It arrived when promised, looked darn good with good quality for mid-price point furniture and the delivery fellows were friendly and professional. The set the furniture in place, make adjusts to make sure everything worked smoothly and move it a time or two to exactly suit me. Their office furniture lines have a wide variety of mix-n-match components in a number of finishes. I chose dark cherry and couldnt be happier. I’m writing to express my satisfaction with the services of Patty Schlottman of OFEX Office Furniture Exchange. Patty came into our office and simply asked if there were any needs we had related to office furniture. As it happened, I had been looking for a specific piece for our new office. I simply explained what I was looking for and showed Patty the space. She selected some possible options based on my expressed needs from the many manufacturers that they work with and gave me a concise list of suggestions. I had options for different materials and at different price points. We visited the showroom to see an actual example and the other OFEX personal onsite were very helpful.
