Awesome to know that theres an Omaha Steak Retail Store in Naples Florida. This is a full service facility...meaning that you can take home your items or select from the multiple freezers whatever they stock . They also have a buy one...get two free offer in store. In addition I had a birthday gift I needed to ship to my daughter. All shipping orders can be shipped from the store computers. Another cool thing is that when you purchase the items ...they give you points towards credit of future purchases. In my case they were running a 50% off sale and shipping was free. My store attendant patiently helped me scoop up all the best deals for the goodies I shipped to Chicago and then Jennifer the store manager encouraged me to turn in my points. With the free shipping and sale...I paid $18.61 ...I saved about $75.00. Check them out....😉.Awesome deals when they run their sales...Very helpful and polite staff.

Great selection, helpful staff. Unfortunately, only one person working and the customer ahead of me needed a lot of attention, longer wait than I would of liked. But, cant wait to take that first bite of the filet!

Poor quality, poor business practices. Putting Mom and Pops out of business. You ought to be ashamed. Theres PLENTY business for all to prosper. Poor/miss zdx represented quality. I wont be ordering from Omaha again.

Im rating on prices only. You can have a steak cooked for you at longhorns for same price.

My sister sent me this huge box of meats and sides.I always wondered if Omaha Steak were any good !! NO Its Not Walmart meat is better. Hamburgers were full of water and tasteless and gristle. Filets were ok, Stuff potatoes Gross Apple tartlets also gross . I cannot tell my sister how bad it was . Ill ask her to go back to Honey Baked Ham they are consistently better quality

We ordered the recent Omaha steaks deal which included 4 Polynesian pork chops. The directions on the box indicated that the chops should be grilled 3 to 4 minutes a side. The chops were so thin that if we indeed grilled them in this way, they would have resembled the bottom of a shoe. We over grilled them the first time, 4 minutes total, the second time, not more than 3 minutes overall.

Well first off I was very disappointed in the quality of beef it tasted like buying meat at walmart yuck also I figured out that I was paying about $30 a pound so I would give them thumbs down.
