I love this place. The coffee is amazing and there are several flavorings to pick from including sugar free options. I have a gluten allergy and it is normally difficult to find a reasonably priced and tasty food. Sweeties offers great gluten free crepes and sandwiches. They also have a large array of delicious ice cream. I visit every time I am in naples and I cant wait to come back!!!

Heidi and her husband are amazing! We went here to get something to take on the road with us and ended up getting 2 iced coconut lattes. So much flavor! Im craving one right now. We are definitely going back next time we are in the area.

We stopped by this place because of the reviews but honestly a majority of the reviews must be solicited. The placed smelled badly of dirty mop water when we entered. The service was beyond poor. It was as though the lady went out of her way to be ugly and rude. The outside tables were so dirty and hadn’t been cleaned, it looked like in days. The lady was not wearing a mask and the man behind the counter had a mask only covering his mouth. This is a HARD PASS!!! Too many decent places with nice servers and just cleaner in general.

We love Sweeties every time I/we go there. Whatever we get is delicious and the people who serve us are the best nicest peoples. The best for me is the adult ice cream drinks. The best for my 5year old is everything else

Yummy ice cream but so much more! Dairy free and gluten free options, including GF crepes, OMG. Also enjoyed dark chocolate dipped frozen bananas and Irish Coffee. Yes, the ice cream shop sells the goods wink wink. Something amazing here for every taste.

I wonder how this place even stays open. Not a friendly environment at all. 5th ave has much better ice cream spots with great energy.

0 stars. Do not recommend. Called to ask if they sell cheese with the hot dogs. The guy said yes. I went all the way down there for him to tell me no, they don’t have cheese and that I said hot dogs. I know what I asked, I know what I was told. Will not be back because he argued with me. Publix is close and much less expensive!!

Way more flavors than I expected! Several non-dairy options, including sorbet and ice cream made with coconut milk and cashew milk.

Love this place! The homemade ice cream is absolutely delicious and they always have amazing flavors to pick. They also have adult beverages, and the wine slushies in a Sweeties cup are the BEST!

I love icecream and hotdogs and the best hotdog I ever had was in Key West until I visited Sweeties at Verona Walk. The hot dogs were amazing and the flight/boat of icecream were to die for!! What an incredible selection of home made icecream. Sweeties is a hidden gem!! I cannot wait to visit again when I am back in January.

Disgusting! We came down to Naples for vacation and decided to give this place a try because the kids wanted to have some ice cream. STAY AWAY! The ice cream tasted like freezer burn and when we walked and a rude girl served us and when we complained and asked to change it we were told we were going to get charged again. Never going back!
