... I said STOP, LEAVE ME ALONE I ALREADY SHOWED YOU MY RECEIPT AND IT SHOWS I WALKED IN WITH MY ITEMS, AND FOUND OUT THAT WOMAN HAD MY RECEIPT IN HER HAND THE WHOLE TIME!!! I CANT BELIEVE THEM!! HARASSING ME THE WHOLE TIME I WAS IN THERE, FOLLOWING ME AND LYING ACTING LIKE SHE DIDNT SEE MY RECEIPTS!

Clean and great prices of alot of products

Well I ordered tires on Walmart.com 2 weeks ago and they never got shipped to the store where I was going to have them installed. I talked to 2 Representatives that insured me the tires would be there when my appointment was scheduled I got here the tire still wasn’t here but the reason why I’m giving us a five star rating for the store because a guy name Ray works in the auto center back in the tire department was more than helpful went out of his way to help me find the right tires for my car a cheaper price same quality to get them installed here he went above and beyond his service was awesome awesome guy his name is Ray he works in the auto center here in Juliet Florida automotive center.

Had a pleasant visit. Everything was clean and stocked up. The employees were helpful and kind. Definitely will be coming back.

This Walmart is quite large, well stocked, neat and tidy. The parking lot has large spaces in which to park although you may have a bit of a walk to the entrance.Access to the highway is easy going and leaving. Thats nice too.

Not enough people at checkout. Slow when they do check you out.

Staff was extremely rude to me and another customer (elderly gentleman) not shopping with me.

Wont do returns after 8pm even though their website says otherwise. Managers are lazy and use the service desk being closed as an excuse even though returns can be processed at any open register.

Prices are incredibly hight comparing to Target and other local stores.

Shelfs are either out of stock or messy no detail to it.

Nice store, quick lines, funky stocked. Parking is a little full but otherwise a fine establishment.

I really wish all the Walmarts, or least some of the Walmarts would go back to staying open 24-hours.

They wont let me use any bathrooms

Self check out is all they have open and if you buy anything that needs an ID theres no one to help you. Its sad when the customers have to do the work while the associates stand around doing nothing.

Walmart Supercenter is the best place to find affordable essentials. They beat the price of Target, Publix, Winn Dixie on almost anything from Tide to Zima.

A little crowded....and it would definitely be nice if a mofo spoke English...this is the United States not Mexico..go home!!! .smh

I am giving this 2 stars because you call yourself a 24hr supercenter, but you cant pay one employee to have one register open after 10pm?? So I buy $300 of groceries and have to check it out myself, unacceptable. Youve got a half eaten peach just laying in plain view, and nobody in the tech department, are you trying to be the next Sears? Theres a line to use the self checkouts and not a cashier in site. Sad, youre not making enough money to pay one cashier.

Its always a good place for essentials and extras. I enjoy shopping at Walmart. I enjoy the store on Collier. Its less busy and has a better selection of certain items.☺🙏🙏😚🧡

Im not big on Walmart but the bakery, vegetables and groceries in general offer a very nice selection for very reasonable prices. The equivalent grocery cart at Publix would have been, easily, fifty(50) dollars or more. Very good selection of name brand items and quality veggies.

Shoutout to Walmart on their technology integration. I bought a toilet seat that won’t fit but threw away my bag and receipt. I also didn’t scan the receipt in the app or anything, so I went in there thinking okay, I’ll get store credit and exchange it.I stood in the line and saw Walmart’s sign saying “start your return while you wait in line” I decided to log into the app and to my pleasant surprise in the “purchases ” section popped up all the purchases I’ve made and their receipts because the app linked my credit card to store purchases. In two simple clicks I was ready and walked up to the cashier. She scanned the receipt barcode printed my return receipt in two seconds and I was off.Good use of modern technology Walmart. I am impressed and urge others to use their app for the mere ease of service.

Very disappointed with the grocery store at Juliet Blvd, Naples.The shelves are empty today 1/21/2019 as often they are. Where is the management?

One of the worst run Walmart.They close the doors early every night at least 10 min early when the posted closing time is 11pm. An employee was screaming at me that we are closed and you need to get out, stating he wanted to get home. I told him I am grabbing one thing and you are not closed at 10:50, you close at 11pm. If you are closing your doors early each night you need to update your posted close time. Tonight I was there and the lights were off in the parking lot at 10pm and it was very hard to see where you were walking it was so dark. I will just go to Target from now on.

The employees here have no customer service and they dont even try to help you and the management here doesnt know how to talk to the customers they need help and learn how to talk to people
