Always appears clean and tidy. Usually has what I need, nice to have wine in the store, great selection of good cheese, crackers, good meats and veggies. Staff are always friendly and helpful. I look forward to returning to FL and shopping there.

Last Publix before alligator alley drive, on the way to Miami and the Keys Publix sub makes a good driving lunch vs drive thru fast food. The deli is usually quick, if you avoid coupon day and rush hours. Lol.

I ordered a sub online but when I went to pick it up I noticed that I was missing half the ingredients. So I told them to just add the missing ingredients but they insisted in making me a new sub. The new sub was still missing ingredients but this time they purposely decided to add extra extra extra salt. I couldnt eat the thing. I was polite and calm when I told them my sub was missing ingredients and I never noticed they were mad about it so I dont really know why they did this.

This was my worst Publix experience. I placed an online order at 11am for pickup at 12pm. I stood there for 20 minutes waiting on my order and was told they were waiting for it to finish toasting. When it finally came out it was cold and the employee said it was due to the lettuce and tomato being cold, but nothing in my order even had tomatoes, so its clearly their go-to excuse. Step up your management, your motto is where shopping is a pleasure

Convenient, clean and kind people work there. Parking lot gets a little crazy at times but otherwise nice place.

Great supermarket. Prices a little high but if you get their brand its not bad. Great bakery.

Shopped here for a change. I found it to be bigger than King lake plaza. It was well stocked with items. Jocelyn, who checked me out was friendly. A good peoples person. I will start going there to shop.

Im am so grateful to Jeremy in the produce department who with only a two days notice was able to provide our family with 105 white balloons for a double funeral we were having. When I contacted him he was eager to take on our need. He reached out to another Publix as he didnt have enough balloons to fulfill the order. That Publix had the balloons but didnt have enough weights so he actually went to their store to pick up their supply of balloons so he could fulfill the order all at his store- avoiding me having to go to two different stores for pick up. Also, since the funeral was at 8am I needed the balloons as soon as they opened at 7am....which required him to get to work super early (530am I believe) to start filling the balloons. He even gave me his cell phone number in case I needed to reach him. I was traveling from out of town and he checked in with me the morning of to see if I needed directions to his store. Words cannot express how grateful we are to him! Publix- youve got an outstanding team member that cares so much about customers and went above and beyond to help us!!! Thank you so much Jeremy!

I usually shop at publix quite often, but when I do usually the cashiers are very friendly. Penny was not friendly and had a bad attitude in scanning my groceries.

As always, everything in stock and I couldnt believe they have Foxes U Bet Chocolate Syrup! This is the best chocolate syrup ever. I grew up drinking N. Y. chocolate egg creams that can only be made with Foxes.

Store is as wonderful as any Publix, hate the hours close so early but thats just because Naples isnt a late night spot and Im still used to San Diego life. DO NOT USE ONLINE ORDER FOR PUBSUBS, I REPEAT DO NOT USE ONLINE ORDER FOR PUBSUBS!!!! I have personally given this particular store over 25 chances to change my mind on that statement (bearing in mind, Im VEGAN lol my subs are literally veggies🤣) and they still struggle. Maybe its just bad luck on my part but whos to say? Kind workers for the most part and I love their variety of vegan products as well!

Store #410 Berkshire Lakes in Naples Florida officially ruined my anniversary. I placed 2 online orders yesterday before 10:30am for a charcuterie board box and a sandwich platter to be done today by 6:00pm. I had planned a cheesy (no pun intended) romantic evening on the beach to watch the sunset with my husband. I gave Publix well over 24 hours to prepare my platter and when I show up today to pick it up the lady said “oh! Well, we don’t have your order.” I immediately panicked thinking it was my mistake. Maybe I ordered it to the wrong Publix. I check my email confirmation and showed the lady asking “this is Berkshire Commons right?” And she confirmed that it was. So I asked how could it be they didn’t have my order. She asks me to hold on and goes to the back. Then she proceeds to come back out and starts gathering all the ingredients to what I ordered. I couldn’t wait. I still had to go home and handle stuff there before rushing to the beach to catch a sunset. There was no way I would’ve made it time waiting for her to make everything I ordered that Publix specifically asks for 24 hour notice for. So instead of eating dinner, drinking wine and watching the sunset with my awesome husband I’ll be doing the normal going out to dinner at a local restaurant because Publix couldn’t get their sh*t straight and have my ordered ready for me to pick up! Needless to say I’m really upset. 😩Ps order numbers for reference are 410-7666 and 410-7667.Ok

Super nice staff and very clean store.

