Went to visit the showroom, spent approximately one hour, provided my name, email and phone to salesperson and was told I would get a call back the next day regarding some equipment I was going to purchase, salesperson was going to get me final prices. Never heard back, I was going to spent 4-5 thousand, I guess Epic Audio is not interested in customers who are ready to purchase products. I would note that most of the equipment was not hooked up to allow me to test drive. I will look else where for a more professional, reliable, responsive vendor who wants my business.

Had Greg come out to see how we could make our older in ceiling speakers bluetooth~~he explained everything and sent a proposal. The installation went very smoothly and the speakers work great! Would definitely recommend Epic for any audio needs!

It is rare nowadays to find a contractor that hits its target in every way at the highest levels. Our experience with Epic could not have been better and they really exceeded out expectations. Joel Seiden was with us from beginning to end and really made a big difference. He is uber professional, very knowledgeable and a great listener who understood what we wanted and let us know - without pressure - what we should consider. He was creative and kept an eye on costs while persuading us why spending a little more would provide outsized benefits.The installation team was also top drawer. They were professional, courteous, unobtrusive and patient with us in the set up, demo and tutorial phases.We could not be happier with our experience, feel like we got a great value and recommend Epic without hesitation

I had an issue with a Classe Sigma amp5....When Classe stopped manufacturing the line I was told the Sigma Amplifier and SSP would be fully supported, its been more than a month.. I requested a replacement, yet was denied.. by Classe... was told this morning I would hear back.. I never heard back. Both my Rack SSP and Amp5 came from Epic... as well as a strange interaction dropping it off....Bye Bye Amp5, hello Dreadnaught

Bill Carroll was excellent. His recommendations for the TV and equipment for us was perfect. We love the entire setup from the Sony TV to the Savant remote. Paul and his installation crew also did an excellent job with the wiring and install. Bill did several pre-order and follow-up home visits and phone calls to be sure we were happy. Bought my Paradigm Reference 95 speakers there after Mike set up the perfect listening area for me. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy and even switched equipment so I could do an A B comparison. Great store

I contracted Epic Audio for the A/V of my condo while it was being renovated this past summer. Due to employee turnover and lack of supervision, the wiring was done incorrectly, so walls had to be opened up after texture and paint (twice). The techs doing the re-wiring and TV setup were more concerned about time on the job and finding fault with their coworkers install than doing things right. Epic left the system a mess and techs were consistently too busy to return. A different A/V company was employed to fix/finish the job in a professional manner.

The owner was great. Very helpful. Really interested in making sure we got a fair price. We would definitely recommend them for you home theater needs.

Mike was very helpful and very knowledgable. You cant go wrong with what he recommends. He is not afraid to go the extra mile (effort) to make sure you are satisfied with your selection.

I ordered an expensive amp over the phone (they didnt have it in stock). Long story short it had an audible hum and I decided to return it. At first they refused to take it back only offering a replacement stating they dont give refunds on special orders. I had no idea, and never heard of such a policy. After going back and fourth over the phone I drove to the store and dropped off the amp. They reticently took it back deducting $50 for return shipping even though the audible defect was demonstrated to the owner. Not the most pleasant experience.

We used Naples Transportation & Tours for our anniversary and it was a fantastic experience. We chartered an SUV for the night, the vehicle was in great condition, the driver was extremely professional and nice, and we had a wonderful evening. We look forward to using them again.

I strongly recommend against Epic Audio. The sales person estimated my installation at $1000 based on a time and material basis. When they were done, they said it was over $2000 for the installation based on a rate of $220 per hour (two people at $110 per hour each). While it did take 2 people to install the TV (75 inch), it should not have taken two people almost 10 hours together. When I complained that the estimate was double and that I was not provide the double hourly rate, the answer I got from the installers was that the sales person was let go because of mis-estimating jobs and that they would have the owner contact me. He never did. Here is my take: they will price the equipment at a competitive rate with Best Buy/Magnolia and make an inequitable final price with an outrageous $220 per hour install rate. I would not use this company again. Buyer beware.
