Our garage door bracket tore lose making our garage door inoperative. I was able to make an appointment for a couple of days out (reasonable) and received excellent follow-up explaining how the tech call would work. Will called ahead of time to give us a heads-up and came out on schedule and quickly saw the problem and the better solution (not a temporary one) and worked efficiently and completed the work in a timely manner. Follow-up was also done very effectively and professionally encouraging me to share our experience. Based on our experience we highly recommend Allied Doors.

Recently one of their tech reps performed routine maintenance on our two garage doors. The tech was competent, prompt, and friendly. The change in the doors functioning was noticeable due to the fine tuning and lubing. Each encounter with this company since they installed the doors before Irma has been good. After Irma, they were immediate in restoring a door thrown off the track. I signed up with their annual plan for servicing.

Allied garage just installed new motor and keypads for my home. They were prompt, courteous and very professional. I highly recommend them.

Called Allied recently for a service call. They scheduled up for a couple of days out, quite reasonable considering our current state. We received a confirmation call the day before, and another call from the technician with a half hour notice.Two technicians showed up and it turned out the opener needed to be replaced. They not only had a replacement with them, but they were able to replace both openers same day.Techs were knowledgable, professional, and prepared! Highly recommend.

We absolutely LOVE our new garage doors from Allied. We looked everywhere for the higher-end type of door that Allied offers, and Brian did a great job in helping us determine the style, function, and overall look we wanted.Brian met with us multiple times - on site at our home, and in the Allied showroom. His patience, knowledge, transparency, and professionalism made the process enjoyable and productive.We have gotten so many comments on the doors and are really happy we chose Allied and the specific door. Most doors have a synthetic wood appearance and feel, but these doors are the real deal.The installation was excellent, and the technicians were experts that took amazing pride in their work. We also replaced the door openers and Brians recommendation was spot on.I also want to mention that while we were waiting on our doors to be built, one of our old garage door openers had failed. Brian and Mike repaired the opener on two occasions, and on the same days that it failed. They did this as a courtesy and took no payment. Amazing!We cant say enough good things about the Allied garage doors, Brian, Mike, the Allied staff, and of course, the excellent installation team!!We had at least four competitive bids, and Allied was by far the BEST choice for us, and anyone that is looking for high-end garage doors and an excellent customer experience and service.We highly recommend Allied for any garage door solution!!!

These guys did a phenomenal job installing my two garage doors, they are quieter and faster than the old garage doors. The new Liftmaster motor lets me open it with my phone, it’s great!

Allied Doors had originally installed my garage door when the home was built in 2007. I called them and they set up an appointment and before the appointment they called me and asked if they could reschedule because the tech was sick. They called be the evening before the appointment to confirm the appointment. I had forgotten to give them my gate code for my HOA. I called them the morning of the appointment and updated them. They passed that information to their guy, he called me when he was on his way and showed up in the timeline they had promised. Once there the tech asked if there was anything I was aware of with the garage door. I told him, he checked the door for function and adjusted the door to bring it back into proper function. He greased the parts that needed greasing and then said everything now looked good. The thing that impressed be was A) they were there on time, B) they communicated very well with me and the tech, and C) they did what they said they would do and the price for the job was what was quoted. I would recommend Allied Doors to any of my neighbors if they needed a service or repair.

The Door installed exceeded my expectations. I had an insulated door installed to keep my garage more cooler in the Dog Days of summer we have in SWFLA. Also I have a freezer & refrigerator in the garage where temps sometimes reached between 85-90! The temp dropped 5 degrees once the door was installed! The installers were on time, courteous, and professional. They cleaned up after themselves, double checked the door functions. Office personnel were courteous, and quick to get an answer for your questions. I would highly recommend this company!

Had an issue with the light on my garage door opener, it would not turn off unless I did it manually. The technician came to repair the issue, knew exactly what needed to be done and performed the service with a smile. Will definitely use Allied again for any future issues with my garage door.

I used the Costco program for garage doors and Allied was the recommended company. They did a wonderful job and we could not be happier with the door! The Amarr door is top quality and the new closer is whisper quiet. I highly recommend the belt drive models. Dont hesitate to use this company for your garage door needs.

Do not believe what they say or what is in print.Caveats will arise when you endeavor to have Amarr and Allied live up to their lifetime warrantee on paint. They are not to be held to account for six year old doors that are rusting because we live in Florida and the rain cant wash the salt off the upper part of the door and it eats through the paint, per Amarr. At the onset I wish they had informed us we would have to wash our garage doors regularly. We purchased 12 doors for this building and when we need to replace them we will not be approaching Allied or Amarr. Actually no stars for Allied or Amarr but I had to click one to allow the post. Allied Doors were great to work with. Even though there were supply chain issues, they worked them out and accomplished the installation on the scheduled date. The installers were very professional and when they were done, they left a very clean job site. Even the Building Inspector was pleased with how the work was accomplished.

I would highly recommend Allied Doors for their responsiveness and professionalism. When my garage door broke it was in a partially open position and could not move it. Based on a recommendation of my friend and neighbor, I called Allied. They could not fix the door that day but were able to send out their Supervisor who worked on it for an hour to get the door in the closed position. For no charge!!!When they did come back the following week, they basically did a rebuild of the system. All three gentlemen that did the work were professional and absolutely pleasant to deal with. Purchased a new car and had lost fob allied promptly came and brought a new one and programmed car to overhead opener in just a few minutes. i also had broken face place on the wall control and they replaced the wall control. all was done quickly and professionally,allied had replaced this garage door and open in 2006 and i continue to use them. garage door still works well today after all these years!!!
