I recently purchased some lighting, lamps, fans and accessories at Lighting First. I have had nothing but a great experience. All the staff was very helpful and my salesperson, Joan, was outstanding! I had one problem with a fan and the owner, Steve, did all he could to make sure I was happy even after purchasing the fan 8 months ago. They replaced it without hesitation! I appreciate their great products, selection and customer service!!

Over-priced products, dont take responsibility for rectifying problems, still havent problems with simple functions like dimmer switches (something Ive NEVER had in any of my homes in 30+ years). They charge a premium for install, could never and will never recommend them. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY, too many other good high quality options around Naples.
