My Husband and I are celebrating our 23rd Anniversary visiting Naples for the 1st time. The Staff at Louis Vuitton were AMAZING! Jay{J} assisted us and was VERY attentive, knowledgeable & patient. Will definitely shop here whenever were visiting.

The first time I went to the Naples store while on vacation to get a new bag the sales associates were extremely snobbish, pretty much ignoring my daughter and I. Maybe because we were in casual Florida attire? Definitely didn’t treat other customers the same, I got my bag and left disappointed in their treatment of us! My husband was by there Mothers Day weekend and went by to grab a little something. When he got there he checked told the woman what he wanted she said it was in stock and he had to wait outside until he was called in, 40 minutes later he got in and was told it was just sold!!! He left and said they will never get his business again.
Absolutely beautiful store and merchandise but the staff needs extensive training (which I can provide given my HR background). I am not at all an insecure person but please do not look me up and down and stare at me when I come into your store (my HR background- I see you doing it). Yes, I wear cutoffs and a tee with flip flops, beachy hair and no makeup. But don’t you know by now not to judge a book by its cover? Please help the staff get the training they so desperately need so that myself and others can continue to shop at your store and love our experience. Thank you.
Their waiting system needs improvement. If a customer is ready to buy a product, know what he/she wants they should sell it to it and no make them wait... 45 minutes, when there is not people around ....Also the assistant... I dont need a person to walk around with me the entire store... I know my way in and out to the store.. and If I have a question I will ask... I dont need for a guard to walk with me..! Disappointed.
This store is a complete joke. I went on a random Wednesday afternoon specifically to buy something. I had a small amount of time and knew exactly what I wanted. I was met at the door with stanchions and was told I had to wait 45 minutes to enter the store and no one was in the store. This is the most customer unfriendly store ever. Needless to say I will be switching to another brand of high end bags. Never again.

I returned a wallet purchased online in person at the store. I used the returned item to purchase another item in-store.Once I got the new item home I decided the purse and wallet were too small and made an appointment virtually online with an agent since no one answers the phone at the store. The appointment was never entered in the system; but that is another story. The sales agent Vladimir does not understand math. He insisted ONLY the amount for the 2nd purchase would be refunded. He explained it to me 6 times using the incorrect calculations. I asked to see a manager, that did not work. I should have called the police. Essentially I am out 1500.00. At this point, I do not have ANY of the purchased items in my possession. Vladimir refused to give me my original purchase back as well. Someone needs to be accountable. What a nightmare experience. Bring your own calculator so you do not get ripped off.
I understand safety protocol but it needs to be fairly applied. I am a non-white customer and when my wife and I arrived we had to sanitize hands and also be accompanied. I understood and felt good of their safety culture. Unfortunately I observed two other sets of customer enter not being asked to sanitize hands and always walk the store unaccompanied. I wanted to purchase LV handbag but she said I would have to wait until my wife’s request was done and she would need to escort me. I believe this is a very unfair and discriminatory practice.
We are visiting Naples, we went to the mall where the Louis Vuitton Naples store is. It was disappointing, a mystery the semi closed shop. I felt like discrimination. they lost a client forever .... very disappointing I will post it on all possible social media and press.
I felt unwelcome and profiled by the worker. They decided to assist another customer who came after me even while it was my turn in the virtual queue. It seemed as if they assumed I wasn’t buying because I’m a young man and was dressed down. There is nothing I dislike more than being dismissed as a customer because of my age, race, and clothes. Such a horrible experience.