I like this Publix over all the others with the exception of the one across from the mall. Thats my favorite. The selection of products in each department seems more extensive and the shelves better stocked than the 2 Publix stores that I usually frequent. Its bigger so obviously there going to be more stuff but its more than that. Its just an all-around BETTER store.

The store is clean, but the layout of the store will have you looking around for an obscene amount of time for items like cheese. It really doesn’t make a lot of sense to have cheese down an aisle by the Gatorade to be honest. Should really rework this.

Ive been to several other Publix before. I even worked at one. The sushi is sometimes better than other times, but the sushi at this store was awful(has room to improve). Other than that, everything was great. Always love Publix customer service and the smiles that the employees have.

I regularly go to this publix, being that it is the closest one to my home. Every time I order a sub ahead of time, I have to wait at least 30-45 minutes to pick it up, because when I get there it’s NEVER made. Even if you pay for it, they will tell act as if the order just came through the system. 10min past pickup time. I am 39 weeks pregnant, about to have my baby and all I wanted to do was order online so I can have my food made and not stand in line for 30 minutes to get what I already had to wait 30min to pick up for. My order time was 2:17pm, my pick up time was 2:45pm and I finally got my sub at 3:20pm. They also never have flat bread, so they should just take that off their list of options. I called the store to talk to a manager about this issue, and instead of helping me, the customer service rep told me that I’d need to speak to the deli as to why they did not make my sub- which I already did. The deli department (other than Viki) is subpar as is their customer service team.

The lady making the sandwich was rude. Is more easy is just ask what size of sandwich you want. Not 5.99 or 7.99 for a ultimate. No need to scream

This is one of the bigger Publix in the area and usually busy.Bring a book with you while you stand in line at the deli... if you innocently think youre going to get one of their delicious subs within your lunch hour.My brother ordered a cake one year and it wasnt made when he went to pick it up. Two years later he ordered a unicorn cake for his daughter and when he picked it up it looked like a pig. I wish had pics.

The grocery manager needs some attitude lessons. He was stocking an end cap and I asked him for something since he had his little machine he puffed like it was a bother to help a customer. If I wanted attitude I would if went to Walmart!

I have shopped at Publix at Berkshire Commons since the day the store opened I live very very close and it is convenient. Gregg Window was a manager that went above and beyond to help customers greet them, and always had a feather duster in the back of his pocket walking the stores straightening the shelves since then I couldn’t tell you who the store manager or assistant managers are. The customer service morale is down, The baggers are not trained properly and when requested not to overload and make heavy bags they still continue to do so and they do not offer to carry out. The deli employees seem to be all very unhappy and to pick up products in the display case to go, the cheese and meats are not always fresh, and sometimes you cannot even get the cheese apart. At 5 o’clock there’s hardly any fresh chicken tenders or chicken available. During the Covid pandemic I inquired as to why the employees were not wearing mask and was told it was not required. Now we’re almost at the end of the pandemic. They are all wearing mask and going over the speaker encouraging everyone to do so also. Very disappointed in my Publix and I truly hope that some type of management can come in and help restore the morale and customer service.

The Publix supermarket at Berkshire Commons has a well-deserved reputation as an excellent supermarket. It’s shelves are always well stocked and neat.The floors always appear to have been just swept.My one and only problem is with the public dining area. It has tables and chairs but other than that it could pass for excess storage space. Yet the sandwiches are really great and the soup is excellent.A little TLC could pay dividends.

I visit this location regularly since I work near by. Its always a pleasure. Today my 9 month old and I met Ms. Marie who insisted on walking us outside to unload my groceries. Marie was incredibly sweet! Marie, people like you are the reason the world is a beautiful place!!

Great customer service from Alvaro the manager and lady at customer service. They were able to help me with my exchange in less then a minute, very friendly customer service and will be coming back to this location.
