This folks are excellent - I had a linen lacquered desk that needed a glass top to protect the finish - they got it done quickly and the size was perfect even though we did measurements over the phone and via electronic photos! I am getting ready to use them again. Highly recommend!
We needed a shower door reinstalled after a bathroom remodel. Erin was very personable and helpful on the phone. Mike, the owner, was able to come see the job the same day. Hes a friendly guy. He was back the following day to install the shower. They did an excellent job at a fair price. I highly recommend Southwest Glass.
I ordered two bathrooms of shower glass and mirrors before Thanksgiving. The owner said three weeks and 50% deposit. After three weeks they said “Oh the supplier misplaced the order. The lies continued for 3 months. Finally the glass came in. Wrong size. Meanwhile they placed a lien on my property so I can’t go anywhere else. A bunch of clowns and unethical people. Never in 30 years of business have I met such people. Stay away from here in fact run! I can’t believe they are still in business.
I had a window that was broken and I reached out to 12 different glass repair businesses in Naples. Within an hour Erin from SouthWest Glass and Mirror called me back and had her installer scheduled for the next day. This company is amazing and their installer Carlos was very professional and fast. BTW the 11 other business didnt even call me back and I am writing this on Friday. Super impressed and one happy customer here. A big thanks to Erin and Carlos!
I needed a custom cut glass shelf for a Bakers Rack. I walked in to Southwest and walked out 15 minutes later with my shelf. Thats hard to beat.
Twice have tried to deal with this company. Customer service is pathetic and personnel are unkind, unhelpful and sarcastic. Stay away. Unlike their competitors, Glass Doctors, who offer a code of values including Respect and Integrity, and who serve their customers with Enthusiasm, SW Glass is the opposite. They are rude and unreliable. Save yourself from the disrespect ( and Trump paraphernalia) and drive around the corner to be served by professionals.
It was a pleasure dealing with Erin at Southwest Glass. She and the owner were helpful and prompt with their solution to our problem. Highly recommend them.
Worst installation leaving me with mirrors with rings and black marks that cant be repaired. Horrible customer service. Defensive, rude and psycho office manager. There are many other reputable glass stores in town. Scroll by this one and choose another..
We have used Southwest glass for years. I’ve been meaning to get around to leaving a review, but after the job they just completed for me I had to jump on here. I can’t begin to show our appreciation. The Office Manager Erin is very prompt and full of wit. I enjoy working with her on getting everything done. The owner Mike is very knowledgeable and a joy to have on our job sites he also is apart of the initial scopes and installs which makes the jobs even better having the owner on site. I have never had to have them come back on one job. Which is a huge deal for us. All of their glass work is done to perfection not matter what it is for. Even in the busy months, they still manage to keep a great schedule. I highly recommend them.
A great team works here, very professional and honest. Will definitely be calling them for future work!

I called this business and asked them to help me and by golly they sure came through. Erin the office manager was the nicest person asking me questions about what I needed so she could schedule me as quickly as possible. I see other reviews on here I read about her but she is one of the busiest people I have ever heard, multi tasking that office. The phone was ringing off the hook. When I went into the office to give my deposit the office was packed, she was pleasant and again the phone was ringing off the hook. So the people saying she acted rude answering the phone.. I’m sure she was just very busy and you were probably just too pushy. Any who I just want to say thank you for a very efficient job and installation. Mike and Matt did a great job and the job looks spectacular!! I will be using them in the future.
THIS REVIEW IS NOT BASED ON THE LABOR PROVIDED BUT ON A CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT ULTIMATELY PREVENTED THE FORMER FROM BEING POSSIBLE. I was referred to this business by a shower enclosure manufacturer (Coral Industries) and therefore thought that it would be a reputable establishment. I tried to give them a call and could not reach it for a couple of times, but when I did I was literally scolded by the woman who picked up the phone for calling her so much as (according to her) she was extremely overwhelmed by all the tasks she had to perform alone. Apparently I shouldve left her a voicemail and wait until she gets back to me (which would probably not happen any time soon and we needed to resolve our shower door issue ASAP) and she went ahead to count how many missed calls she had from me, talking over me and not being concerned for the reason of my call whatsoever. It felt as if called her home number at 3AM on a Monday night.
Horrible! Do not give them your business. First initial call to stop by & get a quote I was told to wait for a call back for a technician to be on property within the hour or so. As the day went by I never heard a thing and decided to stop by before they close. Entering the office at 3:40 no one was around so I patiently waited for someone to appear from the back. At least ten minutes went by and I explained I was there to get a quote & called earlier when they appeared only to have them go strait to the door and flip the open/close sign to closed. We moved the desk inside so the technician could trace/outline the table and I informed him I could not leave the desk with them so he took all the measurements needed. I was told I would receive a call the next day with the quote she was to busy and had to go. I said no problem that would be fine. I never got that call the next day. So I called the following day only to have her treat me like I was inconveniencing her for the quote, again, no problem just call me with the quote please when you have it. She never called. A week later I call and her answer was Im busy with a customer and cannot help you right now (just forget about the customer you have on the phone). Also she mentioned that the trace/outline for the desk was somewhere in the back and I will have to go look for it if its still there.Needless to say I never got a call or voicemail with a quote and I gave them a month to respond before posting this horrible experience. I would give them zero stars, lucky for them, google requires at least one star.
I called this place right after hurricane Irma; the lady who answered the call was very helpful and tried to schedule an appointment with a technician as soon as they could. The technician (if I am not mistaken) was Mike, had an appointment and never showed up as well as never answered my countless phone calls and text message. Very bad representation for the business.
We have tried for 6 months to have SW glass replace a glass shelf and two mirrors. They came and measured, lost the measurement, came out to measure again. After the second measurements we had three appointments for their service and they never came and didnt even have the courtesy to call and tell us they were not coming. When I called after each no show we rescheduled. After the third no show I was told they had to come and measure again. I then requested a call from the new owner/manager which never came! Their excuses were laughable. Their is no excuse for not having the courtesy to call and let us know they are not coming. We started this process in May and continued in November when we returned to our condo in early November. We have wasted over four months for our repairs. Shame on us!

Absolutely am so happy with the whole team here.After the hurricane we had damage done to our windows and sliders and if it wasnt for southwest glass and mirror being able to get to us and help us so fast we definitely would have had more damage occur.Knowing my family was safe thanks to them -because they are a family business-i will always be grateful to them..thank you again

The WORST company in SW Florida!!! The lady who answers the phone is completely rude & acts as if youre a burden, not to mention has a horrible attitiude!! Everytime I call for an ETA, the receptionist tells you that she cant give you an ETA since theyre so booked (with attitude). Shell speak down to you & tell you Oh they will be there before a certain time and they dont ever show!! These people are a JOKE!!! Dont waste your time nor hard earned money. Very unprofessional!!!!
I had the same experience as Konstantin Petrenko who commented below. The receptionist he is referring to is named Erin and whatever she was angry about 5 months ago, she is still hot under the collar about now! Call this companys competitor--there is a reason their google reviews are much higher. I got a much lower estimate and I didnt have to endure the hostility of an unpleasant stranger either!
They were difficult to reach. We gave a large deposit and couldnt get then to call us or complete the job.Our property was under contract and we ended up having to sell it unfinished. We were out our deposit and no word from sw..
I was told to come to their store, when I got there they had decided to close IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY! Then they told me You can just be mad. Immature & unprofessional.
