Tons of flavors. As a vegan I was there for those options which are fantastic.The young folks who work here are all so nice, polite and helpful.

We enjoyed the plethora of options, they had quite a few dairy free options and gluten free options as well. The coffee and Heath bar was an excellent combo, the banana split had everything you could want and the dairy free chocolate chip was so creamy and delicious. We also watched the employee unlock the doors for some customers that came past the closing time which was so sweet to see.

Phenomenal ice cream, but not made by them. So really nothing special about it. Just like any other ice cream spot. The 2 stars is mostly because of the really high prices, and a disrespectful response from the owner to another reviewer here on Google I just read. Its not slander if its a review - get with it guys.

I came in earlier tonight and loved the atmosphere. I have to say the customer service is amazing! The There was a line and even though all the employees were working hard, cheyil stood out. She lit up the room and was so interactive with everyone. The ice cream and açaí bowl was delicious!

I’ve lived here in Naples for years now. The one thing I’ve missed the most from back home was our homemade Black Raspberry Ice cream.Not only has Scoops nailed that flavor on the head, they’ve master all their others too. Amazing ice cream, amazing environment, and even more amazing family running them.If you haven’t been yet, you need to get to one & try them now. You have no idea what you’re missing out on!

My wife and I came here hoping for some good ice cream, we left with a great experience and great ice cream! We were greeted as soon as we walked in and the girls scooping were so friendly. From one small business to another the customer service was excellent and even better ice cream.

This family owned business makes such delicious ice cream and other desserts. They are very friendly and helpful, we couldn’t decide on what to have, and our kids were able to sample a few different flavors. They have such a variety of flavors!! Such a nice setup, and was very clean! It was great to have a family treat and relax. We will definitely be back again, and again.

Ive been meaning to check this place out for some time now... Im kicking myself we hadnt done it sooner. We decided as a family to get a treat, and with the pandemic going on we landed on getting ice cream takeout. Scoops Ice Cream had listed on their website a Sundae Kit. You get 2 pints of any flavor ice cream, 5 toppings, 3 drizzles, and 5 cups or cones (we asked for 6 cups and they graciously obliged with no upcharge). The kit comes with whipped cream and cherries. It was the perfect amount for our family, and it was only $25! When we go out as a family for ice cream it is usually $40+. The value alone was fantastic, but even better was the quality, taste and presentation. This will be a family tradition from now on. The kids loved it!! I cant wait to try their other offerings!

Amazing ice cream flavors and combos! Very friendly staff and the gentleman with the mustache (I think his name was Carson) was very helpful with his suggestions. If I could give more then 5 stars I would!

Açaí bowls are horrible, nothing compared to “The Bowl” on pine ridge road. Firstly they did not have the kind we wanted and we had to pick another. Secondly since it was a “to-go” she asked if we wanted lids and of course, we said yes. Did we get them? No. The place was literally falling apart and to top it all off when we said no blueberries please she ended up give us blueberries. Not real açaí cheap stuff only!

Super cute little shop with a friendly and family oriented staff! The shop is always very clean and pleasant to walk into after a long hard day with cute decor set up throughout. The ice cream always tastes fresh and there are so many great flavors to choose from! Definitely worth the stop if youre looking for a yummy treat while out on the town.

Just recently opened and I’m glad they did. Their ice cream is the best in Naples plus they have unique flavors. The owners are always there to serve fresh ice cream with great toppings. If you go ask for their rewards card as well

1st time there and of course the main concern obviously is how was the ice cream? It was as good as Coldstone and cost less. Probably could use some help in the decor and atmosphere of the place otherwise its worth going back.