3 calls to buy an expensive bag and no call back.Luxury experiences should be different. They told me I couldnt go to the store and pick it up because I hadnt purchased something from them in the last 90 days. Absolutely laughable.Their arrogance just cost them a long time client.You can order a pizza over the phone and have it in less than 30 minutes...just not a several thousand dollar piece of canvas sitting in the retail location 45 minutes away paid for in advance let alone make an appointment to pick it up.Best of luck LV.
Must say this, the owner of the store really neeedsTo fire almost everyone in the entire store. Especially Amanda. I know from my friend that used to work at this location of Louis Vuitton in waterside shops and understood that no one was ever happy with her services. She has the screechiest voice that when she talks to you it sounds so fake you’d think she was an actress. And a bad one at that. I asked her for help many times to get various things out for me and she either told me to wait and avoided me while I was waiting on her or just simply said no I don’t think we have that. Without even checking. It seems that she has something out for those going to spend a big money on nice things. I think she was not trained properly and does not know proper etiquette of communication, effort or respect.
Went to the store and put my name on the waiting list, the sales associate told me 45 mins wait time. I walked around and checked out a few other stores went back to LV after 45mins and another sales associate told me she checked on my name and there is 4 people ahead of me and the wait time is indefinitely! Talk about waste of time! Absolutely ridiculous 🙄

After reading the reviews I was skeptical but still went and let me tell you I had the best service with Nataliya she was patient,knowledgeable and worked with the budget that I was in. This was my first louis vuitton and she made it a great experience.

I came to this store few days before Christmas, there was a long line to get to, we decided to shop around and wait till line is gone. Wrong. The line didn’t disappear, when we stood at the end of line, the woman told us that they don’t accept customers anymore. That was few minutes after 5 pm. Ok. I came back a day before Christmas, second time. By the way online appointment system didn’t work. This time they asked my phone number to get in line so I can walk around. I was waiting for one hour. After, decided to check on line - I missed my line. Their messages didn’t get to me. I had to wait for more to get in. After I finally got kin. I got my personal sales advisor. The rush was happening in the store looked like sale in Walmart for toilet paper. One lady which I was walking by, told her husband to watch her bag, implying that I could still her bag. How rude was of her saying that!!! The store was locked after every customer walked in. I was wearing all designer clothes. I didn’t like shopping experience in this store. Long lines and shopping rush!!! That is not Luxury shopping!!! That is Walmart shopping for toilet paper. I would give them 0 stars. It made me to not shop anymore with this brand.

Love this store! Their Covid protocols are on point. They lock the door and clean up and sanitize after every customer. They dont pressure you but answer questions as you need. Will always come here for my LV needs..

Very rude staff! I went to look at bags and not one staff member asked me if I needed assistance. They are so stuck up there. They forget that they are only employees there making minimum wage. Gucci has so much better customer service and they treat you so much better there! They need to reevaluate their staff performance based on all these negative reviews.

Excellent experience. The store was very busy but everyone was giving each client the time and attention to make the best selection. My daughter and I were assisted by Natalia who was professional, knowledgeable and very nice. She knew the product well and was happy to point out features and make great recommendations. The employees worked well together to ensure all clients sales were efficient.

I’ve been going to this LV for about 2 years moving to the area and must say the staff are very knowledgeable, attentive, and respectful. They recently renovated and have a better selection and more floor space. With a location that is large like Aventura you don’t get the more personal interaction as you do here with the Naples location.
***UPDATE 5months ago i bought a 800$+ LV Bracelet and still havent received it nor a refund. Cant even reach anybody... lousy service. Used to be my Favorite brand but ill gladly take make Business else where and highly recommend other customers to do the same. Its very clear that all they want is your money. I feel like this is a bad joke... Did I just pay 800$ for air? ***Bought a bracelet, didnt have my size so they orderd it for me. Now their shops are closed until April 2nd?! I spent 900$ for nothing..asked them if they could ship it to me in that case? (i get why they close down the shops) but its not right to take someones money and then dont offer ANY options or refund. aswell as the woman on the phone was extremely rude

First things first, very very rude staff. I walked in and browsed through the whole store looking for the specific Handbag I wanted or possibly finding another one I might like more. I knew exactly what I wanted, what color, size etc. However, nobody asked me if I needed any help. So I went ahead and made a line by the register to ask if they had the NeverFull Handbag I wanted and when it was my turn the lady completely ignored me and walked away from and I had to chase her around the store to ask her. She seemed uninterested and told me that one I wanted was sold out and didnt even offer to order it for me to pick up at store or check if any other stores had it. I am very disappointed. I almost didnt want to even purchase anything from Louis Vuitton ever again. I will definitely be contacting corporate and sharing my experience. I ended up call the international mall in in Tampa. Very sweet lady answered, I asked if they were in stock considering I live in Naples and didnt want to do the drive there for no reason... she said they had it and offered to put it on hold. I could definitely tell the difference between someone who acquires great customer service skills and one who is simply just not interested. Very very disappointed !! Would rate 0 stars if I could!

