Dr Rasmussen is the absolute best. Not only is she a brilliant Dr. Shes also one of the kindest souls Ive ever met. Her staff is amazing especially Angela who is also one of the kindest people I know. Both my mom and I love them

She and her staff are outstanding, they do not push products or services. Dr. Rasmussen, in particular is very thorough and takes the time to explain procedures and results. I ended up having a time-sensitive issue and their office spend a most of the day not only finding the right specialist for me, but making sure my insurance was accepted by them. Could not have asked for anything more!

Ive been deaf since I was a few months old and can honestly say I have worked with (too) many audiologists in my lifetime and as long as Im in Naples, Dr. Ann R will be my last! She is caring, ethical and goes beyond to find the best solutions for her clients. I have also referred her to others who have been thrilled with their services. Doctors Hearing also provides a very affordable (and cost saving preventative) service of house calls to private homes or long term care communities to check, tune and clean hearing aids which is invaluable to those who may not have this service otherwise or result in having to prematurely replace hearing aids.

Dr Ann deserve 10 stars. She is extremely knowledgeable about hearing loss, can fit you with a variety of hearing aides and works with you to fine tune them, making your hearing great. She also does house calls at no extra charge. She fitted both of us with affordable hearing aides. Call her for a free hearing test. There is no used car salesman type hype, you will love the experience.

I absolutely loved working with Dr. Anne. As a music teacher I can be subjected to a lot of dangerously loud sounds. I came to her wanting some ear plugs that would cancel out sound over a certain decibel but would allow for conversation. DID SHE DELIVER! I love what she suggested and she definitely put me in the right direction. Thanks Dr. Anne.

My mother went to Dr. Ann for two hearing aids. She was very happy with her hearing aids until she had a problem hearing with the right ear. She went back to the office and Dr. Ann told her the hearing aid was fine.....sent her to a walk in clinic to have the wax In her ear cleaned out (she said it would cost my mom $20 and my mom got the bill for $300).My mom went back to Dr Ann because she still couldnt hear out of her right ear after the wax was cleaned. Dr Ann told her the hearing aid worked fine. When my mom insisted she still couldnt hear out of the right ear, Dr Ann told her she should find another dr to take care of her! My mother made an appointment with another dr who saw her the next day and they easily turned up the volume In the right ear which on the computer showed a marked difference in volume from the left ear. An easy fix.After my mom spent $4500 on hearing aids, you would think dr. Ann would make sure that a patient was satisfied with the purchase. That was not the case, unfortunately.

Very professional office, really enjoyed conversing with an actual Doctor of Audiology instead of a sales person.
