First time in this store. I am use to folks being friendly but that was not my experience, no smiles in this store. I picked out the olive oil I wanted to buy and was told they bottle everything in this store. Great, I thoughI could get any size I wanted, that wad a mistake. They will only sell the huge bottle in the most robust oil. I dont need the large size, but that did not matter, they would not sell me the smaller bottle. I decided not to buy anything because I dont like to reward folks for doing a poor job. Got home and called the Olive store in Ft Myers. They were the most helpful folks I have ever talked to. They even offered to stay late to give me time to drive there. What a difference.

This store has high quality oils and vinegars, along with other complimentary items that can be made into nice gifts.

You feel welcome when you walk in the door and the smell is awesome.The quality of the oil and flavor is the best in Florida. The owner is very knowledgeable and should write a book.This business delivers beyond expectations and I will drive the 30 miles to do business with the company. Shopping at Naples Olive Oil Company is always a great experience! I have been shopping here for years and am always blown away by what a warm and inviting atmosphere they have created. The products are unbelievably delicious and never cease to amaze me with the level of freshness and quality they have to offer.Last week my husband and I invited a group of friends to join us for a tasting party in the store and everyone had an amazing time. I am so impressed with the customer service of Naples Olive oil company. One of the bottles of oil I ordered got damaged. Three day later the problem was corrected. Plus a hand written note of apologies. Not only that but a packet of seasoning.Great job.Thanks Bob Homer
