Carrara Kitchens & Baths deserves more than 5 stars. Jesse helped me make the perfect choices for my cabinets and quartz countertops. Our custom project exceeded our dreams and expectations. The whole experience with everyone was very professional and we could not be more pleased. We really enjoyed all the guys in the installation crew and were extremely impressed by how quickly everything was accomplished. Jon and I highly recommend Carrara Kitchens & Baths and give you all the highest scores in all categories of service and satisfaction.

I needed to replace a countertop in my condo which was water damaged. After reading the reviews for Carrara Kitchens I contacted them and spoke with Jessie. We had already decided on the material and color from visiting other kitchen places back home. Jessie and her team did a beautiful job. We have only seen the pictures but entire process was very easy and professionally done.

When we decided to replace our granite countertops in our kitchen we used Carrara Kitchens & Baths to help us select the new quartz and also to do the installation. To say that they exceeded our expectations is an understatement.From the vary start they were right there every step of the way from the showroom visit, home visit, and installation. They kept every promise they made about installation and installation date. The communication with Elizabeth in the office to the communication with the installation crew was seamless.We love the finished results and the workmanship was just perfect. In fact, our installer made some recommendations that was even better than we could have come up with. The end result is fantastic.Our experience with Carrara was better than we ever expected. I feel very comfortable in recommending them to you. You wont be disappointed.

Beautiful selection of kitchen cabinets, granite, quartz and some tile. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I hope the estimate will work out. They were very professional. Unfortunately we never received the estimate from the company. God bless.😊🙏🙏🙏

The countertops installed by Carrara were magnificent! They were prompt with scheduling and I couldnt be happier with the results. Highly recommend!

Lowball bid relayed to us at initial measure, when we received formal bid in writing what a shock the price had climbed 50%. Careless and Clueless, this after we called 3 or 4 times to just set make an appointment which were either cancelled or changed by the company 2 times. Seem to overpromise and undeliver. We didnt use this company, you can easily find better.

Owner Man blew off two appointments, after our 3rd try he was at our condo for maybe 15mins to measure, we had to call 4x to obtain bid that was almost 2x price of competitor. Go Elsewhere, ATTITUDE

Great craftsmanship but incredibly poor customer service. No one called to tell us our granite would not arrive on the day scheduled. I made 4 phone calls day of install inquiring when my granite would arrive. After sitting home all day I was told “it is not going to happen today”. No one bothered to call me to say crew was running behind which I TOTALLY understand happens...I just expect some sort of communication??Day 2 granite was supposed to arrive between 9-11....again NO ONE called to inform us of another delay. After an additional 3 phone calls I finally was promised by Jasmine they would be here by 4 which thankfully occurred.When I called and talked with “owner”, she was very dismissive and said Steve (former owner-her father-in-law) should never have scheduled us because they were booked past Thanksgiving. I scheduled in early October for 11/11...internal excuses are NOT a customers problem! Deal with them! All I wanted was COMMUNICATION! I truly believe my complaint fell upon deaf ears so be prepared for poor customer service but great product! I personally will find a company that provides BOTH in the future!

We recently had our kitchen and master bath countertops replaced by Carrara Kitchens and Baths and the whole process was truly fantastic. The service, the communication, the install, the price and the quality of the materials (quartz in our case) were all as good as I could have hoped for. They made thoughtful suggestions but didnt put any pressure on us whatsoever. Every time we called someone knowledgeable was there to answer the phone (usually Jesse) and every time we stopped in Jesse was there to help and even let us take home the store show pieces to match paint to. I would absolutely use Carrara again.

We chose Carrara Kitchen and Bath to install the granite in our kitchen. Jesse and her entire staff are professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I chose to cancel original granite choice and chose another. Jesse was patient and worked with me to make certain I was happy with my second choice. The granite Installation went smoothly and her guys even made certain the kitchen was immaculate prior to their leaving. We highly recommend Jesse and her staff, and will definitely choose Carrara for future work at our home.

