Stopped in for lunch today and each of us had a slice of this absolutely DELICIOUS pizza. Afterwards the 2 others I was with had some Edys ice cream while I had another slice of heavenly pizza. Yum! All I can say is I feel like I just had the best pizza of my life! I actually don’t eat pizza because I’m sensitive to gluten and feel awful afterwards but but not with this pizza! Napoli on the bay is located next to Naples docks and near downtown Naples. I was showing a home for sale in the area and stopped in for a slice. This is hands down the best pizza I have had since relocating to sw Florida from NY. We need to get el presidente down here for a review. The staff was friendly and the pizza was reasonably priced. You can also take your pizza outside to enjoy some of the best views Naples has to offer on the docks. Frank Procopio the Naples Agent highly recommended!

Cashier was on the phone when taking our order subsequently, our order was wrong. These days I would hope that restaurants especially in Naples would not still be using styrofoam. With that said, the pizza is always amazing delicious!

Good Pizza, too much crust, not enough sauce, veggies and cheese for my taste. Parking is limited and always a chance of luck. But its nice to walk down the dock after you eat.

The worst experience twice. I tried to give them another chance…. The first time I ordered a pizza for my son and his friends it took over 45 minutes longer than it said it would. Then today was my nannies sons party at the park so I ordered pizza and salad. The pepperoni pizza was not the correct size and the salad had no dressing! I called and they told me itwas my fault because I didn’t REQUEST the dressing. WHAT? Who eats salad without dressing. I will NEVER order from here again.

Was a lovely evening with my wife roaming around downtown, my wife was hangry, very hangry. So after all said and done we make our way to the city dock and stop in for a couple of slices and a coke. Good service, and even better food

Seriously the best pizza to be had outside of NYC. I especially recommend getting a slice (ask for it to be heated a little extra for best crust), skip the box and opt for a paper plate, take your pizza and amble through the city dock while you munch on your slice.

Very good New York style pizza. The restaurant seemed clean and the staff answered all our questions. I loved seeing the pizza being hand tossed and it tasted so fresh. We just got a couple slices of pizza but they were amazing. Can’t wait to come back. Well done you guys!

Asked for it well done, instead they gave me pizza crust with pretty much soup in the middle, also the toppings were pretty much poured onto the pizza.To top it off, the cashier decided to serve the people who walked in behind me rather than serve me me pizza and get me on my way.

What a shame, this restaurant has amazing food, but absolutely terrible customer service. When ordering food online I have had to cancel orders because they were over 2 hours late. When I called and asked for updates it was almost to my house,I live less than five miles away. I understand being understaffed but lying/not knowing an order is ridiculous. This has happened more than once. Sadly I wont be ordering pick up/delivery again, not worth the headache.

That star is for the nice delivery man who arrived promptly. The toppings were ok but the thick Sicilian crust was oily and tasteless rendering it barely edible. The regular pizza had so few toppings and little taste that the price was hardly justified. Prices are high for minimal quality in Olde Naples, so this one fits right in.

If you are from western NY, stay away from the wings. Youll be very disappointed by the soggy texture and lack of heat. This place also has a proclivity to get the pizza order wrong -- happens about half the time.

From reading the reviews, I had high expectations. In reality, it is very average pizza ... the crust was nearly burnt and the sauce was utterly forgettable. Sign me, disappointed.

This is a nice place, the pizza is great, its next to the marina, so you can see boats, but youre not directly on the water. Also I was quite surprised that small pizza is 20 usd, I found it quite pricey for a place like this, Id have expected perhaps a half of that...

Horrible once again. Salad soaked in water and a cheesesteak with mushrooms and onions is inedible. Spicy! Did someone put red pepper on it? Called to complain and they blew me off. Too many other places to spend my $.

We stay in Diamond Resorts for one week, yesterday we ordered a XL 18” Chess Pizza and Buffalo Wings for dinner. I tell you what, It is amazing home made food ! when I checked the box, I saw the name Napoli Since 1982. Haha, same my age . Hey guys, please support the family business, it is easy way we can do and we can enjoy the best meal in town!