Love this store. The people are always polite and very personable, I bought a purse there while I was on vacation and had some problems with it after returning home. I called the store and they took the purse back and tried to repair it. Unfortunately, they could not repair it, so they let me choose another purse without any problems. I am so happy with the service that I am getting ready to purchase another purse from this store, I know they stand behind their products.
I purchased a bag about a month ago at another Louis Vuitton store and the sales associate said I could have at monogrammed at the Naples store because I didn’t have time to wait for it to be completed. I dropped my luggage tag off a couple of weeks ago and was told by the sales associate that the person who does that was not there and it would take a couple days. I informed her I was traveling out town and she said she would hold till I got back. When I returned for the trip I stopped in to pick it up but was surprised to hear from the manager that they lost my information and the tag was not completed. He told me he would have it delivered to my house the next morning before 10am. I agreed that would be ok. When the package didn’t arrive by late that afternoon I called customer service and they had no information that the tag was shipped. I texted the associate who had texted me the day before that the tag was done and ready to ship looking for the tracking info and she said she had emailed it to me. I checked and never received an email. I still don’t have my tag and I’m not sure what the problem is. This is not the service I expected from a high end retailer like Louis Vuitton. Very disappointed and still waiting....
Today wanting to purchase 3 items for my wife’s Mother’s Day and her birthday on June 18 at Louis Vuitton in Waterside I had earlier identified myself as a store owner there at Waterside. If she wants to exchange for a different color can she do that after her birthday? No sir that is outside of our 30 day window policy!Put the 3 bags on the counter and said goodbye. As a repeat costumer of LV I have to say Im very disappointed in the costumer service provided or shall I say lack there off by Emily & Adrea. They were very rude and snarky. Waited 1 1/2 hour to purchase my items then when I came back to pick up my Items they expected me to wait again while they where standing around doing nothing. How hard can it be to just step to the back room give the costumer the items that they have already paid for, its called costumer service. Not thinking I will be purchasing from this store again.
The employees here were great and helpful the only issue I had was the inventory was very limited but they were more than willing to find and order anything I wanted that was available

I had the worst experience in this store. I walked in knowing the purse that I wanted. A couple of employees saw me walk in and completely ignored me. I was standing there for 20 or so minutes waiting for somebody to help me. Other people that arrived after me were already getting helped. Finally, an employee came over and asked what I needed. I told her and she said the purse wasn’t available and that I would need to go to Miami Dadeland Mall to get it. I left there pretty upset. I ended up going to Dadeland to get the Neverfull MM and had top notch customer service. That same week I decided I wanted to exchange my neverfull from MM to the GM. I was told I could exchange it at Waterside. I even spoke with headquarters to double confirm. So I went back and they told me that they couldn’t exchange it because of some stupid code on the receipt, which didn’t make sense. They were rude about it and they obviously didn’t want to help me. I eventually drove back to Dadeland that same week and got my GM. The Waterside store employees are rude and unprofessional. I will never go there again.
Very disappointed. Drove an hour to pick up a gift we already selected and the representative locked the door in our face. When we tried to ask if there was a different entrance she walk off only for us to find out they closed. We then were confused and looked at the time and the doors were clearly locked too soon. When the older representative noticed we werent leaving, she obviously talked about us to the other representative and opened the door. At that point, I told her I was very disappointed especially with the service they are supposed to have at a high end store. I explained she was very rude and unprofessional. From someone that has purchased numerous Louis Vuittons, very disappointed and a horrible representation of Louis Vuitton.