My husband and I stopped in at Carrara Kitchens on a Sunday morning and spoke with the owner about getting our kitchen redone. We loved their showroom and the granite displayed in their parking lot. The owners husband came out to our house and spent well over an hour with us, taking measurements, chatting, and giving us ideas. We had really high hopes about this company!A week passed and we hadnt heard back with the estimate. My husband called and left a message, but got no response. A few more days pass and I called and spoke to the owner. She said that our estimate would be done the next day and she would email it to us. I asked her if she had our email address and she said if she didnt, she would call. Another week went by. No email. No call. No estimate.I called again but this time no one answered and I left another voicemail asking for our estimate. I never got a call back. I even left my email address on the voicemail just in case they didnt want to call me.After three weeks of trying to just get our estimate, my husband and I are going to go with another company to remodel our kitchen. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Especially if you expect prompt responses. Better yet, any response!

We decided to lower our counter top. Carrera Kitchen * Bath is a top notch business. From the first meeting with Elizabeth in selecting a the granite to the installation by Robert and Leo was a fast and professional job. I stopped in one day quite by accident after hurricane Irma. Although there was no electricity, they were open. I have been trying to deal with another granite company for three weeks without getting calls back. They just so happened to have the exact same granite I had picked out at the other place. I ordered it they came out pretty quickly and on time to measure and then back for installation. It’s beautiful and we are happy with it. We weren’t able to put in the soap dispenser at the time and they told us to call when we were ready. It was more than a month later when we called them and they came out the very next day. Fast forward 4 months, we are now dealing with them to install a bathroom countertop. Elizabeth has been friendly and professional. She has been very helpful in helping us to pick out the right granite. The measurements were done quickly with the install this week. I’m very glad that I found this place.Dominy’s

We have had the pleasure of using Carrara Tile twice in the past year,One for a master bath granite counters job and the second for granite counters in the kitchen.Both jobs exceeded my high expectations.Carrara has a nice selection of granite.The kitchen job was remarkable.Workmanship is impeccable and the price and quality were both outstanding. The entire process from initial consultation to completion was 8 days.Would use again in a heartbeat.

Had countertops replaced with granite in kitchen and two bathrooms about a year ago. They did a nice job of installing. However, A year later and I was still trying to clean residue off the kitchen counter. Its apparent there because of the way the light hits it. I tried just soap and water. That didnt work. Ive used acetone with 0000 steel wool followed by a granite cleaner and polish. That seemed to improve it but not entirely. Upon a very close inspection, it appears that the granite itself is of inferior quality in that the top was not adequately sanded and buffed to a high enough finish. There is even a spot where the rough stone is right at the surface. I didnt select one of their higher priced granites but I was led to believe that price had only to do with stone pattern, not quality. As said, they did a nice job installing but look closely at what you get for granite here.

Carrara Marble is the best we have done 2 remodeling with them and they are very professional.The last one just got done few days ago. we stop there last week and Wednesday and they instal on Tuesday.... what a great service.

I would give them ten stars if I could. I dont normally write reviews but I wanted to let everyone know what a wonderful company I found in Carrara Kitchens & Baths. I recommend anyone looking for countertops to go directly to them. Not only are my quartz countertops absolutely stunning, the staff are a joy to deal with and their pricing was the best I found in town. From the minute I walked into the store Elizabeth was a delight to work with. She is welcoming, knowleageable and proficient and was the start of my great experience. She really cares about each customer and it shows! When it came to my installation, Robert went above and beyond to make adjustments to compensate for crooked walls. He is a true craftsman. He did not call it good until everything was perfect. His 25 years of experience was put to the test on my job. Most companies would have thrown up their hands and said sorry this is the best we can do because your walls arent straight. Thank you all at Carrara Kitchens & Baths for all of your hard work on my behalf.
