After visiting a number of places Natural Stone Concepts was the only place that had slab samples ready for viewing. They were helpful in suggestions I should consider, very timely in installing and professional. The price was great! Especially when compared to the guys on tv with big advertising budgets.

Two years ago, I had NSC quote me for two bathroom countertops while also receiving quotes from a number of other establishments in the Naples area. I decided to go with another fabricator because their quote was a couple hundred dollars less than NSC. What a BIG mistake! The process took well over a month to complete. I ended up getting seams in the middle of both vanities, backsplashes that did NOT match the countertops, dull spots lacking polish on the surface of the stone. Needless to say, I was highly dissatisfied and extremely frustrated because they would come out to correct any of it!Two years later, I was ready to renovate my kitchen countertops and eager to re-do the two poorly installed vanities that I could no longer stand to look at! I had learned my lesson and really had done my homework this time around! I was rather impressed by Natural Stone Concepts’ reviews and testimonials. I also felt a sense of security after spending time viewing the beautiful photographs of their completed work displayed on their company website. WOW, WOW, WOW!! This company blew me away!! I have done nearly 12 kitchen remodels in multiple homes throughout the years and I have never had any granite company exceed my expectations in the way that Natural Stone Concepts has! This company promises to install 72 hours after templating. I must share that my kitchen, wet bar, and 3 bathrooms were completed in 24 hours!! I was astounded by the endless stone selection available and by the way they were so involved in helping me make the right stone and edge selections for my home.