Tasty pizza spot. They sell whole pizzas 12 up to XL 18. The supreme and cheese pizzas were quite good and the thin crust had a nice crunch. They also sell pizza by the slice. Outdoor seating is limited at 5 tables, but there are a dozen tables inside along with a counter. There are fountain and bottled drinks, as well as bottled beers. They also have ice cream if youd like a sweet treat after your pie.

This place is horrible. Table of 7. 3 got their food and are done eating. The rest of us are waiting for our chicken wings. When we asked, (all 3 times) we got coming. Going to let them keep the money we paid and leave.STAY AWAY!!!!

My family and I stopped here for a nice dinner before going to the ocean. The young man at the counter told us it would be a 15 minute wait. Awesome! We sat down, got our drinks, and time has ticked by. The store isnt busy. We are the only people sitting here and we were told again, it would be 3 more minutes. Another 15 passed and still no food. We have now been waiting for our pizza for 45 minutes. Staff is laughing and having a good time, eating ice cream out of the ice cream cooler, as we are waiting. Very sad for our first time in Florida.

Best naples pizza

Horrible service, waitresses don’t use mask, tables all dirty and didn’t clean them up when I told them to do it. They don’t have any sign to wear a mask inside the pizzeria. Nothing like before....don’t even derserve 1 ⭐️

Nice place been coming here for years. Great people that own the place and work here. Get the extra large pie! They also gave beer and of course soda. Very clean and they have an open kitchen.. Definitely come here if you want the best pizza in Naples. Right next to the city dock. Stopped at Napoli on our way back to Miami from a long day on Naples beach. We had the cheese pizza special. Although it was just a cheese pizza it was the best pizza we had in our life. Napoli will be our new lunch spot in Naples.

Today we went in for lunch, the service was great and the food was amazing! I had the chicken parmesan sandwich and it was just like homemade. The parking here can be a little tough especially in season so I highly recommend delivery.

This place amd Moravelas are the best pizza places in Naples. They nail the thin crispy N.Y. style crust. Sauce is solid. Just a bit more cheese and it would get 5 stars bit if I could give 4.9 I would have.

We stopped in for pizza. We had the thin crust pizza with peppers, onions and pepperoni. It was terrific. The crust was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Will definitely be back for more of their great pizza.

This is some REALLY GOOD pizza!!! We got a large classic, it was cooked just right, toppings were plentiful, good sauce. Got a couple of ice cream cones and walked the docks while we waited on the pizza to get made. Friendly staff, good food, reasonable prices. Yum!!

After numerous visits to Napoli on the Bay in the Crayton Cove neighborhood, today my visit turned out differently. I walked in to grab a slice of pizza and some ice cream. As I sat outside and ate my pizza I came across this COPPER FROM A BRUSH in my slice. I nearly hurt the inside of the top of my mouth and tongue. After realizing what had just been inside of my mouth, I walked back inside to speak to the owner. When I approached the cashier I had the slice of pizza inside the pizza box. When I approached the owner I told him I had found this slice of copper in my pizza. He then said oh no you put that in the slice of pizza. He accused me of placing a piece of copper in a slice of pizza?!? He then yanked the pizza box out of my hands with my slice and immediately slammed it inside the trash can and began to grab me a new slice. He never offered to give me my money back or reimburse me. He then walked away and ignored me as he waited for the new slice to be ready. I was never disrespectful to him I clearly went back inside just to inform him that I didnt want anyone else to get injured from this issue. As he walked away I then grabbed the pizza box and the slice of pizza out of the trash and the wire to have my evidence and I walked out. I did file a complain to the Florida health department and they will move forward with this case. I received the worse customer service Ive ever received for being nothing but a loyal customer. I recommend this pizza place to no one and I hope you visit another great pizzeria in Naples, Fl. The owner is a complete coward and is very disrespectful. Hope this review lets you know that you should treat your clientele better you damn Jerkoff.

This used to be a fabulous place, maybe even the best, to get in town. FORGET ABOUT IT! Dont know what happened in the last year but quality has diminished, delivery takes forever, and the last straw was getting delivered completely burnt food that it inedible.