Spent a whopping 2K on a bag. It was peeling near the bottom creases within 2 months and I was very very careful with it. There is NO warranty on these handbags but they dont tell you this. You would think after spending so much money there would be a quality guarantee. Nope. The brand used tolast for years and years but not anymore. When I brought it in the sales clerk said These bags are not for using every day. Wow. The quality has definitely gone downhill. Disappointing.
First let me say that I am a LV bag owner and the quality of the product is outstanding. I have visited this store several weeks ago to look at the new merchandise and inquire about my bag being cleaned. I was told that the bag straps could not be cleaned and they would gladly replace them for 1000.00 total. I believed this would compromise the value of the bag . A local luxury bag dealer did tell me it could be cleaned easily.Yesterday I returned to the store to return merchandise. I called the customer service line and let them know I had the receipt and all original unused merchandise. They told me no problem just to bring a drivers license and receipt and unused product to the store at Waterside Shops. I did just that. Upon arrival the salesperson did tell me that she could only do an exchange or store credit. Not returns. I did point out the clearly printed return policy on the receipt. And I explained the call I had made to customer service prior to the one hour drive to their store. She got her manager. the manager recited the same Store Policy despite the explanations. I asked the manager for a printed copy that was a contradiction of the purchase receipt. She did not produce this written information. After waiting a long time in the store and my refusal to simply take the store credit or return the bag charge to the gift givers credit card, she decided to make an exception. This level of customer service I would expect at not even Walmart. At least they would accept a return with a receipt. I had to take this as a credit card return ONLY.At LV I would have the expectation of a Ritz Carlton Gold Standard of customer service (which clearly does not exist). A luxury bag is not just about the product design and quality of the merchandise. It is about the experience. It is about how it makes you feel. It is about the bag having a superior level of service in every way. Now I have a bag #1 which I know has no level of any kind of remedy for cleaning it or obtaining service to repair from Waterside Shops LV. I am happy to return bag #2 as LV no longer represents a brand of any significance to me for customer service, quality and pride of ownership. I will never shop at LV of Waterside Shops again or own another bag of which I feel no confidence.
Just bought my first LV. The Jersey. While I had to wait a bit for help, in all honesty there were quite a few people in the store, and its Season in SWFL. Emily assisted me and she was amazing.

Living in Naples since 1997, Ive never had a bad experience at the waterside shops LV.Service and attention has always been there for me, and trust me I am no one special. I am either dressed in business attire or in shorts and flips flops, Ive never been ignored. I am disappointed and surprised to hear about the negative comments. Nataliya is definitely a star in my book.She is attentive, knows the product inside-out and her extension of service is outstanding.
Not only was Nataliya helpful and got my wallet monogrammed right away, she was absolutely stunning and I should have asked her out.
I had taken the time to read the reviews on the Waterside Shop LV store; so I was prepared for just about anything. I did call during the week to make sure that the Arsty MM bag that I wanted was in stock. The sales person on the phone was very helpful and nice. We went down on Saturday, April 29, 2017 and the store had numerous customers, but we were greeted and waited on immediately. Our sales woman was very professional and kind. I have purchase numerous LV bags before but never in this store. Please note; I have never been offered champagne and been treated so nicely. I have purchased bags in Tampa, Miami, Atlanta, and New York; this store and their sales personnel are wonderful.
The Best Brand for your Money if you could afford it.
Some of the staff is great but others are so rude and I think they forget that THEY actually work there.
Despite the negative review about pre-owned merchandise, we experienced the usual excellent customer service we have come to expect from Louis Vitton. Our sales rep Anna was personable, knowledgeable, and efficient.
Just remember ladies, the staff is snooty because they cant afford the product, so to humble them and say, “you can drop the attitude, you only work in a shop. While you might be on the top of the retail food chain in the mall food court, your still retail, now. I was looking......”.

Today at 5pm I had walked in for a repair fix on my Wristlet bag and was denied because of the condition it was in. I have bought from this store once before and told them my name but because this bag was not bought directly from the Louis Vuitton store the lady that was talking to me seemed to judge me from head to toe. Telling me that they cant take my bag to be repaired because of the condition is ridiculous. I had told her hins the reason im here, i want it fixed.This store is field with girls and boys that seem to be cocky and stuck up.I will never go back to this store again, their nothing but rude and eye wondering ding bats.
