I have had a hearing problem since I was a young boy. I started using aid when they became almost invisible. Over the years I have tried many brands and facilities that sold them. All had short coming. On reliability and service 2 years ago I found life hearing of Naples. I have been extremelySatisfied. This is the first time that I have been able to use them daily with out any problems. MyEars build up lots of wax and I needed to change filters frequently they recommended a dryer which I us nightly. Now I change filters. Sometimes once a month. I am a snow bird any service needed they have been thru the mail promptly. They are definitely a 5 star in my book. Dave

I have worked with Don for about a year now since I purchased my new hearing aids. Ive been wearing hearing aids my whole life and Ive dealt with many audiologists and hearing aid dealers. I had a broken hearing aid, out of warranty, not a current patient. I scheduled an appointment to see if it could be repaired. Shauna met with me and within a few minutes had it working, took another day to complete the fix and I am one happy camper! It was a very pleasant experience, at a fair price. I felt that they had an interest in getting me going, not trying to sell me a new aid.

All I can say is that they are very friendly, competent and service oriented. The last time I went there because my Oticon speaker cable was broken. Although I havent bought the hearing aids there, they suggested to do the repair under warranty if I could bring the original purchase reseat. Not only that, with the repair they installed a new firmware, did a hearing test and adjusted the hearing aids accordingly. Now they work better than ever!My next hearing aids I will for sure by there.

This hearing practice is the best weve ever encountered! My father has had hearing aids from other practices in Naples and in Westchester but has never had the success and service that weve had at Life Hearing Centers. Their kindness, accessibility, and knowledge is unparalleled. The prices (for better technology) are lower than others, and their battery policy, coverage and help with damage warrants mention. We highly highly recommend this practice. This is the office I will use when I need hearing aids.
