Ordered the Carson Magnetic Detachable Leather Wallet Case from this company and it is phenomenal. Very high quality leather that looks great and is functional. The casing around the phone works perfectly for any magnetic car holder and fits in with the wallet portion well. Whats even better is the customer service, I had lost my wallet portion of the case on vacation and when I contacted support they sent me a brand new one! I plan on using this case through this company for a very long time.

LOVING my new case! I got the folio that has the magnet to it so the phone can be separate from the case. The quality is amazing and the customer service EVEN BETTER! I ordered the case but the folio I got was not the one I wanted. No problem! Emailed customer service, kept the phone case and sent the folio back. Ordered the Sturdy Snap-on Case for Apple iPhone X in English Tudor Tan. Shipping was good, three days to process my order was not. Pulled the phone case out of the package and found multiple deep scratches on the back ranging between .25-.5. I understand that leather is unique & delicate, but this is not to be expected with a $39 phone case. Review to be updated following refund/replacement procedure.

I cant think of the right word to describe Burkley. Elegant. Refined. Classy. Quality. All of these words accurately describe this brand as Ive purchased a variety of different products. I love both technology and leather goods. Finding a company that can define the look I was searching for was difficult and timely. Then I found Burkley. Surprisingly a really, really great case. Its on my 6 Plus now for oh, three months, and it still looks brand new. No tears, scuffs, peeling, split seams, or anything, and I am notoriously rough on cases. I purchased this one because I thought it wouldnt be a huge loss if it didnt work out since it was fairly inexpensive, but the durability and quality has impressed me. This case is comfortable to use, doesnt interfere with sound or call quality at all, and looks good. Its also pretty darn protective - Ive dropped my phone who knows how many times and its come to no harm. I would absolutely purchase this case again.

The company lists a retail store in Clifton, NJ with hours of operation. It turns out it is not a store at all but an office which the public cannot gain access to. Misleading right? So I called the number in the listing which happens to be in NY not NJ and asked to clarify, I was told it is a store, an online store. I then asked if he could give me the name of any store so I can view the selection, and was told cases are not sold in stores.The fact that this company is so vague and shady I have decided to shop elsewhere where customer service, quality and selection are valued.

Took an entire week to show up with First Class shipping. When I opened the package, I found that I had been sent the wrong phone case! No big deal, so I messaged the company about the mishap. The response I received was more or less an excuse to how none of this was their fault. Instead of trying to resolve the issue I was given a refund and told that all of my orders were now cancelled. I did not ask for a refund, I simply asked for the correct phone case to be sent. Definitely a good way to treat your customers... Not! Buyer Beware, unless you prefer to be treated with disrespect.Edit: If you read the sellers response, message me for screenshots of all messages sent & recieved. I would be more than happy to reinterate the total lack of respect towards customers. Instead of correcting their mistakes, they try to cover their tracks. Very honest business tactics...

When I expressed my concerns, Nikolas and the owner of the company offered to send me two others if I promised to send back the others if they finally did show up. And not only did they show up, but Nikolas was going to refund my standard overnight shipping and I said, “I’ll make you a deal. You keep my money. And instead, just overnight me 2 other cases.
