Kingdom Stone in Naples, Fl was a pleasure to work with. Hannah was a big help with selecting the right quartz for our laundry room and expediting the job. She was great to work with.Installation was on time and was completed without any issues. We are very happy with the end result and would recommend Kingdom Stone without hessitation.

They did not seal one of my pieces properly and now it has 3 stains and they are avoiding and delaying, while I need to put this house on the market. If they come and fix this I will remove this review or amend it but right now I am extremely, extremely upset. I plan to video the test for sealing so I will have it for small claims court if it comes to that but really, proper customer service would be a lot easier.

If you are looking for god quality of work avoid these people at all costs! They ruined one piece of stone and did not want to assume responsibility. Then they replaced it and put a huge ugly seam in our counter that is turning brown. We asked them to come to deal with it and they said it was because we didnt seal the counter. We had asked when we purchased if they would seal it and we were told of course, it is part of the work. They agreed to seal it and said it would take care of the discoloration in the seam but it didnt. They have no interest in dealing with us. So now we have a beautiful kitchen with a counter that looks like it was installed by amateurs.

These people ruined my countertops!! They installed 2 countertops backwards, which ruined the pattern....then they would NOT assume responsibility for screwing it up and just blew it off. TERRIBLE COMPANY, THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. Buyers should hire somebody else!!
